La Riflessione
La Natura essenziale della Mente
Le parole non possono descriverla
nessun esempio la può evidenziare
il samsara non la rende peggiore
il Nirvana non la rende migliore.
Mai nata
mai morta
mai liberata
mai illusa
non si è mai manifestata
non è mai stata non manifesta
non ha alcun limite.
Non cade sotto nessun tipo di categoria.

Senza parole
che divengono prigioni
perchè quel che si descrive
resta circoscritto
Senza comparazioni
tu trova l’essenza
e sii quello che è
nella vera natura delle cose:
purezza che attraversa
tutti i confini
che solo una mente impura
sa determinare
e sciogli ogni limite
che ti sei imposto
per abbracciare con compassione
la realtà impermanente
e per riconoscere la non separazione
nell’interconnessione di tutti gli esseri.

L’insegnamento
Insegnamenti sulla Meditazione – 2
Lasciar andare significa liberare la mente dalla prigione dei suoi attaccamenti.
Questo può accadere poiché avete compreso che tutto il dolore, la paura e la sofferenza,
sorgono dalla brama di una mente prigioniera dell’attaccamento.
Su un piano più profondo, la realizzazione e la fiducia che sorgono dalla crescente comprensione della natura della mente,
inspirano la profonda e naturale generosità che vi permette di lasciar andare tutto l’attaccamento dal cuore,
lasciandolo completamente libero di fondersi nell’ispirazione della meditazione.

Mente/cuore
vibrante e viva
capace di diffondere amorevolezza
dove nulla è separato
questa la verità da vivere
e praticare con retta attenzione
perchè nulla sia dominato da un ego
che teme di perdere potere ed energia.
SOlo lasciando scivolare
tutti gli attaccamenti
e riconoscendo in essi
il veleno che offusca la retta visione
possiamo comprendere ed aprirci
alla chiara luce del Cuore.

purity through
all boundaries
that only an impure mind
known to determine
and dissolve all limits
that you have imposed
to embrace with compassion
impermanent reality
and to recognize the non-separation
in the interconnectedness of all beings.

Teachings on Meditation – 2
Letting go means freeing the mind from the prison of his attachments.
This can happen because you realize that all the pain, fear and suffering,
arise from the lust of a Captive Mind attachment.
On a deeper level, the realization and confidence that arise from the growing understanding of the nature of the mind,
breathe deep and natural generosity that allows you to let go of the attachment from the heart,
leaving it completely free to merge in the inspiration of meditation.

This is the truth to be lived
listen carefully and practice with
because nothing is ruled by an ego
who is afraid of losing power and energy.
Just letting slip
all attachments
and recognizing in them
the poison that clouds the right view
we can understand and be open
the clear light of the Heart.
