Apertura del cuore

Ci sono momenti che anche se il tuo cuore è aperto,
il meccanismo si inceppa, allora si vive un momento
di incertezza, sorgono domande, si sente la fatica
della salita nel nostro viaggio di ricerca.
E’ necessario prendere fiato e capire
cosa davvero temiamo, perchè la nostra mano stringe
qualcosa e non sappiamo sciogliere le memorie passate,
i momenti che ci hanno ferito e la cicatrice fa male.
Ma da quel tempo ad oggi molte cose sono cambiate e siamo
stati noi a trasformarci. Non dobbiamo temere ma vivere
con compassione la capacità di andare avanti, ringraziando
per gli ostacoli che ci aiutano a comprendere.
Mai mollare le opportunità per amare.

Open heart

There are moment that even though
your heart is open, the mechanism jams,
then you live a moment of uncertainty,
questions arise, you feel the effort of the
climb in our journey of discovery.
It is necessary to take a breath and
understand what they really fear, because
we do not know something and hand shakes
loose the past memories, the moments that
have hurt us and the scar hurts.
But by that time many things have changed
now and we are the ones to change. We need not
fear but to live with compassion, the ability
to go forward, thanks for the obstacles that help
us to understand. Never give up the opportunity to love.
