Mi affaccio
alla vita
con movimenti
lenti e precisi
come un gatto
Osservo
ascoltando
in profondità
cuore e respiro
attimo dopo attimo
A volte è vuoto
altre è pienezza
in mille sfumature
per dare senso
al nostro esistere

I look out
to life
with movements
slow and precise
like a cat
I look
listening
deep
heart and breath
moment after moment
Sometimes it’s empty
others is fullness
in a thousand shades
to make sense
to our existence
