Chi causa la felicità
o la nostra infelicità?
Non gli altri o gli eventi
ma la nostra attenzione profonda
alle aspettative:
il cercare nel passato
tutte le antiche delusioni,
lo sperare in un futuro,
per aggrapparci a quello
che potrebbe essere.
Questo genera ogni sentimento
di incertezza, di paura,
di delusione.
Invece di assistere alla danza delle ombre,
e Adesso che noi possiamo vivere e sperimentare
la bellezza e profondità di un attimo,
senza farlo mai fuggire.

Just now

Who causes happiness
or our unhappiness?
Not the others or events
but our focus deep
expectations:
search for in the past
all old delusions,
the hope for a future
to cling to that
it could be.
This generates all feeling
of uncertainty, fear,
of disappointment.
Rather than watch the dance of shadows,
and now that we can live and experience
the beauty and depth of a moment,
do not ever escape.

Cambiamento interiore

Se fossimo in molti a condurre i nostri sforzi al fine di un cambiamento interiore;
ma non per questo sentendoci migliori
delle incoerenze e delle illusioni
di chi persegue e si attacca al mondo,
se fossimo capaci di compassione anzichè di giudizio – il mondo sarebbe
un luogo migliore .

Inner change

If there were many of us to conduct our efforts towards an inner change;
but not for this feeling better
of inconsistencies and illusions
of those who pursue and attach themselves to the world,
if we were capable of compassion instead of judgment – the world would be
a better place.

Avanzano lente
le parole
come un faro
fendono la notte
nel silenzio è un brivido
a scuotere la coscienza
in un viaggio
senza tempo
Memorie impalpabili
iniziano la danza
concatenati istanti
srotolano energie

Farsi del male e non saperlo

Farsi del male e non saperlo

” Chi è causa del suo male pianga se stesso”, un detto popolare, una frase lapidaria che sembra voler sbrigativamente prendere le distanze da coloro che prima sono capaci di farsi del male e poi si lamentano dei risultati. Ma quante persone sono consapevoli delle dirette conseguenze di atteggiamenti ed azioni nocivi per se stessi e per gli altri?
Il nostro ruolo è quello di accompagnare a prendere visione di atteggiamenti corretti che non faranno più sprofondare nello sconforto dopo aver causato a se stessi e agli altri dei danni a volte irrimediabili.
Chi comprende, ha coscienza è poi capace di riparare e di non ripetere esperienze dolorose.

Get hurt and not know it

  “Who is the cause of his ill cry himself,” a popular saying, a lapidary phrase that seems to hastily distance themselves from those who are first able to get hurt and then complain about the results. But how many people are aware of the direct consequences of attitudes and actions harmful to themselves and others?
