in un palpito
liberi in un soffio
fantasia disegna
contorni eterei
cielo di aria nuova
pace
colore
abbraccio
di questo momento

Solo occhi
lavano paure
mentre insieme
camminiamo
sui sentieri del cuore

Senza tempo e timore
D’amore goccia
libera di essere
di respirare
vita e dolcezza
oltre confini
Di vita essenza
che avvolge
e dona
percezioni sottili
che sovrastano il limitare
di una mente che trema
Di sorrisi fonte
che tutto abbraccia
tutto accarezza
con il trepidare soffuso
di una soffio su ali forti
Presenza oltre il dire
che tutto attraversa
e contiene nel Cuore
aperto e palpitante
senza tempo e timore

Alzati e guarda davvero
coi tuoi occhi, mentre la tua mente libera e silenziosa
si collega col tuo cuore. Quindi,alzarsi,osservare,
pensare ed amare.
Ma,se ami,fallo con pienezza.
Al cuore non si comanda.
Ma il cuore può essere allenato.
E mantieniti attivo e in buona salute. Va’oltre il tuo essere vivo, sii vitale.

🌸Figli della luce🌸

Siamo ago della bilancia,
capaci di responsabilità e scelta.
Quando attraversiamo una corrente,
in noi la possibilità di emergere
senza farsi contaminare.
Fare verifiche, riflettere e non precipitare
in “valli oscure” è parte del nostro percorso
e fondamentale è puntare sguardo e cuore verso la luce,di cui siamo figli.

Il vero amore

Col cuore si ritrovano amoretti perduti da tempo.
Col cuore si riallacciano amicizie in cui vi era stato invidia e rancore.
Col cuore riesci a perdonare l’amico che ti ha deluso e ingannato.
Col cuore comprendi che il denaro è solo un tramite accessorio.
Col cuore ami anche chi non merita amore.
