…Il tempo non passava più. Spesso rimanevo disteso sul letto. E intanto mi chiedevo perché. Perché dovere rimanere chiuso là dentro tutto il giorno? Per più giorni. Settimane. E, perché spesso mi contenevano? Mi avevano detto che legare in italiano corretto si dice contenere… Poi, dopo un po’ di tempo, uscivo e ritornavo a casa. Che bello che era!, fino al giorno in cui non mi ricoveravo di nuovo… Che vita!

Ti criticheranno sempre, parleranno male di te e sarà difficile che incontri qualcuno al quale tu possa piacere cosi come sei!
Quindi vivi, fai quello che ti dice il cuore, la vita è come un’opera di teatro, ma non ha prove iniziali: canta, balla, ridi e vivi intensamente ogni giorno della tua vita prima che l’opera finisca priva di applausi.

L’amicizia è l’attrazione spirituale e universale che unisce le anime nel legame dell’amore divino. Se apri la porta al potere magnetico dell’amicizia, un’anima o più anime dalle vibrazioni simili alle tue saranno attratte a te. Ascoltare è un’arte che non è facile acquisire, ma che porta con sé bellezza e comprensione profonda.

Ascoltiamo dalle profondità del nostro essere, ma il nostro ascolto è sempre alterato da preconcetti o dai nostri particolari punti di vista. Non siamo capaci di ascoltare direttamente, con semplicità; in noi l’ascolto avviene sempre attraverso lo schermo dei nostri pensieri, delle nostre impressioni, dei nostri pregiudizi. Per poter ascoltare ci deve essere calma dentro di noi, un’attenzione distesa, e non deve esserci il minimo sforzo tendente ad acquisire qualcosa. Questo stato vigile e tuttavia passivo è in grado di ascoltare quello che è al di là dei significati delle parole. Le parole portano confusione; sono solo un mezzo di comunicazione esteriore, ma per trovarsi al di là del rumore delle parole è necessario ascoltare in uno stato di vigile passività. Coloro che amano sono capaci di ascoltare, ma è estremamente raro trovare chi sia capace di farlo. La maggior parte di noi è troppo occupata a raggiungere degli obiettivi, a ottenere dei risultati; stiamo sempre cercando di andare oltre, di conquistare qualcosa, così non siamo in grado di ascoltare. Solo chi ascolta veramente può cogliere la melodia delle parole.

Avete mai ascoltato il canto di un uccello? Per poter ascoltare, la mente deve essere calma, una calma che non c’entra nulla col misticismo. Io vi parlo e voi, se volete ascoltarmi, dovete stare in silenzio; non potete farvi ronzare nella testa le idee più diverse. Quando guardate un fiore, guardatelo senza dargli un nome, senza classificarlo, senza stabilire a quale specie appartenga; solo così potete guardarlo veramente. Ma farlo è una delle cose più difficili, proprio come è estremamente difficile saper ascoltare: ascoltare un comunista, un socialista, un politico, un capitalista; oppure vostra moglie, i vostri figli, il vostro vicino, il conducente dell’autobus, il canto di un uccello. Potete ascoltare con estrema semplicità solo quando non date spazio ad un’idea o ad un pensiero: allora può esserci contatto diretto; e quando siete in contatto, capite se quello che vi dicono è vero o falso. Non avete bisogno di discutere.

State davvero ascoltando quando vi sforzate di farlo? Il vostro sforzo non è forse una distrazione che impedisce l’ascolto? Dovete forse sforzarvi per ascoltare qualcosa che vi rallegra? Finché la vostra mente sarà impegnata a fare sforzi, a confrontare, a giustificare, a condannare, non potrete rendervi conto della verità, non potrete vedere il falso per quello che è. L’atto di ascoltare è completo in se stesso; il semplice atto di ascoltare porta con sé la libertà. Ma a voi interessa veramente ascoltare? Oppure quello che vi importa è intervenire per tentare di modificare la confusione che vi portate dentro? Se ascoltaste, cioè se vi rendeste conto delle vostre contraddizioni, dei vostri conflitti, senza preoccuparvi di costringerli a entrare in un particolare schema di pensiero, forse questi finirebbero. Vedete, noi stiamo sempre cercando di essere qualcosa, di raggiungere uno stato particolare; vorremmo fare determinate esperienze ed evitarne accuratamente altre. Ma in questo modo la nostra mente rimane sempre occupata, non è mai tranquilla, non è mai in grado di ascoltare il rumore delle sue lotte e delle sue pene. Siate semplici. Non cercate di diventare qualcosa o di aggrapparvi a qualche esperienza.

Mente e cuore

Un cuore diviso, che teme di perdere,
non conosce condivisione.
Una mente confusa,che non trova certezze,
non conosce l’accoglienza
di quel che non comprende.
Basta fermarsi, senza fuga attraversare le paure
e nell’ascolto di se stessi, tutto accade
se si supera l’apparenza delle cose,

Solo cercando pace e non inutile conflitto
prende vita la ricerca
e si aprono mente e cuore
alla luce che ci attendeva
dentro di noi.
Si è capaci allora di essere Amore.
Sembra lungo il viaggio dalla mente al cuore,
a volte tortuoso, non dobbiamo temere
di compierlo , in noi stessi la bussola
e la capacità di intraprenderlo senza incertezze.

Dividere e condividere

Saper accogliere il dolore degli altri è anche aver saputo accogliere il proprio; esser stati capaci di immergersi in esso senza temere. Poi forse il tempo o l’esperienza insegnano a offrire parole e sostegno che sono espressione viva del vissuto è com – partecipazione .

Come dice Osho si potrebbe con- dividere quello che si vuole trasmettere ma il silenzio, l’intesa anche se non si usano parole è com – unione.

Chi apre il chakra del cuore; senza averne cercato il fine , si accorge che si assimila quello che gli altri vivono in assonanza e sintonia che è una forma di ” empatia ” alla quale si resta sgomenti all’inizio ma che si impara a gestire.

A volte il destino non fa trovare persone che sappiano in atto reciproco , dare lo stesso ascolto .

Non sempre si è forti e capaci di affrontare le prove della vita; ma nella capacità di essere autoconsapevoli e nell’autostima si impara che abbiamo già gli strumenti per affrontare ogni cosa.

Chi ci affianca è semplicemente capace da farci da specchio; in noi il riconoscere chi siamo.

Listening is an art that is not easy to acquire, but that brings beauty and deep understanding.

We hear from the depths of our being, but our play is always affected by our preconceptions or particular points of view. We are not able to listen directly, easily, in listening to us is always passed through the screen of our thoughts, our impressions, our prejudices. To listen to us to be calm within us, stretched attention, and there should be a minimum of effort tends to acquire something. This person is but was alert and able to listen to what is beyond the meanings of words. The words bring confusion are just a media appearance, but to be beyond the sound of words is necessary to listen in a state of alert passivity. Those who like to be able to listen, but it is extremely rare to find someone who is able to do so. Most of us are too busy achieving goals, achieve results and we are always trying to go beyond, to win something, so we are unable to listen. Only the listener can truly capture the melody of words.

Have you ever heard the song of a bird? To hear, the mind must be calm, a calm that has nothing to do with mysticism. I am speaking to you and you, if you listen, you have to be quiet, you should not turning in my mind the most diverse ideas. When you look at a flower, watch it without giving it a name, without classifying, without establishing which species belong, the only way you can really look at it. You can listen with ease when you do not give space to an idea or a thought, then there may be direct contact, and when you’re in touch, you see if what you say is true or false. You do not need to discuss.

Are you really listening when you strive to do this? Your effort is not perhaps a distraction that prevents you from listening? You have to strain to hear something that maybe you pleased? As long as your mind will be focused on making efforts, to compare, to justify, in order, you will not realize the truth, you can not see the fake for what it is. The act of listening is complete in itself, the simple act of listening brings freedom. But you really care to listen? Or what is important is that you intervene to change groped for the confusion that you brought in? If you would listen, that if ye should include your contradictions, your conflicts without worrying about forcing them to enter into a particular pattern of thought, maybe this would end. You see, we’re always trying to be something, to reach a particular state, we would like to have certain experiences and avoid other carefully. But in this way our mind is always busy, never quiet, never able to hear the sound of his struggles and his sorrows. Keep it simple. Do not try to become something or to grab some experience.

 

Mind and heart

A divided heart, fearing to lose,
sharing does not know.

Who opens the heart chakra, without having sought the end, he realizes that we digest what the others live in consonance and harmony that is a form of “empathy” to which we remain dismayed at the beginning but you learn to manage.

Sometimes fate is not in place to find people who know each other, giving the same play.

Was not always strong and capable of facing the trials of life, but in the ability to be self-conscious in self and you learn that we have the tools to deal with everything.

Who supports us is simply to make us able to mirror us in recognizing who we are.
