Nel silenzio
togli le scarpe
e lasci fuori
tutti i passi compiuti
in questo mondo
di mente e separabilità

Nel silenzio
sciogli i lacci
che legano al tempo
e ai condizionamenti

Nel silenzio
sei libero di essere
quel che veramente sei
senza corse e bersaglio
che proiettano la fretta
e l’attaccamento

Nel silenzio
raccogli un petalo
– essenza del tuo essere –
e lo trasformi in un albero
che porta vita e ristoro
a tutto quel che è già in te

Nel silenzio osservi
ed abbracci ogni ombra
per mutarla in luce
nella prospettiva
di un istante eterno

In the silence
remove shoes
and let out
all steps
in this world
of mind and severability

In the silence
loose laces
that bind to the time
and to adhere

In the silence
you are free to be
what you are really
without racing and target
projecting the haste
and attachment

In the silence
pick a petal
– Essence of your being —
and turn into a tree
that brings life and refreshment
to all that is already in you

Watching in silence
and embraces every shadow
mutarla to highlight
in view
of a moment forever
