Voce

Voce, vibrazione d’anima
ed incanto che permetta connessione
tra chi offre e chi riceve; che rinsalda nel tempo
tutti i legami, per portare gioia e passione,
che spezza dubbi ed abbatte tutte le paure.

Voce che raccoglie tutti gli istanti
in trepida attesa di nuove parole:
sognate, desiderate e mai cancellare
sull’anima, che festante,
è spiaggia che attende la carezza
d’un onda senza fine.

Voce accesa, viva,
che racconta lacrime nascoste
d’una nostalgia senza suono,
oltre l’istante e il suo colore;
oltre la vita e l’amore.

Voce mia, voce tua
in perpetuo intreccio
che vibra nel silenzio,
nelle asperità di una vita
che nega la presenza.

Voce attesa, amata,
che sospinge oltre la solitudine
ed accarezza senza fine
nell’espansione del respiro
tra gioie d’Universo

Sei tu forza che prorompe,
smorza ed arricchisce
legami dove tutto scorre;
dove tutto si conosce
anche in accoglienza

Voice, vibration of the soul
and charm that allows connection
between who provides and who receives that strengthens in the time
all bonds, to bring joy and passion,
that breaks down all the fears and doubts.

Voice that collects all the moments
anxiously waiting for new words:
dream, and never want to delete
soul, that festive,
is the beach that awaits the caress
of a wave without end.

Voice on, alive,
that tells hidden tears
of nostalgia without sound,
over time and its color;
beyond life and love.

My voice, your voice
in a perpetual interweaving
that vibrates in the silence,
in the rough of a life
denying its presence.

Voice wait, loved,
that pushes beyond the solitude
and endless caresses
expansion of the breath
joys of the Universe

Are you the force that breaks out,

Ed è attesa – It  is waiting …

Ed è attesa…

Momenti di pausa,riflessione
su quanto è stato,sul numero di ostacoli
pronti a sbarrare il cammino.

Colori svaniti che cercano brillantezza.

Silenzi che non trovano ascolto,
perchè anche il silenzio potrebbe cercare
la comunicazione,quando,incapaci di fidarsi
di chi sa porre ostacoli al nostro parlare
con le maschere che indossa ci induce
ad adattarci ad un mondo superficiale.

Ci si trova da soli senza nessuno in ascolto.

Si comprende l’inutilità di ogni passo
compiuto tra sagome che vuote sanno solo guardare
e nella valutazione del senso del nostro valore
temiamo quel futuro incerto che nascosto nell’ombra
sembra incapace di donare qualcosa.

Ma tra un’ ala non ancora aperta
ed un germoglio che cerca vita
tutto ancora potrebbe cambiare
con la forza ed il desiderio di trovar luce
che faccia brillare ogni nostro colore.

Moments of pause and reflection
on what has been, the number of obstacles
ready to block the path.

Faded colors looking bright.

Silences that are not listening,
because the silence could try
communication, when, unable to trust
of those who can put obstacles in our speech
with the masks he wears makes us
to adapt to a superficial world.

You are alone with no one listening.

One understands the futility of every step
made between shapes that they can only look empty

“Mettete la parola “armonia” nel cuore della vostra esistenza,
custoditela in voi come una sorta di diapason, e non appena vi
sentite un po’ inquieti o turbati, prendete quel diapason e

consonanza con la vita illimitata, la vita cosmica.

Sorridere a voi stessi è un atto molto gentile nei vostri confronti, perchè state soffrendo e quando soffrite avete bisogno di amore. Voi siete la prima persona che può offrirvelo, non aspettate che sia un’altra a farlo. La pratica della meditazione è la pratica del guardare in profondità nella natura delle cose. E quando sarete in grado di guardare nella natura delle cose otterrete la comprensione, che può liberarvi dalla vostra sofferenza. Nel buddhismo la liberazione avviene attraverso l’intuizione, non attraverso la grazia, e quell’intuizione non sarà possibile senza la pratica della meditazione e del guardare in profondità. Non perdete neanche un minuto delle vostre giornate, ogni minuto della vostra giornata può essere utilizzato per generare l’energia della presenza mentale:camminando, respirando, sedendo. Inspirate, godetevi il vostro respiro e dite:”Sono arrivato”. Lo scopo è smettere di correre. Quando espirate dite:”Sono a casa”, e la vostra casa comincerà a rivelarvisi. Dovrebbe esserci sempre al vostro interno una specie di dialogo permanente con voi stessi, così che possiate scoprire qual è il sentiero da percorrere. E, quando conoscerete il vostro sentiero, smetterete di soffrire. Quando fate qualcosa per far sentire un altro sollevato, improvvisamente vi sentite molto felice. Se non avete la possibilità di fare qualcosa per dar sollievo a qualcun altro ma desiderate essere in grado di farlo, già quella voglia vi renderà più felice. Chi non ha l’energia dell’amore, chi non ha nessuna voglia di amare, è perso, molto solo e molto infelice.

La retta parola

Nel Vinaya leggiamo queste istruzioni: «Chiunque
stia per ammonire un altro deve suscitare in sé
cinque qualità prima di aprir bocca, in modo da
poter dire così: “Parlerò a tempo debito, non nel
momento sbagliato. Dirò la verità, non bugie.
Parlerò soavemente, non con severità. Parlerò a
suo vantaggio, non a suo danno. Parlerò con
intento gentile, non con rabbia”».

Parlare rettamente è sopratutto mantenere una costante attenzione
al proprio modo di esprimersi in ogni circostanza,
perchè la parola è manifestazione del proprio essere.

Una delle cose importanti è il non parlare vanamente,
l’essere prudenti e misurati andando a verificare le fonti,
perchè non si trasmetta ad altri qualcosa di non vero,
che propagasse ignoranza (nel senso di falsa conoscenza).

Sopratutto nell’evitare di sovraccaricare gli altri
di troppe parole che non sempre sono utili.
Si deve sviluppare un processo di sintesi
per trasmettere l’essenza e dare spazio agli altri
nella ricerca ed ascolto interiore.

Non è la mente che deve parlare e soppesare
ma il nostro accostarci con amorevolezza
e compassione, in questo modo cade il giudizio
e la rabbia per mantenere sempre posizioni di supremazia.

Essere duali è percorrere la strada della competizione
e non ci sono giudici e gare.

Si apprende molto osservando ad ascoltando,
mentre non si ha nulla da insegnare a nessuno imponendo
delle proprie opinioni. Meglio tenerle per se stessi
o chiedersi se sono davvero valide o frutto
di condizionamenti della nostra mente.

La ricerca interiore è un giardino che ogni essere
coltiva in prima persona, possiamo solo dare sostegno
e non serve essere concitati ed agitarsi con gli altri
per far capire di essere vicini o di sentirsi distanti.

Meglio un fermo silenzio, addolcito da un sorriso
ed un amorevole accoglienza che il farsi trascinare
da un fiume in piena che non placa la mente.

Non giova sapere se si è approvati o disapprovati
da qualcuno, è importante riflettere e capire
se il passo che compiamo è costruttivo
o arreca danno ad altri esseri, in questo
possiamo essere capaci da soli.

Si è davvero vicino ad una persona restando in silenzio,
per permetterle di leggersi nel profondo,
ed aspettando che quello che noi avevavo compreso,
finalmente trovi chiarezza nell’altro attraverso
la retta visione ed il suo retto sforzo.
Possiamo suggerire con dolcezza, mai sovrapporci
o sostituirci agli altri.

Questo è nella mia esperienza e nel mio
modo di porgere la mia presenza in tanti anni.

Nel nostro rapporto con gli altri
non abbiamo merito alcuno, siamo solo testimoni
del loro sforzo per migliorare.
Ma sopratutto non dobbiamo distrarci
dal lavoro che serve per migliorare noi stessi.

Vinaya è un termine sanscrito e pāli che significa disciplina e nel Buddhismo indica la raccolta scritturale delle norme di condotte seguite dai monaci (bhiksu, sanscr., bhikkhu, pāli) e dalle monache (bhiksuni, sanscr., bhikkhuni, pāli).
Il vinaya è una delle due categorie degli antichi insegnamenti del Buddha Shakyamuni (o Buddhadharma) insieme al ‘Dharma’ (ovvero dottrina). Un altro termine per indicare il Buddhismo è infatti Dharmavinaya.
Attualmente disponiamo di sette vinaya delle antiche scuole (Buddhismo dei Nikaya).
Il vinaya Theravada, di probabile origine Sthaviravada Vibhajyavada, è conservato nel Canone pāli ed è suddiviso in tre parti:

Suttavibhanga, le regole di condotta fondamentali dei monaci e delle monache (patimokkha) con le storie all’origine di ciascuna regola;
Khandhaka, a sua volta suddiviso in:
Mahavagga, altre regole di condotta e di etichetta per il sangha insieme ad altri discorsi e insegnamenti del Buddha;
Cullavagga, elaborazioni sull’etichetta e le norme dei monaci e delle monache e la trattazione di come vadano affrontati i casi di infrazione delle regole monastiche;
Parivara, una ricapitolazione delle sezioni precedenti riportante in sunto le regole classificate in vari modi a scopo didattico.

In the Vinaya read these instructions: “Whoever

Vinaya is a Sanskrit word that means discipline and Pali and in Buddhism means the collection of scriptural standards of conduct of monks (bhiksu, Skt., Bhikkhus, poles) and nuns (bhiksuni, Skt., Bhikkhuni, poles).

Essenza della meditazione – Jean Klein

La meditazione non è attività mentale o fisica. Non si può dire che cosa sia la meditazione nel campo della conoscenza obbiettiva. Non è nulla di percettibile. Essa non si trova nel campo dell’esistenza, dell’energia e del movimento, ma è uno stato al di là di tutti gli stati. La meditazione è la sorgente del movimento e del non movimento. Perciò non è chiaramente una funzione, non è qualcosa che possiate fare. Essere in meditazione reca con sé un nuovo modo di vivere istante per istante, un modo di vita che non può essere diviso in compartimenti: tempo per gli affari, tempo per mangiare, tempo per meditare, eccetera. Non potete entrare e uscire dalla meditazione. Essa è il supporto di ogni attività. Nella diversità della vita di tutti i giorni, la tela di fondo resta sempre la stessa e tutte le attività sono espressioni spontanee di questo fondale. Nella meditazione il vivere è spontaneo. La vita scorre senza riferirsi ad un centro che controlla, ad un ego. L’immagine dell’io cerca la propria sopravvivenza nelle situazioni. Essa cerca una sicurezza nella ripetizione e negli schemi di comportamento acquisiti. Cerca di rendere conosciuto tutto ciò che è nuovo e sconosciuto. Finché funziona questo controllo dell’individualità, non possiamo realizzare la vita spontanea, il non-stato dal quale sorgono tutti gli stati. La meditazione è il fondale di ogni gesto, di ogni attività. Essa è spesso scambiata per un abbandono di ogni attività. Ma arrestare il mentale non è meditare. Questo abbandono è ancora un’attività. La meditazione è la tranquillità dietro l’attività e la così detta non-attività. Meditare è una completa integrazione: tutte le sue espressioni si trovano all’interno. All’interno di essa.
D. Lei dice che noi siamo meditazione, e che mettersi a meditare è un modo di allontanarsi dalla meditazione. Se non si tratta di qualcosa che posso fare, come posso essere al di là del fare?
R. Sia semplicemente consapevole di essere quasi sempre nel fare, consapevole del fatto che controlla, produce, giudica, interpreta. Prenda nota del fatto che quando cerca di evitare qualcosa, anche questa è ancora un’attività, e appartiene alla cosa stessa che cerca di evitare. Non può avvenire alcuna trasformazione attraverso lo sforzo. La meditazione non è la tranquillità del mentale. Lei può arrestare il suo pensiero attraverso la disciplina, ma questo non è uno spirito libero. Appena vede questo con chiarezza, è uscito dal processo.
D. Molte tradizioni mettono l’accento su una pratica sistematica di meditazione. Questo ha qualche valore?
R. La meditazione non ha luogo tra le sette o le otto del mattino, e le sei e le sette della sera. Per apprendere qualcosa di pratico come una lingua o uno strumento musicale, avete bisogno di esercitarvi. Ma non potete esercitarvi ad essere quello che siete. Ci si esercita per ottenere un risultato nello spazio-tempo, ma la nostra natura fondamentale è senza causa ed è eterna. Appena lei ha l’intenzione di meditare, c’è una proiezione sottile di energia e lei si identifica con questa proiezione. Quando comincia a rispondere alle sollecitazioni del silenzio, può essere chiamato ad esplorare l’invito. Questa esplorazione è una specie di laboratorio. Può sedersi a osservare l’andirivieni delle percezioni. Resti presente ad esse ma non le segua. Seguire un pensiero è ciò che lo mantiene. Se resta presente senza diventare complice, l’agitazione rallenta a causa della mancanza di carburante. Nell’assenza di agitazione, lei è preso dalla risonanza della tranquillità. E’ come se fosse nel deserto. In principio ascolta l’assenza di suoni e la chiama silenzio. Poi può essere improvvisamente preso dalla presenza della tranquillità in cui lei è uno con l’ascolto. Questo spostamento della prospettiva le prova di prima mano quello che accettava sinora di seconda mano come una possibilità: che non c’è meditante, che l’idea di un meditante non è che una produzione dello spirito, una frammentazione della memoria. Questa scoperta è un punto in cui l’intelletto arriva ad un arresto, e lei è preso da questo silenzio che è la tela di fondo di tutta la tavolozza delle percezioni. A quel punto, lei non avverte più il bisogno di sperimentare nel suo laboratorio. La tranquillità diventa sempre più integrata nella vita quotidiana.
D. C’è uno spazio, allora, per sedere in meditazione durante la vita quotidiana?
R. Il nostro stato naturale è la tranquillità, ma lei si conosce soltanto nell’azione, che nasconde il fondale della tranquillità. Prenda nota del desiderio di sedere in meditazione. Non lo arresti, non lo fugga, non lo eviti, non lo controlli. Lo guardi come può guardare le onde dell’oceano. Ma faccia attenzione. Può pensare di guardare le onde mentre lo sguardo è ancora un’idea. Nello sguardo completo, non c’è interferenza psicologica, né intesa come interpretazione, come emotività, e neppure come distacco. Non c’è introversione dei sensi. Essi sono ancora là, finché lei ha orecchie, occhi e naso. Se il suo scopo è quello di liberarsi dei sensi, dall’agitazione, allora è ancora intento a proiettare un fuori, un”altro da”. Questo rafforza la relazione soggetto-oggetto. Quando è attento, vede che ci sono dei brevi istanti nella sua vita quotidiana in cui appare la tranquillità. Se lei non ignora questa tranquillità ma si lascia prendere da lei, essa lo solleciterà sempre di più e il desiderio di questa tranquillità sorgerà coscientemente, ciò a dire in modo continuo. In tal modo la meditazione la attira a sé. Lei si rende conto che, benché il mentale possa essere di tanto in tanto tranquillo, la sua natura è il movimento, e che la vera tranquillità è la sorgente sia della funzione che della non funzione.
