Colore pastello

Inganno tutte le tensioni
con questi colori pastello
da distribuire in essenza di vita

Oltre le paure e le pressioni
del tuo turbamento
per una mente che annulla
la voce e l’essenza del suo sentire

Dove non penetra la polvere
e tutto brilla di luce vera
perchè tu sia capace di sorriso

Smorzo l’acceso colore
di ogni emozione che urla
e di questo tempo che corre

La brezza estiva
è un tenue ricordo
di quella goccia che scivola
per esssere amore

Con furore esso supera
l’istante del respiro
per essere foglia che trema

Pastel colors

Deceit all voltages
with these pastel colors
distribution in the essence of life

Apart from the fears and pressures
your trouble
for a mind that cancels
the voice and the essence of his feelings

Where it penetrates the dust
and all true light shines
because you are able to smile

Dampening on color
every emotion that screams
and running this time

The summer breeze
is a faint memory
that drop that slides

With fury it exceeds
the moment of breath

Quel che siamo

Profondità
ed ampiezza
nel suono
di onde
capaci
di avvolgere
oltre le distanze
Vibrazioni e canti
incisi nella memoria
del brodo primordiale
perché nulla è distante
o diverso
da quel che siamo

Senza aggrapparsi a nulla – Without clinging to anything – Buddha “Sutta Nipata”

Senza aggrapparsi a nulla

Un tale chiese al Buddha: “Vorrei sapere qualcosa di più di quello stato di pace,
di solitudine e di quieto distacco.
Come si fa a diventare calmi, indipendenti, senza volersi aggrappare a nulla?
Si arriva a questo rispose il Buddha, “sradicando l’illusione dell”io sono’.
Stando attenti e vigili si comincia a lasciar andare i
desideri man mano che insorgono.
Ma qualunque risultato si ottenga, bisogna stare attenti alla superbia spirituale.
Bisogna evitare di credersi superiori agli altri, o peggiori, o uguali,
perche’ ogni paragone non fa che rafforzare l’ego.
Bisogna cercare la pace interiore e non dipendere da una pace che sta in qualche altro posto.
Se si e’ quieti nell’intimo, non esiste più il se’.
Nelle profonditá dell’oceano non ci sono onde:
cosi’ e’ per la persona pacificata.
E’ calma, tranquilla, senza più nulla da afferrare.
Ha mollato il fondamento del se’ e non da’ piú luogo alla costruzione
del senso d’importanza personale e del desiderio”.

Without clinging to anything

Someone asked the Buddha: “I would like to know more about that state of peace,
of loneliness and quiet detachment.
How do you become calm, independent, without wanting to cling to anything?
It comes to this the Buddha replied, “eradicating the illusion of ‘I am’.
By being alert and vigilant you begin to let go of
desires as they arise.
But whatever results are obtained, one must beware of spiritual pride.
We must avoid believing ourselves superior to others, or worse, or equal,
because every comparison only strengthens the ego.
We must seek inner peace and not depend on a peace that is somewhere else.
If one is quiet within, the self no longer exists.
In the depths of the ocean there are no waves:
so it is for the pacified person.
It is calm, peaceful, with nothing left to grasp.
He has given up the foundation of self and no longer gives rise to construction
the sense of self-importance and desire “.

Voglio

Voglio stringerti
dentro al cuore
e farti danzare
al battito della mia gioia:
“LO VOGLIO!”

Veliero su acque placide…
gabbiano che spiega le ali
nel tempo senza tempo,
nel cuore in festa,
nel sole che brilla.
Respiro lucente che vibra
su note inudibili, sei
musica dell’universo:
“Cuore -vita
riflesso del tutto.
AMORE espanso
che tutto tocca.
” IO AMO”

I want to hold you
inside the heart

Sail boat on calm waters …
seagull spreads its wings
in timeless time,

Ali di carta – Paper wings

Ali di carta

Ali di carta
si dispiegano lievi
ed il vento
non le potrà strappare
Nessun sogno sbiadisce
se saprai accoglierne
in un sussurro la forza
fai respirare le tue speranze
e non indossare ali di cartone
Solo ali di carta
piume leggere
che sfiorano vita
senza rumore

Timore

A volte una nube oscura il sole
è solo illusione di aver perduto la rotta:
Chi crede aspetta
accoglie le pause del cuore
e scaccia tutte le paure
perchè sa che ogni cosa
è solo un momento
e come cerchio tutto ritorna
tutto è pronto a fuggire
Solo un sorriso che accoglie
riappacifica il nostro timore

Ho incontrato gente distrutta. Ho provato ad aiutarli, ma, alla fine, hanno distrutto anche me. È che non possiamo aiutare chi dapprima non si aiuta e non fa nulla per cambiare… Ho trovato amici che mi hanno aiutato, grazie al fatto che ho deciso di aiutarmi. Aiutati che il Ciel ti aiuta!
