questi diventano un’ossessione e fonte di problemi.
Nella vita di tutti i giorni, osserva le tue azioni, come comunichi, i tuoi sentimenti,
le tue sensazioni e i tuoi pensieri con chiarezza e oggettività, senza resistenze o attaccamento.
Sii consapevole dei tuoi stati mentali, siano essi piacevoli o spiacevoli.

Practice regularly and patiently, without great and immediate expectations.
You should understand that meditation is not a “method”.
Meditation is to have a clear mind, be aware from moment to moment.
The methods, techniques, can help us to be aware of, but if we cling to them,
they become an obsession and a source of problems.
In the life of every day, watch your actions, such as communicating, your feelings,
your feelings and your thoughts with clarity and objectivity, without resistance or attachment.
Be aware of your mental states, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant.
