Posso respirare – I can breathe

 Posso respirare

Vorrei poter chiamare

                       a raccolta

tutti i silenzi

             e farli tacere

smettere di vedere

ancora una volta

                     la danza

delle ombre

       -degli altri-

ma non smettono

di aleggiare qui intorno

e uncinate rostrano

senza preavviso

questo mio spazio

Vorrei poter tappare

orecchie e occhi

              del cuore

senza più resa

a quest’immagini

da combattere ancora

Sono le sensazioni

che tutto impregnano

e gridano sempre

-tolgono fiato-

ogni passo è lotta

tra quel che opprime

                 come cappio

e quel che rimbalza

sullo scudo

                  che pongo

Rifletto e cerco

ancora una volta

quel filo perduto

per capire

         respirando

dove poggiare

         il mio passo

Conosco il percorso

      il ripetersi stanco

di tutti i respiri

Solo un attimo

     un attimo ancora

e presto sarà silenzio

toccate le nuvole

    è il mio cuore

             che ascolto

Ora che resto

nell’impero del sole

   svaniscono ombre

e resto a guardare

Distacco e forza

  mi sorridono

    e posso

          respirare

I can breathe

I wish I could call

harvested

all silences

and shut them up

stop seeing

again

dance

shadows

-of the other-

But do not stop

to hover around here

and hooked rostrum

without notice

my space

I wish I could plug

ears and eyes

heart

made without

in these images

to fight again

These are the feelings

permeate everything

and cry forever

remove-breath-

each step is a struggle

between that which oppresses

as a loop

and what bounces

shield

I am asking

I reflect and try

again

lost the thread

to understand

breathing

where rest

my pace

I know the path

the tired repetition

of all breaths

Just a moment

even a moment

and soon will be silent

touch the clouds

My heart is

I listen to

Now that the rest

Empire of the Sun

shadows disappear

and watched

Posting and strength

I smile

and I can

breathe
