La non identificazione è osservare,
poter fare una scelta coerente
e saper lasciare andare,
anche per permettere un’evoluzione.
Tutto cambia,si trasforma e quanto più
vogliano credere di essere qualcosa
o qualcuno di definito, più non sappiamo “mollare la presa” per aprirci ad altro.
È importante cogliere il momento presente:
quanto è stato già è destinato a logorarsi
e non sappiamo molto di quanto accadrà.

🌸No identification

No-identification is observing,
to be able to make a coherent choice
and knowing how to let go,
also to allow an evolution.
Everything changes, transforms
and how much more
want to believe they are something
or someone definite, we no longer know how to “let go” to open up to something else.
It is important to grasp the present moment:
what has already been is destined to wear out
and we don’t know much about what will happen.
