Mettere in circolo

In fondo è sempre grazie alle esperienze o a qualcuno che ci ha insegnato,che oggi siamo più ricchi ed è sempre una forma sottile di gratitudine quella di “mettere in circolo” quanto ricevuto perché non ci appartiene veramente. Ad ogni gesto ricevuto possiamo aggiungere parte di noi stessi per renderlo specchio del nostro sentire.

Put into circulation

Ultimately, it is always because of the experience, or to someone who has taught us, that we are the richest and it’s always a subtle form of gratitude to “put into circulation” as received because we do not really belong. For every gesture we can add received part of ourselves to make the mirror of our feelings.

Le braccia del cuore

Il cuore ha braccia
che si estendono all’infinito.
Non temere, asseconda
ed abbraccia questa forza,
allora avvolge anche te.
Tutto E’ dove tu sai essere.
Tutto ti accoglie dove tu accogli.
Tutto è dono dove tu ti doni.
Senza separazione.
La vera essenza è in noi
e non ha senso
aggrapparsi al mondo.
Non si possiede ma si è.
La paura è una catena
che non ci fa innalzare,
chi potrebbe derubare
o calpestare il nostro essere?
Aprire il cuore
è il vero senso
del nostro Essere.
Dobbiamo cercare
quel frammento di Luce in noi,
riflesso e specchio,
essenza e potenza
dell’Amore che per ignoranza
non sappiamo di essere.

The arms of the heart

The heart has arms
that extend to infinity.
You do not worry, you favors
and you embrace this force,
then it also surrounds you.
Everything now is where, you know to be.
All welcome, accept you where you.
Where everything is a gift you give yourself.
Without separation.
The real essence is in us
and does not make sense
cling to the world.
But you do not possesses.
Fear is a chain
that does not make us improve,
Who would rob
or walk through our being?
Open your heart
is the true meaning
of our Being.
We must find
Light in this fragment of ourselves,
and mirror reflection,
essence and power
Love that cause of ignorance
we know not to be.
