Some kinds of happiness actually destroy our body, our mind, and our relationships. Freedom from craving is an important practice. Look deeply into the nature of what you think will bring you happiness and see whether it is, in fact, causing those you love to suffer. You have to know this if you want to be truly free. Come back to the present moment, and touch the wonders of life that are available. There are so many wholesome things that can make us happy right now, like the beautiful sunrise, the blue sky, the mountains, the rivers, and all the lovely faces around us.

Nuova alba
Siamo forti insieme,
riscaldati dal sole,
accarezzati dalla speranza.

Per te

Ed è speranza,
è certezza di uno sguardo
tra il senso profondo di valori,
dove non ci si aggrappa a nulla
e nulla si chiede nel coglier l’attimo.

Non è il passato a dare forza,
non è l’attesa di quel che è destinato a svanire
ma tutto è in questo istante
perchè impermanente è il valore
di quel che oggi appare certo.

Anime in viaggio

Occhi attraversati

dalla magia dell’infinito

braccia di nuvole

abbracciano il respiro

in una nuova alba

dove nulla è separato

e la carezza dell’anima

asciuga ogni lacrima

che ha tenuto in gabbia

questo cuore illuso

Abbraccio la vita

e il suo tesoro

gratuita offerta

senza prezzo alcuno

Apro le mani ed il cuore

all’immenso che mi attraversa

magia di colori ed arcobaleno

tra calici di stelle

e respiri di cielo

Sono spezzate

le pesanti catene

di una mente

Tra suoni
viaggi
e vibrazioni

ti ho trovato
cuore
in attesa.

Nell’impercettibile
sentiero
c’eri tu.

Piccoli passi
portano
sempre lontano.

la mia mano
non sciogliere
il volo.

Avvolgimi
portami in alto
respirami e fammi nube
in abbandono nel vento.

Se tutto ha un senso
e il senso è il tutto

Il nostro viaggio
quel insondabile mistero
quella vibrazione
quell’essenza

Adagio
in punta di piedi

Eccomi
leggera come piuma
ad attraversare
lo spazio del cuore
dove non è la polvere
a far smettere il palpito
di questa notte sublime

Ci sono
con passi di danza
in punta di piedi
in questa stanza vuota
che non distrae
e non alimenta illusione
dove tutto è soffice

Incanto
che sollecita
piccole onde concentriche
e brivido di un fresco universo
senza sapori o stanchezza
senza necessità di fuga
dove tutto si sprigiona

Aromi
che soffusi
solleticano e vorticano
come overture e piroette
in questo adagio
per cercare
la finestra in fondo alla stanza

Eccola
piccola insenatura
di stelle e vita
che regala con un sospiro
un lembo di amorevole
abbraccio di cielo
sino all’ultima stella

che non muore

light as a feather

space of the heart
where is not the dust
the throb to stop
of this night sublime

There are
with dance steps
on tiptoe
in this empty room
that does not distract
illusion and does not feed
where everything is soft

Charm
which calls for
small concentric waves
and thrill of a fresh universe
without taste or fatigue
no need to escape
where everything is released

Aromas
that suffused
and swirl tickle
as an overture and pirouettes
in this adage
to search
the window across the room

Here it is
little inlet
of stars and life
that gives a sigh
a strip of loving
embrace of Heaven
until the last star

until dawn
that does not die
