“Per favore, adesso prendetevi un momento di pausa, chiudete gli occhi e sentite tutto l’amore che irradia dal cuore.
Voglio che vi uniate tenendo le mie parole nella mente e nel cuore, per sentire una forte connessione d’amore. Insieme faremo una preghiera speciale, per sperimentare la comunione con il Creatore.
Concentrate l’attenzione sui polmoni, come se esistessero soltanto loro. Sentite il piacere di espanderli per soddisfare il più grande bisogno del corpo umano: respirare.
Fate un respiro profondo e sentite l’aria che vi riempe il petto. Sentite che l’aria è amore, soltanto amore. Sentite la connessione tra l’aria e i polmoni, una connessione d’amore. Riempite i polmoni finché il corpo avrà la necessità di espellere l’aria. Quindi espirate, e sentite di nuovo il piacere. Ogni volta che esaudiamo un bisogno del corpo, proviamo piacere. Respirare è molto piacevole. Soltanto respirare è già abbastanza per essere felici, per godersi la vita. Essere vivi è già abbastanza. Sentite il piacere di essere vivi, il piacere di sentire l’amore…

PREGHIERA PER LA CONSAPEVOLEZZA

Oggi, Creatore dell’Universo, ti chiediamo di aprirci gli occhi e il cuore, per poter godere di tutto ciò che hai creato e vivere con te nell’amore eterno. Aiutaci a vederti in ogni cosa che percepiamo con gli occhi, le orecchie e tutti i sensi. Fa’ che possiamo percepire con gli occhi dell’amore, in modo da poterti trovare dovunque andiamo, in tutto ciò che crei. Fa’ che possiamo vederti in ogni cellula del nostro corpo, in ogni emozione della mente, in ogni sogno, in ogni fiore, in ogni persona che incontriamo. Non puoi nasconderti a noi perché sei dappertutto, e noi siamo uno con te. Rendici consapevoli di questa verità.
Rendici coscienti del nostro potere di creare un sogno del paradiso dovunque sia possibile. Aiutaci a usare la nostra immaginazione per guidare il sogno della nostra vita, la magia della nostra creazione, in modo da vivere senza paura, senza rabbia, senza gelosia o invidia. Dacci una luce da seguire, e fa’ che oggi sia il giorno in cui la nostra ricerca di amore e di felicità giunga alla meta. Oggi fa’ che accada qualcosa di straordinario, capace di cambiare la nostra vita per sempre: fa’ che qualunque cosa diciamo o facciamo sia un’espressione della bellezza e dell’amore che sono da sempre nel nostro cuore.
Aiutaci a essere come te, ad amare come ami tu, a condividere come condividi tu, a creare un capolavoro di bellezza e amore, nello stesso modo in cui lo sono tutte le tue creazioni. Iniziando da oggi, aiutaci ad aumentare il potere del nostro amore per fare della nostra vita un’opera d’arte. PREGHIERA PER AMARE SE STESSI

Oggi, Creatore dell’Universo, ti chiediamo di aiutarci ad accettare noi stessi così come siamo, senza giudicarci. Aiutaci ad accettare la nostra mente così com’è, con tutte le emozioni, le speranze e i sogni, la nostra personalità, il nostro modo di essere unico. Aiutaci ad accettare il nostro corpo così com’è, con tutta la sua bellezza e perfezione. Fa’ che l’amore che sentiamo per noi stessi diventi cos’ forte da non permetterci più di rifiutarci, di sabotare la nostra stessa felicità, la nostra libertà e il nostro amore.
Da ora in avanti, fa’ che ogni azione, ogni reazione, ogni emozione, sia basata sull’amore. Aiutaci, Creatore, ad aumentare l’amore che proviamo per noi stessi fino a poter trasformare completamente la nostra vita da un sogno di paura e dramma in uno di amore e gioia. Fa’ che il potere del nostro amore per noi stessi sia abbastanza forte da spezzare tutte le menzogne che siamo stati programmati a credere, tutte le menzogne che ci fanno pensare di non essere abbastanza buoni, abbastanza forti, abbastanza intelligenti per farcela.Fa’ che il potere del nostro amore per noi stessi sia così forte da non avere più bisogno di vivere secondo le opinioni degli altri. Fa’ che possiamo fidarci completamente di noi stessi per fare le scelte che ci si presentano davanti. Pieni di amore per noi stessi, non abbiamo più paura di affrontare le responsabilità, e risolviamo i problemi a mano a mano che si presentano. Qualunque cosa vogliamo ottenere, fa’ che si compia con il potere del nostro amore per noi stessi.
A partire da oggi, aiutaci ad amarci così tanto da non creare più circostanze contrarie nella nostra vita. Possiamo vivere essendo noi stessi, senza fingere di essere diversi solo per farci accettare da altre persone. Non abbiamo più bisogno che altri ci accettino o ci dicano che siamo buoni e bravi, perché sappiamo ciò che siamo. Con il potere dell’amore per noi stessi, fa’ che possiamo provare gioia ogni volta che ci guardiamo allo specchio. Fa’ che sul nostro volto ci sia un gran sorriso, capace di far emergere la nostra bellezza esteriore e interiore. Aiutaci a provare un amore così intenso per noi stessi da renderci capaci di godere ogni momento che trascorriamo in nostra compagnia.
Fa’ che possiamo amarci senza giudizi, perché il giudizio porta la colpa e il bisogno di castigo, e ci fa perdere il punto di vista del tuo amore. Rafforza la nostra volontà di perdonarci in questo momento. Purifica la nostra mente dal veleno emozionale e dai giudizi, e fa’ che possiamo vivere in pace e amore.
Fa’ che il nostro amore per noi stessi sia il potere con cui cambiare il sogno della nostra vita. Con questo nuovo potere nel cuore, fa’ che possiamo trasformare i nostri rapporti, inizando da quello che abbiamo con noi stessi. Aiutaci a liberarci di ogni conflitto con gli altri. Rendici felici di condividere il nostro tempo con le persone che amiamo, aiutaci a perdonarle per ogni ingiustizia che secondo la nostra mente abbiamo subito da loro. Aiutaci ad amare noi stessi tanto da poter perdonare chiunque ci abbia fatto del male.
Dacci il coraggio di amare la nostra famiglia e i nostri amici incondizionatamente, e di cambiare il nostro rapporto con loro nel modo più amorevole e positivo. Aiutaci a creare nuovi canali di comunicazione nei nostri rapporti, in modo che non ci sia guerra, per il controllo, che non ci siano perdenti e vincitori. Fa’ che possiamo lavorare insieme per l’amore e l’armonia.
Fa’ che i nostri rapporti con i familiari e gli amici siano basati sul rispetto e la gioia, in modo da non avere più bisogno di dire loro ciò che dovrebbero pensare o come dovrebbero essere. Fa’ che possiamo provare gioia ogni volta che ci diamo al nostro partner. Aiutaci ad accettare gli altri così come sono, senza giudizi, perché rifiutando loro rifiutiamo noi stessi, e rifiutando noi rifiutiamo te.
Oggi è un nuovo inizio. Aiutaci a cominciare di nuovo la nostra vita oggi, con il potere dell’amore per noi stessi. Take a deep breath and feel the air that fills your chest. Feel that the air is love, only love. Feel the connection between the air and lungs, a love connection. Fill your lungs until your body will need to expel air. Then exhale, and feel the pleasure again. Every time you fulfill a need of the body, we experience pleasure. Breathing is very nice. Today, Creator of the Universe, we ask you to open our eyes and hearts, to be able to enjoy all that you have created and live with you forever in love. Help us to see you in everything that we perceive with the eyes, ears and senses. It’s’ we can perceive with the eyes of love, so that we can find wherever we go, in everything you create.
