Questo cuore
come foglio stracciato
gettato in un angolo
non ha più ali
invisibili percorsi
che disegnano aurore
Una voce che chiama
non ha eco e suoni
per le orecchie
che tappate
non sanno ascoltare

Resto
in un respiro
che si slancia
un solo vago momento
nella consapevolezza
che ad occhi chiusi
nessuna alba
è certezza
spalanco il cuore
ad accarezzare
vortici di luce
racchiusi nel cuore
dove la nebbia di dirada
su placide radure
e non gioco con l’ombra
da tempo fuggita lontano

La lucciola e la cornacchia

Una cornacchia una volta correva fino ad una lucciola e stava per impadronirsi di lei. “Aspetta un momento, buon amico,” disse la lucciola, “e udrai qualcosa a tuo vantaggio.”
“Ah! Che cos’è?” disse la cornacchia.
“io sono soltanto una delle tante lucciole che vivono in questa foresta. Se desideri averle tutte seguimi”, disse la lucciola.
“Certamente!” disse la cornacchia.
Poi la lucciola la condusse ad un luogo nel bosco dove il fuoco era stato acceso da alcuni boscaioli, e indicando le scintille , disse:” Lì si trovano le lucciole si scaldavano intorno al fuoco. Una volta finito, io te ne mostrerò ancora un pò ad una distanza da questo luogo. ”
La cornacchia si lanciò sulle scintille, e cercò di ingoiarne alcune, ma la sua bocca si bruciò dallo sforzo, scappò via esclamando: “Ah, la lucciola è una piccola creatura pericolosa !”
Disse la lucciola con orgoglio, ” La saggezza rende malvagi ”

The Glow-Worm and the daw

A JACKDAW once ran up to a glow-worm and was about to seize him. “Wait a moment, good friend,” said the worm; “and you shall hear something to your advantage.”
“Ah! what is it?” said the daw.
“I am but one of the many glow-worms that live in this forest. If you wish to have them all, follow me,” said the glowworm.
“Certainly!” said the daw.
Then the glow-worm led him to a place in the wood where a fire had been kindled by some woodmen, and pointing to the sparks flying about, said, “There you find the glow-worms warming themselves round a fire. When you have done with them, I shall show you some more, at a distance from this place.”
The daw darted at the sparks, and tried to swallow some of them; but his mouth being burnt by the attempt, he ran away exclaiming, “Ah, the glow-worm is a dangerous little creature!”
Said the glow-worm with pride, “Wickedness yields to wisdom!”

Il Dharma – The Dharma

Il Dharma

Nel Dharma non esistono esseri senzienti, poiché è libero dalla macchia dell’essere;
nel Dharma non esiste il sé poiché è libero dalla macchia dell’individualità.
Quando il saggio capisce questa verità e crede in essa, la sua vita è “in accordo al Dharma”.
Poiché nell’Essenza del Dharma non v’è desiderio di possesso, il saggio è sempre pronto a praticare la carità con il suo corpo, la sua vita e la sua proprietà, senza mai dare malvolentieri e senza sapere cos’è la carità non spontanea.
Conoscendo perfettamente la triplice natura del vuoto, egli è al di sopra della parzialità e dell’attaccamento.
Solo per la sua volontà di purificare gli esseri viene tra di essi come se fosse uno di loro, ma senza essere attaccato alla forma. Questa è la fase in cui compie benefici per se stesso, ma sa anche come compiere benefici per gli altri, e rendere gloria alla verità dell’illuminazione. Com’è per la virtù della carità, così è per le altre cinque. Il saggio pratica le sei virtù della perfezione per liberarsi dai pensieri confusi, ma da parte sua non v’é coscienza specifica di compiere degli atti meritori.
Questo si chiama “essere in accordo al Dharma”.

The Dharma

There are no sentient beings in the Dharma, since it is free from the stain of being;
in the Dharma there is no self because it is free from the stain of individuality.
When the essay understands this truth and believes in it, its life is “in accord with the Dharma.”
Since in the Absence of the Dharma there is no desire to possess, the essay is always ready to practice charity with his body, his life, and his property, without ever giving ill-ness and without knowing what is non-spontaneous charity .
Knowing perfectly the triple nature of the void, he is above partiality and attachment.
Only because of his will to purify the beings comes between them as though he were one of them, but without being attached to form. This is the stage where he makes benefits for himself, but also knows how to make benefits for others, and glorifies the truth of the illumination. As is the virtue of charity, so is the other five. The essay practices the six virtues of perfection to free himself from confused thoughts, but he does not have a specific conscience to do meritorious acts.
This is called “being in agreement with the Dharma”.

Oltrepassare la mente – Go beyond the mind

I.: Che significa oltrepassare la mente?
M.: Il corpo lo oltrepassi di già, non è vero?
Non segui consapevolmente i processi della digestione,
della circolazione e dell’evacuazione: sono automatici.
Anche la mente dovrebbe funzionare senza pretendere attenzione.
La nostra coscienza della mente e del corpo è pressoché ininterrotta
perché ci costringono a occuparcene. Dolore e pena non sono altro
che il corpo-mente che strilla perché gli si badi.
Per andare oltre il corpo, devi essere sano.
Per oltrepassare la mente, devi averla in perfetto ordine.
Non puoi lasciarti alle spalle una bolgia, e tirar dritto.
Ti c’impantanerai. “Raccogli le tue immondizie”
sembra essere la legge universale. E più che giusta.
