Spesso inciampiamo in quello che può essere considerato come un “loop” o sequenza ciclica reiterata di pensieri invadenti o timori che ci bloccano, facendoci credere di non essere in grado di gestire o affrontare una situazione.
È importante allora non farsi sopraffare e cercare l’essenza,come per un pittore o un fotografo in cerca di particolari di rilievo, piuttosto che fare disperdere energie e risorse interiori a causa di qualcosa di irrilevante. Allora meglio agire che reagire a tutto. Dobbiamo acquisire maggiore sicurezza in noi stessi per fare sciogliere ansia ed insicurezza.

We often stumble upon what can be considered a “loop” or repeated cyclical sequence of intrusive thoughts or fears that block us, making us believe we are unable to manage or deal with a situation.
It is therefore important not to be overwhelmed and look for the essence, as for a painter or a photographer looking for important details, rather than wasting energy and inner resources due to something irrelevant. So it’s better to act than react to everything. We need to gain more self-confidence to dissolve anxiety and insecurity.
