Nel silenzio
e nel vuoto
la tua presenza
invade tutta
la stanza
Dirompe
come acqua
e tutto lava
avvolgente
come carezza
Riempie
il mio respiro
ed afferra
ogni pensiero
regalando vita

Fiaccola accesa
per spezzare le tenebre

Lighted torch
to break the darkness
of any illusion
when you step
trembling with fear
and remain sunk

Stride il ghiaccio
nel bicchiere
suono consueto
dell’Estate
Calore e riposo
tra piccole gocce
di quotidiano
immancabile sudore
Poi la sera attendo
una breccia gentile
per spezzare l’incubo
che ci vuole sfiancare

Stir the ice
in the glass
usual sound
of the Summer
Heat and rest
between small drops
of daily
inevitable perspiration
Then in the evening I wait
a gentle breach
to break the nightmare
which needs to spill us

La ricerca
Ovunque cercavo
lezioni e parole
per iniziare
a seguire
il giusto sentiero:
Concetti e suoni
risposte ed indicazioni
erano sempre diversi
e non capivo
che direzione prendere
Il rumore logorava
mentre nella mente
martellava
ogni pensiero
Ho socchiuso gli occhi
atteso nel silenzio
ascoltando
solo il respiro
lasciato andare tutto
ed il cuore
ha allargato
ogni confine
presentando la vita
come maestro

I was looking everywhere
lessons and words
to start
following
the right path:
Concepts and sounds
answers and directions
were always different
and I did not understand
which way to go
The noise wore on
while in the mind
pounding
every thought
I squinted
waited in silence
listening
only the breath
let it all go
and heart
It expanded
all boundaries
presenting life
as a teacher

Gemme di cielo
“Gemme di cielo”
con un tratto
ha disegnato
per tutti
un piccolo cuore
Si è aperto
al mondo
dove zampillano
in ordine sparso
tutte le sue parole:
-Resta sempre
in ascolto
-lascia fluire
-non ti aggrappate
mai a nulla
Questa è la vita
con mille lezioni
che dalla Sorgente
ci accompagna
nei suoi colori

with a stretch
He drew
for everyone
a small heart
It opened
in the world
where gush
random
all his words:
-Stay always
 listen
-Let flow
-not you cling
never anything
This is the life
with a thousand lessons
that from the Source
takes us
in its colors
