La mente e il Sè – The mind and the Self

🌼La mente e il Sè🌼

È da considerare cosa si intenda
per “mente”, soprattutto
ha notevolmente importanza
la disciplina su quanto si consideri
essere “frutto della mente”.
Nulla avviene in modo automatico.
È necessario un percorso che aiuti
a calmare la mente: l’inquietudine,le aspettative,l’attaccamento
e la continua “necessita”
di ricevere attenzione dagli altri.
Quando cadranno questi paraventi,
sarà possibile riconoscere
la propria vera natura.
Una mente liberata,non reattiva,
ma capace di indagare
e di superare i suoi stessi ostacoli
abbraccia quello che viene chiamato “Sè”,diviene manifestazione dello spirito
e non può essere descritto se non vissuto.

Empatia – Empathy

🌸Empatia🌸

L’empatia è conforto,
presenza intensa
poiché si vive
il medesimo sentire,
pur cercando
di non scivolare,
provando a nuotare
per portare in salvo
chi scivola nel dolore.
È partecipazione profonda
e quanto si manifesta,
quanto colgono gli occhi,
è in realtà riflesso dell’intimo
sentire dal silenzio.
Un percepire
oltre le apparenze,
oltre gli itinerari della mente
sempre in cerca di logica.
Non si deve temere
questo particolare
modo di essere,
è un dono e come tale
si deve offrire agli altri
