Si hanno amici
quando si diventa punti fermi,
quando ci si preoccupa per il benessere degli altri
e soprattutto quando si ascolta.
Chi si aggrappa agli altri
come fossero zattere,
chi alza la voce ed aggredisce mascherando la paura della solitudine, respinge gli altri,
di conseguenza viene respinto.

You have friends
when you become fixed points,
when you are concerned about the well-being of others
and especially when listening.
Who clings to others
as if they were rafts,
who raises the voice and attacks by masking the fear of loneliness, rejects the others,
