fruscii d’Anima

la Vita nei tratteggi

per condursi

in elementi instabili:

🌸Noi stessi🌸
Per migliorare il mondo è necessario avere una spinta interiore verso il miglioramento di noi stessi.
Tutto ha inizio della nostra attenzione profonda: paure, desideri, insoddisfazioni, spesso crediamo che abbiano origine dall’esterno, da quello che altri dicono e fanno.
Ma non è sempre così, infatti siamo noi che abbiamo la responsabilità delle nostre azioni.
Spesso reagiamo alle provocazioni, ci sentiamo colpiti profondamente e le opinioni di altri fanno credere a noi che siamo una realtà.
Che opinione abbiamo di noi stessi?
Siamo noi in grado di vedere solo dei difetti?
Possiamo assumere la responsabilità per avere un atteggiamento non distruttivo ma responsabile e capace di cercare pregi in noi.
Ogni essere umano è dotato di doni, di opportunità per manifestarli e di capacità per valorizzare ogni cosa.
Ecco un buon modo per iniziare è guardare questi doni, queste capacità che ci rendono unici, non solo in noi stessi ma anche negli altri.
Gettiamo via l’idea di trovare solo difetti e abbracciamo con compassione quello che non accettiamo. Da oggi tutti noi possiamo accogliere ogni aspetto di noi stessi e in altre persone.

To improve the world it is necessary to have an inner drive towards improving ourselves.
Everything begins with our deep attention: fears, desires, dissatisfactions, we often believe that they originate from the outside, from what others say and do.
But it is not always so, in fact it is we who have responsibility for our actions.
We often react to provocations, we feel deeply affected and the opinions of others make us believe that we are a reality.
What is our opinion of ourselves?
Are we able to see only faults?
We can take responsibility for having a non-destructive but responsible attitude that is capable of looking for merits in us.
Every human being is endowed with gifts, opportunities to manifest them and abilities to value everything.
Here is a good way to start is to look at these gifts, these skills that make us unique, not only in ourselves but also in others.
We throw away the idea of finding only faults and embrace with compassion what we do not accept. From today all of us can welcome every aspect of ourselves and into other people.
