Stare attenti

Stare attenti vuol dire vivere nel momento presente, non essere imprigionati nel passato e nemmeno anticipare eventi futuri che potrebbero non accadere. Allorché siamo pienamente coscienti del momento presente, la vita si trasforma e l’ansia e lo stress scompaiono. Gran parte della vita se ne va nella febbrile anticipazione delle cose da fare e nella conseguente sospensione d’animo. Dovremmo imparare a fare un passo indietro nella liberta’ e possibilita’ del presente.

Be careful

Be careful it means to live in the present moment, not be imprisoned in the past and even anticipate future events that may not happen. When we are fully aware of the present moment, life changes and the anxiety and stress disappear. So much of life goes away in feverish anticipation of things to do and the consequent suspension of mind. We should learn to take a step back in freedom ‘and the possibility’ of this.

Non ti scordar di me – Myosotis

C’era una volta un paese con due regni: il regno della luce e quello delle tenebre.
Il regno della luce era gioioso e trasparente, il re e la regina erano buoni e saggi e vivevano in un castello di cristallo.
Il regno delle tenebre era buio e la sua regina, sempre vestita di nero, invidiosa e cattiva, viveva in un castello di sasso senza finestre.
Un bel giorno la regina della luce ebbe un figlio bello come un raggio di sole.

La regina del buio, invidiosa, lo rapì e lo portò nel suo castello.

La madre, disperata, da quel momento non fece che piangere.
Un giorno, mentre piangeva nel suo giardino, vide sbucare dai cespugli tanti piccoli folletti di luce azzurra, accorsi ad aiutarla.
I folletti luminosi si incamminarono verso il regno del buio per salvare il principino; man mano che si avvicinavano al castello perdevano un po’ della loro luce.
Nonostante tutto, però, riuscirono a riportare il principino alla madre.
Quando giunsero al castello di cristallo erano ormai spenti per lo sforzo e la fatica.
Ma la regina disse: “Non vi lascerò morire cari amici e non vi scorderò mai; vi ridarò la luce e vi trasformerò nei più bei fiori del mio giardino.
Da quel giorno, a primavera, nel giardino della luce, spuntano piccoli fiori azzurri con un cuoricino giallo, luminoso come il sole: i Nontiscordardime.

Nel linguaggio dei fiori il nntiscordardime è simbolo di fedeltà ed amore eterno
