Siamo della Terra e alla Terra apparteniamo.
O Madre Terra…ogni passo che muoviamo su di te

PREGHIERA PER LA MADRE TERRA

Meravigliosa Madre Terra mia, primo respiro caldo di accoglienza, io Ti ringrazio per ogni frutto generoso che insieme a Padre Sole per noi Tu partorisci.
Per l’aria pura e profumata che respiro, per l’acqua che bevo e benedice il mondo, per il calore del fuoco che scalda e purifica i pensieri, e per il passo che sempre ci concedi benevolmente sul sacro suolo Tuo.
Prego l’Immensa Comprensione di perdonare noi figli inconsapevoli di tanta grazia, per tutte le sofferenze che sempre ti infliggiamo.
Che la luce scenda sul mondo per il risveglio di tutte le coscienze!

Quando ti svegli al mattino, sii riconoscente per la luce dell’aurora, per la vita che possiedi e la forza che ritrovi nel tuo corpo. Discorso di apertura delle cerimonie sacre degli Irochesi

Volgiamo la mente alla nostra Madre Terra, perchè il Creatore ha fatto la nostra Madre e noi siamo sul suo corpo. Fin dall’inizio dei tempi, la nostra Madre Terra ci ha dato tutto di cui abbiamo bisogno, ci ha sostenuto. La gente qui, e tutta la gente ovunque, dovrebbe pensare a questo e porgere saluti e ringraziamenti alla nostra Madre Terra, che ha sempre seguito le istruzioni del Creatore.

Così salutiamo la Madre Terra.

Salutiamo anche i corpi d’acqua, i fiumi, i grandi laghi, i torrenti, i pozzi, e le sorgenti. Il Creatore ha creato anch’essi. Ha dato vita a quelle acque e dirige l’acqua perchè collabori mano nella mano con tutta l’altra vita che ha posto su questa Terra.Così che quando noi beviamo l’acqua ogni giorno, la freschezza di quell’acqua e l’estinzione della nostra sete ci portano alla mente la comunanza cui partecipiamo. Vorrei chiedere che la nostra gente, mentre beve quest’acqua oggi, lasci che le menti si uniscano come fosse una sola mente.

Offriamo il nostro saluto a tutta l’acqua del mondo, che ci ha portato così lontano.

C’è un’altra cosa che il Creatore ha posto su questa Terra: l’erba e tutte le medicine e la diversa vegetazione. Il piano del Creatore fu che saremmo stati interdipendenti l’uno dall’altro: da queste erbe che nutrono gli animali, la selvaggina e da quelle medicinali che risanano le malattie. Anche se l’umanità ha dimenticato i segreti e la conoscenza e il modo appropriato con cui trattare queste cose, le medicine non hanno dimenticato. Esse aspettano ancora ogni giorno e ogni notte gli esseri umani e il mondo animale chiede loro aiuto perchè la pace possa venire e la malattia possa andarsene.

Così, poichè siamo esseri smemorati, pensiamo in questo modo e porgiamo il nostro saluto alle medicine e alla vegetazione del mondo.

C’è un’altra cosa. Il Creatore pose su questa Terra la vita alata. Gli uccelli volano sopra le nostre teste e nel primo mattino cantano le loro canzoni per ricordarci di questa vita. Le loro canzoni ci scuotono le menti. La vita alata fa questo, anche se sono pochi, come noi ora. La vita alata lotta ancora per portare la felicità alla mente dell’umanità. E all’Aquila, che era posta sull’Albero della Pace, chiediamo di custodire il nostro popolo. Chiediamo che tutta la nostra gente pensi a questo la prossima volta che sente gli uccelli.

Uniamo le nostre menti come fossero una sola e porgiamo il nostro saluto a tutta la vita alata, com’è nostro dovere perchè la vita possa continuare.

Ora dirigiamo la nostra attenzione ai Quattro Venti. Essi soffiano giorno e notte, fanno muovere l’aria e in questo modo sostengono la vita. Sono stati creati dal Creatore perchè fossero condivisi da tutta la vita. A questi venti che non sono mai mancati, che sono anch’essi ora ostacolati dall’umanità, che non sono più così sani, proprio come noi che siamo divenuti molto malati;a questi venti che ancora si sforzano di vivere e di compiere i loro doveri. Chiedo che tutta la gente diriga la propria attenzione allo Spirito e al Potere dei Venti, che non si sono mai scostati dalle istruzioni del Creatore di fare il loro dovere a beneficio di tutta la vita.

Porgiamo un saluto ai Venti.

A tutte le cose del mondo. E ce ne sono molte. Tutta quella Vita ha uno scopo; per tutta quella vita uniremo le nostre menti come Una sola e porgeremo la nostra consapevolezza e il nostro saluto a tutte quelle cose che sono troppo numerose per essere menzionate ora.

E volgiamo ora la nostra mente al Cielo. Il Creatore ha dato il Sole del Giorno. Esso sarà il nostro fratello maggiore e guarderà su di noi, fratelli e sorelle minori. Brillerà la luce perchè possiamo vedere mentre camminiamo su questa Madre Terra, perchè possiamo vederci l’un l’altro, cosìcchè vedremo la comunanza reciproca. Con il suo calore la Terra non gelerà, con il suo calore e potere le cose cresceranno.

Così al nostro Fratello Maggiore, il Sole, che brilla oggi, il più affidabile che possa esserci, offriremo il nostro saluto; al nostro Vecchio Fratello Sole, che ha seguito le istruzioni del Creatore dal giorno dell’inizio sino ad ora. E speriamo di vederlo nuovamente domani. Per questa ragione abbiamo parole di gratitudine e incoraggiamento per il nostro Vecchio Fratello.

Volgiamo il pensiero ora alla nostra Nonna Luna, che il Creatore ha posto in Cielo e che è a capo di tutta la Vita Femminile nel suo ciclo mensile. Il Creatore ha posto nelle sue mani il dovere di guardare che le famiglie degli esseri umani continuino. Quando i nostri bambini nascono e noi li sentiamo piangere per la prima volta, ciò significa che Nonna Luna è ancora forte e ancora condivide il suo potere con noi. Le maree dell’oceano salgono e calano, i giardini della Terra producono cibo: sono le azioni di Nonna Luna. E così siamo in grado di vivere.

Lasciamo dunque che le nostre menti siano Una sola e porgiamo il saluto e il ringraziamento a Nonna Luna, la donna capo della Terra.

E anche alle forze invisibili della Terra rivolgiamo il nostro pensiero. Il Creatore ha posto questi esseri sulla Terra e ha dato loro il potere affinchè possano guardare su di noi e portare messaggi a tutte le potenze e al Creatore per riferire come vanno le cose. A questi esseri spirituali porgiamo il saluto e il ringraziamento.

Ora porgiamo il saluto al nostro Creatore, l’Artefice di tutto il Mondo. All’inizio del Tempo, quando il mondo era nuovo ed Egli ci fece, disse ai nostri antenati, i primi antenati:” Ho fatto tutto quello di cui avete bisogno sulla Terra. Queste cose vi porteranno Pace e Vita, che sarà continua. In cambio vi do una semplice istruzione: che siate grati per tutto quello che usate. Mentre camminate sulla Terra, di ogni forma di vita che vedete prenderete coscienza con gratitudine. Sarete sempre grati”.

Così è che il popolo continua le sue cerimonie, che esprimono gratitudine e coscienza dell’interdipendenza di tutte le cose della natura, necessarie per vivere di giorno in giorno.

Pensiamo dunque a queste cose e poniamoci di fronte al nostro Creatore, il Mistero dell’intero Universo, e porgiamo il nostro saluto e ringraziamento.

That the light falls on the world for the awakening of all consciousness!

When you wake in the morning, be grateful for the light of dawn, for the life you have and find the strength in your body. Be thankful for the food you receive and for the joy of being alive. Let us turn our minds to our Mother Earth, because the Creator has made her our Mother and we are on his body. Since the beginning of time, our Mother Earth has given us everything we need, we argued. Giudizio Conoscenza

Ogni volta che giudichi qualcosa, fa’ un piccolo esperimento: cerca di scoprire chi ti ha dato questa idea. E se vai in profondità, sarai sorpreso: puoi perfino sentire la voce di tua madre, di tuo padre, o di un tuo insegnante. Puoi ancora udire le loro voci risuonare nella tua memoria, ma non sono tue. E tutto ciò che non è tuo è brutto; e tutto ciò che è tuo è bello, ha una sua grazia.”

U.G. Krishnamurti, ne La mente è un mito, afferma:

Ad un certo punto della sua evoluzione, l’uomo si è spaccato interiormente e per la prima volta ha fatto l’esperienza della coscienza di sé, una coscienza che gli altri animali non hanno. La conoscenza basilare ha la capacità di separare se stessa in parti ed iniziare a fare esperienza di se stessa come una parte (per esempio la testa) che ne vede un’altra (come il ginocchio), come se la coscienza che ne fa esperienza fosse localizzata in una parte e non in altre. La conoscenza basilare lo attua rivelando una parte di se stessa attraverso un pezzo di conoscenza ordinaria, ad esempio l’immagine di un sé posto in un corpo separato, e questa conoscenza o immagine diventa un velo per la sua visione. Questo velo gli fa vedere una dualità dove non c’è. Analogamente, la conoscenza basilare ha la capacità di liberare se stessa divenendo intelligente e potendo vedere attraverso queste limitazioni, riconoscendo un numero maggiore delle sue possibilità. Se la Coscienza è originariamente e sempre senza restrizioni, totalmente libera, perchè non dovrebbe limitare se stessa e quindi prendere parte nella lila (gioco divino, ndt) che è la vita? Questo atto deliberato di restringere se stessa in una coscienza individuale è parte della sua libertà. Inoltre, è solamente tramite questa divisione in soggetto ed oggetto che la Coscienza può percepire e avere cognizione dell’universo fenomenico che ha “creato” al suo interno. Un essere senziente diventa il soggetto e percepisce gli altri esseri senzienti come oggetti, e questo è il “meccanismo” con cui la Coscienza ha cognizione del manifesto.

Dovrebbero esserci due correnti al tuo interno. Un uomo ordinario che pensa solamente ha solo una corrente. Un meditatore ha due correnti al suo interno, i pensieri e l’osservazione. Un meditatore ha due correnti parallele al suo interno, i pensieri e l’atto del testimoniare. Un uomo ordinario ha una sola corrente, quella del pensiero. L’auto-riflessione porta auto-consapevolezza, ma porta anche conflitti. La manifestazione centrale di questo conflitto è essere identificati con un’entità separata che ha la sua volontà e che manifesta la sua azione. Ogni volta che sei totalmente in qualcosa, in te si sprigiona una grande consapevolezza – diventi un testimone. All’improvviso! Non che ti eserciti nell’essere testimone. Se sei totalmente in qualcosa… un giorno, entra totalmente nella danza e potrai constatare ciò che sto dicendo. Non sono conclusioni logiche quelle che io vi do: sono indicazioni esistenziali, suggerimenti. Danza totalmente! Allora rimarrai sorpreso. Sentirai qualcosa di nuovo. Quando a danza diventa totale e colui che danza si dissolve quasi completamente nella danza… nasce una nuova sorta di consapevolezza. Sarai totalmente immerso nella danza: colui che danza scompare, soltanto la danza rimane. Tuttavia non sei inconsapevole, affatto – sei proprio l’opposto! Se diverrete consci al cento del cento, sarete giunti a porvi come testimoni (saksi). Una volta saksi, sarete pervenuti ormai al punto dal quale è possibile spiccare il balzo nella consapevolezza. Nella consapevolezza perderete il testimone e rimarrà soltanto il testimoniare. Perderete il soggetto agente, perderete la soggettività, perderete la coscienza accentrata sull’ego. Judgement and Knowledge

Judgment comes from the past, and witnessing is a present consciousness. Witnessing is now and here, and judgment is somewhere else in the past. Whenever you judge anything, try a small experiment: try to find out who has given you this idea. And if you go deeply into it, you will be surprised: you can even hear your mother saying it, or your father, or your teacher in school. You can hear their voices still there resounding in your memory, but it is not yours. And whatsoever is not yours is ugly; and whatsoever is yours is beautiful, it has grace.

U. G. Krishnamurti, in Mind is a Myth, affirms:

Somewhere along the line man separated himself and experienced self-consciousness – which the other animals don’t have – for the first time. This has created misery for man. That is the beginning of the end of man. The individual who is able, through luck, to be free from this self-consciousness, is no longer experiencing an independent existence. He is, even to himself, like any other thing out there. What happens in the environment repeats itself within such an individual, without the knowledge. Once thought has burnt itself out, nothing that creates division can remain there (U. G. Krishnamurti, Mind is a Myth, Goa: Dinesh Publications, 1988).

Basic knowledge has the capacity to separate itself into parts and begin experiencing itself as one part (such as the head) viewing another (like the knee) – as if the experiencing consciousness were located in one part and not in others. Basic knowledge does this by unfolding a part of itself through a piece of ordinary knowledge, such as an image of a self in a separate body, and that knowledge or image becomes a veil it looks through. This veil makes it see a duality where there isn’t one. Similarly, basic knowledge has the capacity to free itself by becoming intelligent about seeing through these limitations, by recognizing more of its possibilities (Almaas, Spacecruiser Inquiry, Boston, MA: Shambhala, 2002, p. 90)

If Consciousness is originally and always quite unfettered, totally free, why should it not limit itself and thereby engage itself in the lila that this life is? This deliberate act to restricting itself into an individual consciousness is a part of its freedom! Also, it is only through this division into subject and object relationship that Consciousness can perceive and cognize the phenomenal universe that it has “created” within itself. One sentient being becomes the subject and perceives the other sentient beings as objects, and this is the “mechanism” for Consciousness to cognize the manifestation.

There should be two currents within you. An ordinary man who only thinks has just one current. A meditator has two currents within him, thoughts and watching. A meditator has two parallel currents within him, thoughts and witnessing. An ordinary man has one current within him, that of thoughts. And an enlightened person also has only one current within him, that of simply watching (Osho, The Path of Meditation, Pune: Rebel Publishing House, 1997)

Many times I have seen people make this mistake – they think they have become the observer when they have become a spectator…A spectator is one whose eyes are on others. And the observer is one whose eyes are on himself (Osho, Enlightenment: The Only Revolution, Pune: Rebel Publishing House, 1997).

Self-reflection brings self-awareness, but it also brings conflict. The central manifestation of this conflict is identifying with being a separate entity that has its own will and doership. We are completely free when we don’t reflect on ourselves, just like little children. Little children don’t reflect on themselves. They don’t even look at themselves. They don’t know who they are, or whether they exist or not. When their minds start developing and they begin to reflect on themselves: “I am this, I am that, I am good, I am bad…” then the trouble starts (A. H. Almaas, Indestructible Innocence, Berkeley: Diamond Books, 1990).

Whenever you are totally into something, a great awareness is released in you – you become a witness. Suddenly! Not that you practice witnessing. If you are totally in it…one day, dance totally and see what I am saying. These are not logical conclusions that I am giving to you: these are existential indications, hints. Dance totally! – and then you will be surprised. Something new will be felt. When the dance becomes total, and the dancer is almost completely dissolved in the dancing, there will be a new kind of awareness arising in you. You will be totally lost into the dance: the dancer gone, only dance remains. And yet you are not unconscious, not at all – just the opposite. You are very conscious, more conscious than you have ever been before (Osho, The Dhammapada: The Way of the Buddha, Series 2, Cologne: Rebel Publishing House).

If you become one hundred percent conscious, you become a witness, a sakshi. If you become a sakshi, you have come to the jumping point from where the jump into awareness becomes possible. In awareness you lose the witness and only witnessing remains: you lose the doer, you lose the subjectivity, you lose the egocentric consciousness. Then consciousness remains, without the ego (Osho, Meditation: The Art of Ecstasy, Cologne: Rebel Publishing House, 1976).

Ascolto

Un vero ascolto è un’altra via
per portare la quiete nella relazione,
quando ascoltate veramente qualcuno,
la dimensione della quiete sorge
e diventa una parte essenziale della relazione.
Un vero ascoltare è però un talento raro.
Di solito la maggior parte dell’attenzione
di una persona è impegnata nei suoi pensieri.
Nel migliore dei casi la persona sta valutando
le vostre parole o si sta preparando
per la prossima cosa da dire.
O addirittura può darsi
che non stia ascoltando per niente,
presa dai propri pensieri.
Il vero ascolto va molto al di là
della percezione uditiva.
E’ il sorgere di un’attenzione vigile,
di uno spazio di presenza
in cui le parole vengono ricevute.
Molto più importante di cosa ascoltare
è l’atto dell’ascoltare in se stesso,
lo spazio della presenza consapevole
che viene in questo ascoltare
l’altra persona che non è più “l’altra”.
In questo spazio, siete uniti insieme
come una sola consapevolezza,
una sola coscienza.

Ultimo viaggio

Il giuramento di Ippocrate e l’etica verso la vita fa
di ogni medico un paladino che deve trovare cure e soluzioni.
E’ sicuramente corretto fare il possibile per la vita ma accanirsi,
voler a tutti i costi dimostrare di vincere la sfida, procurare una
vita artificiale strappando un paziente a morte sicura è solo un prolungare
delle sofferenze inutili o una forma di orgoglio. Quando è il momento della resa
è necessario aprire il cuore alla compassione e lasciare andare chi sta per
percorrere il passaggio dall’altra parte, non ha senso dimostrare,
a scapito della preparazione al lasciare andare, che si è
in grado di ” gestire ” la vita e la morte.
La morte, come la nascita è un fenomeno naturale,
volerla controllare, pilotare, rimandare, gettando
fumo negli occhi con speranze che sono solo fuochi fatui
non ha senso: – quanto la morte bussa alla porta non possiamo
sprangare tutto ed evitarla o rimandarla. L’impiego di macchine
sofisticate, che sostituiscano gli organi vitali qualora siano
compromessi, è solo un inutile illusione e ulteriore logorio,
una vita artificiale è solo un prolungare della sofferenza in chi,
spesso in una condizione indotta di incoscienza deve solo appagare
l’attaccamento di altri. Quando è il momento è giusto seguire
il processo naturale che è legato alla fine del viaggio chiamato vita.
Al capolinea è inutile prolungare la corsa ma è opportuno accogliere
la preparazione al nuovo evento.

Death, like birth is a natural phenomenon, wanting control, drive,

or postpone it. The use of sophisticated machines, which replace where vital
organs are compromised, it’s just a useless illusion and additional wear and tear,
an artificial life that is just prolonging the suffering in those who, often in
a state of unconsciousness, induced only to satisfy the attachment of others. When
the time is right to follow the process, it is related to the natural end of
the journey called life. At the terminus it is useless to prolong the race
but one should prepare to accommodate the new event.

Tempeste

Tutti abbiamo trovato tempeste con la paura di non farcela,di non trovare un appiglio o una luce che potesse guidarci…
Conosciamo momenti in cui siamo convinti che nessuno ci voglia ascoltare,sono sensazioni di profonda solitudine e ci fanno sentire il peso dell’attraversare le onde della vita…
Ma è illusione crederci soli,tra quelle onde è sempre presente un faro,un’isola che possa accogliere,la cerchiamo attraverso l’ascolto degli altri,attraverso un sorriso o quelle parole capaci di farci sentire veramente ascoltati ed accolti…
Non ci rendiamo conto che la luce da cercare,la forza e la volontà di affrontare le tempeste è dentro di noi,non vediamo che nel cuore una piccola fiaccola è sempre accesa e a furia di cercare fuori,di restare fermi in un angolo non sappiamo più alimentare quella capacità che è presente…
Non è illusione la ricerca della speranza,di quel faro che improvviso ci guida evitandoci di infrangerci contro gli scogli…
Forse abbiamo creduto molte volte restando delusi,ma se s’incontrano persone che ci somigliano,che hanno sempre creduto le stesse cose ci rendiamo conto che quel sofferto isolamento era forse un passaggio necessario ,ma mai desistere ,per trovare la luce basta ascoltare nel buio e nel silenzio le proprie emozioni capaci se non le temiamo di guidarci per condurci fuori dalle tempeste verso quel faro e quell’isola nel cuore che è ” casa” ed accoglienza vera.

Storms

We have all found storms with the fear of not making it, of not finding a foothold or a light that could guide us …
We know moments in which we are convinced that no one wants to listen to us, they are feelings of profound loneliness and make us feel the weight of crossing the waves of life …
But it is an illusion to believe we are alone, among those waves there is always a lighthouse, an island that can welcome, we look for it by listening to others, through a smile or those words capable of making us
We do not realize that the light to look for, the strength and the will to face storms is within us, we do not see that in the heart a small torch is always lit and by dint of searching outside, to stay still in a corner we no longer know how to feed that capacity that is present …
The search for hope is not an illusion, for that lighthouse that suddenly guides us avoiding breaking
Perhaps we have believed many times while being disappointed, but if we meet people who resemble us, who have always believed the same things, we realize that that suffered isolation was perhaps a passing away. necessary, but never give up, to find the light it is enough to listen in the dark and in the silence to one’s emotions capable if we do not fear them to guide us to lead us out of the storms towards that lighthouse and that island in the heart that is “home” and true hospitality.

I Led Zeppelin sono stati un gruppo musicale britannico formato nel 1968, considerato tra i grandi innovatori del rock e tra i principali pionieri dell’hard rock.

La loro musica, le cui radici affondano in generi diversi tra cui blues, rockabilly e folk, ha costituito una formula completamente inedita per l’epoca, finendo con l’influenzare in qualche modo tutti i gruppi rock del loro tempo e del futuro.[5][6]

Il gruppo, scioltosi nel 1980, anno della morte del batterista, fu composto per l’intero periodo della sua attività da Robert Plant (voce, armonica), Jimmy Page (chitarre), John Paul Jones (basso, tastiere) e John Bonham (batteria, percussioni).

La discografia del gruppo comprende nove album in studio pubblicati dal 1969 al 1982.[7] A partire dagli anni novanta hanno visto la luce diverse raccolte di brani, editi e inediti, e alcune incisioni di spettacoli dal vivo risalenti al periodo di attività. Degna di segnalazione è anche la circolazione di un cospicuo numero di bootleg sul mercato “non ufficiale”.
