La pace nasce in te

Un augurio spontaneo, che ha origine dal mio cuore per tutti
è quello di trovare pace, nella mente, nelle nostre reazioni e
di essere liberi di accusare sempre gli altri per il nostro malessere.
Per ottenere questo è necessario fare un lavoro profondo,
abbracciare la nostra stessa responsabilità su intenzioni, parole ed azioni
che di fatto ci rendono separati, ci allontanano da ogni sentimento
e principio di amore incondizionato che la Pasqua rappresenta.
Amare, essere testimoni d’amore hanno fondamento dalla pace dentro
noi stessi, senza atti compulsivi e insicurezze, senza procacciare
attenzione, apparenze indossando apparenze ma con un sano e reale
lavoro profondo di pulizia interiore che ci permetta di prendere
responsabilità personali, distanti da accusa e atteggiamenti da vittima perseguitata, ricordiamo che ad ogni nostra azione consegue una reazione.
Vorrei condividere parole, pensieri, indicazioni che hanno fonti diverse
ma capaci, per chi le accoglie, a dare uno spunto di riflessione.

Nulla si prende e nulla si offre
che non sia già intorno a noi e dentro il nostro cuore:
l’amore è energia, soffio vitale che è offerto gratuitamente.
Molte persone sono cieche, ma la loro cecità non è negli occhi
ma nel cuore, non sanno riconoscere la presenza di amore
e cercano qualcosa, sono sempre assetate… non sanno che cosa
veramente stanno cercando. Questa condizione è causa di irrequietezza e
di paura. Altre persone sanno che sono in cerca di amore ma provano attaccamento,                                                                                                                    non sanno essere indipendenti e dunque soffrono molto.                                                                                                                                                                     Non è sempre possibile aiutare chi non aiuta se stesso.

Chi sa accogliere con il cuore aperto il dono che riceve, lo sa anche donare,
con gioia e con la consapevolezza che l’amore non ha mai fine.

Nothing is taken and nothing is offered
it is already around us and within our hearts:
Love is energy, breath of life that is free.
Many people are blind, but blindness is not in their eyes
but in the heart, they do not recognize the presence of love
and try something, I’m always thirst … they do not know what
really are looking for. This condition is due to restlessness and
of fear. Other people know that they are looking for love but feel attachment,                                                                                                                                     they can not be independent and so suffer a lot.                                                                                                                                                                                           it is not always possible to help those who help not themselves.

Who knows how to welcome with open heart that receives the gift, it is also known to give,
with joy and with the knowledge that love never ends.

Tagli e rinascite

Forse le vite si incrociano per poi prendere forme diverse.Dove era scambio e crescita, dialogo tra Esseri, è poi disinteresse: ma la mani devono restare sempre vuote, senza appigli e non si deve trattenere nulla, come acqua limpida che scorre e non si ferma a stagnare.

Si deve partire da se stessi per creare quel mondo di pace che si proietta intorno come espresso nel Dharma del buddha: in fondo quel che si semina si raccoglie e il vero augurio, in questi tempi strani, non è quello di essere illuminati o presunti tali ma ” che nulla ci turbi” per continuare sul sentiero interioore con immutato amore incondizionato.

Molti guardano alle malefatte degli altri, poco alle incoerenze proprie. Io posso subire gli scossoni per la scomodità di questo viaggio, ma non muta il mio essere interiore, questo il senso del mio percorso.

Cuts and rebirths

Perhaps the lives intersect and then take different forms.Where was the exchange and growing dialogue between beings, then disinterest, but the hands must always remain empty, with no holds and you should not withhold anything, like fresh water that flows and does not stop to stagnate.

It must start with yourself to create that world of peace is projected around the Buddha as expressed in the Dharma: the bottom what is sown is harvested and the true hope, in these times

Strange, is not to be enlightened or assumed, but “that nothing will disturb “to continue on the path interioore out with the same unconditional love. Many look to the misdeeds of others, not to its inconsistencies.

I can endure the bumps for the inconvenience of this journey, but does not change my inner being, this sense of my path.

Peace and Love to you and a wish for rebirth.
