soffio vitale
luce del divino
vibrazione eterna o karma

E’ presenza del prana
respiro della terra
o eterna danza
di tutte le creature

Nella natura che accoglie
è silenzio che parla
e si sintonizza
nel qui ed ora

Perchè in ascolto
tu sia onda d’amore
che si manifesta
ad ogni tuo respirare

breath of life
light of the divine
eternal vibration or karma

It is the presence of prana
breath of the earth
or eternal dance
of all creatures

In nature that welcomes
is silence that speaks
and tunes
here and now

Because listen
whether you are wave of love
which manifests
to your every breath

Quando resti in ascolto
un momento catturato
è capace di riempire
con un lieve fruscio
come foglie accartocciate
la sensazione di musica
presente in sordina
ad accompagna la nostra vita
l’attesa, la malinconia
con colori ruggine

E’ difficile guardare oltre le apparenze non tutti sanno – lasciare andare – e si aggrappano al possesso Eppure come un airone che si solleva e prende il volo lasciando indietro lo stagno è per noi ogni passo nuovo dove – senza rimpianto – è nuova rotta la vita che ci attende Soffio di saggezza è nel saper ricordare che più di ogni altra cosa è importante amare senza possesso e senza tornaconto perchè sia dono da regalare

It ‘hard to look beyond appearances not everyone knows – leave
go – and cling to the possession yet as a heron that rises
