La ricerca del vero – The search for truth

La ricerca del vero

In tanti anni, in tanti intrecci di storie, di risorse umane e di maturata esperienza, posso dire solo che ringrazio tutte le difficoltà maturate nel rapporto con gli altri.
Non ho la pretesa di ritenermi nel ” giusto o nel vero”, da ricercatrice posso solo dire di sperimentare giorno per giorno, di avere gioia nella scoperta e nella sperimentazione, senza meta o verità da indicare, tutto è talmente sottile che davvero le parole sarebbero solo una prigione.
Come diceva Lao – tzu nel Tao:
” Qualsiasi cosa si possa esprimere con le parole non è vera, il Tao può essere comunicato
solo da essere ad essere. Solo attraverso la presenza del Maestro,
la Verità può essere colta solo nel silenzio.”
A che servono allora le costruzioni mentali, l’ aggrapparsi a parole, ad una babele di impressioni,
i giochi a rimpiattino per dimostrare quello che non è dimostrabile ma occorre di una apertura del Cuore
che non tutti sono disposti ad avere?
Abbandonare la mente per vivere la non – mente incute troppa paura
Una cosa che ho imparato è la responsabilità personale, come a volte sia io stessa la fonte di illusioni o di aspettative.
Quando ci si aspetta che gli altri siano come noi crediamo o ci attacchiamo alla nostra immagine, è palese la delusione.
Quando ci si aspetta di conoscere la Verità essa ci sfugge.
Dopo un paio di esperienze disastrose non ho però smesso di credere negli altri, nella loro buonafede e a volte incapacità di vedere oltre alcuni aspetti. Non si tratta di reale ottusità o colpa ma di non avere ancora maturato delle esperienze.
Vorrei riportare il pensiero di oggi di Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov come spunto di riflessione:
“Delle entità invisibili accompagnano l’essere umano lungo tutta
la sua vita. Le entità luminose, benefiche, gli preparano il
cammino ovunque debba recarsi, mentre le entità tenebrose,
malefiche, si oppongono a tutto ciò che di utile e costruttivo
egli desidera intraprendere e lo spingono verso strade senza
uscita.
Quando un re si mette in viaggio, è preceduto da servitori che
preparano il suo arrivo: quando giunge, tutto è pronto, perché
si tratta del re. Ma chi si preoccupa di organizzare gli
spostamenti di un mendicante?… Lo stesso vale per la vita
interiore: colui che è re o principe trova inevitabilmente la
via spianata davanti a sé e una quantità di persone ad
accoglierlo, mentre il mendicante – che simbolicamente è un
essere povero di virtù – non sarà ben accolto da nessuna parte.
Il segreto della vera vita, dunque, è cercare di diventare re di
se stessi, un re che domini i propri pensieri, i propri
sentimenti e le proprie azioni. Chi è realmente padrone del
proprio regno è sempre preceduto da esseri che preparano per lui
le migliori condizioni.”

Vorrei però aggiungere anche una riflessione su quello che spesso si compie nel portare in forma sbagliata delle energie sull’immagine di sè e qui mi viene in aiuto un piccolo aneddoto:
Un ricercatore andò da Lieh – zu e disse: ” Ho rinunciato ad ogni cosa, prendimi con te, ora io sono pronto e capace di illuminarmi!”.
Lieh zu lo guardo con amorevolezza e risposte: ” Ora sii gentile e rinuncia anche a questo! Solo allora potrai venire a stare con me!” .
Il ricercatore esterefatto replicò :” Ma io ho rinunciato a tutto!”
E Lieh – zu ” Ma non c’è bisogno che ti aggrappi anche a questo!”
La sensazione di non avere desideri, di avere raggiunto uno scopo, di essere arrrivati e di non avere alcun difetto è una ” sostituzione ” o un nuovo inganno della mente che senza identificazione non saprebbe accettare il vuoto.
Il giovane non era realmente pronto a capire, non aveva davvero fatto esperienza.
Lieh – zu rispose: ” Allora lascia anche questo ( attaccamento), perchè te lo porti dietro? ”
Il giovane naturalmente non capiva e rispose: ” Ma io non possiedo proprio nulla, io non mi sono portato dietro nulla, io ho rinunciato a tutto!”.
Pazientemente Lieh – zu che aveva chiaramente visto la situazione replicò” ” Allora non aggrapparti neppure a questo!”.
Il dialogo tra queste due persone sarebbe infinito e in fondo su due diversi piani,come si potrebbe credere che ci possa essere comprensione e costruttività?
Spesso mi capita di osservare, di tentare la comunicazione ma non sempre è facile allora che senso avrebbe ” portarmi dietro ” l’intenzione di convincere di qualcosa? Spesso sono io stessa che ho bisogno di osservare mentre assimilo esperienze, per comprendere quale lezione devo imparare, di quale atteggiamento posso benissimo fare a meno, per avere un bagaglio leggero.
Preferisco sorridere con compassione, nel rispetto della libera scelta di altri e concentrarmi sul mio percorso, per continuare a vivere in armonia.

The search for truth

In many years, so many intertwining stories, human resources and gained experience, I can only say that I thank all the difficulties gained in relationships with others.
I do not pretend to consider them in “right or true, researchers can only say to try each day to have joy in the discovery and testing, without a goal or truth to show, everything is so thin that the very words would only a prison.
In the words of Lao – tzu in the Tao:
“Anything you can put into words is not true, the Tao can be communicated
only be to be. Only through the presence of the Master,
Truth can be grasped only in silence. ”
What are the mental constructions, then, cling to the words, a babel of impressions,
and mouse games to prove that is not certified but should be an opening of the Heart
that not everyone is willing to have?
Leaving the mind to live not – mind strikes too afraid
One thing I learned is personal responsibility, as is sometimes the source of myself illusions or expectations.
When you expect others to be like us or believe we attach to our image, it is clear disappointment.
When you expect to know the truth it escapes us.
After a couple of disastrous experiences I still have not stopped believing in others, in good faith and sometimes their inability to see beyond a few aspects. This is not real or gross stupidity but have not yet gained the experience.
I would like to bring the thought of today Omraam Mikhael Aïvanhov as food for thought:
“Of the invisible entities accompany humans throughout
his life. Entities bright beneficial to prepare the
path must go everywhere, while the dark entity,
evil, oppose all that useful and constructive
and he wishes to push the roads without
output.
When a king is a journey, is preceded by servants
preparing for his arrival: when it comes, everything is ready, because

But let me add a reflection on what often is accomplished in bringing in the wrong form of energy self-image and here I will help a little anecdote:
A researcher went to Lieh – zu and said: “I have renounced everything, take me now I’m ready and able to enlighten me.”
Lieh zu watch it with kindness and answers: “Now be good and also rejects this! Only then can you come and stay with me!” .
The researcher esterefatti replied: “But I gave up everything!”
It Lieh – zu “But you do not need to cling even to this!”
The feeling of not have desires to have reached an end, to be arrrivati and have no defect is a “replacement” or a new trick of the mind that no identification would be unable to accept the void.
The young man was not really ready to understand, had not really experienced.
Lieh – zu replied: “Then leave this (attack), because you take it back?”
The young man obviously did not understand and replied: “But I have nothing, I have not brought anything back, I have given up everything.”
Patiently Lieh – zu that had clearly seen the situation said “Then do not cling even to this.”
The dialogue between these two people would be infinite and bottom on two different planes, as one might think that there can be understanding and constructive?
I often observe, groped communication is not always easy, but then what would “take back” the intention to convince of anything? They are often myself I need to watch while assimilate experiences, to understand what lessons I learn, what attitude can well do without, to have a light background.
I prefer to smile with compassion, respecting the free will of others and focus on my path, to continue to live in harmony.

Paralleli tra brani dei Vangeli e sutra buddhisti

Oggi, la cultura asiatica si sovrappone a quella europea e nordamericana; la terra non e’ che un minuscolo globo nell’universo e i suoi continenti vanno alla deriva secondo modalita’ che nessun geologo avrebbe mai previsto. Se avessimo letto i testi sacri buddhisti e cristiani con maggiore attenzione, avremmo probabilmente capito tempo fa quanto simili siano le varie culture e le diverse religioni.

O, forse, avremmo ripreso a leggere la famosa poesia di Kipling dal verso in cui afferma che “l’Oriente e’ l’Oriente, e l’Occidente e’ l’Occidente”, al verso in cui annuncia che questi due mondi non si incontreranno mai, fino a imbatterci in una strofa che il ventesimo secolo pare aver scordato, in cui l’autore osserva: “Non c’e’, ne’ Oriente, ne’ Occidente, ne’ Confine, ne’ Stirpe, ne’ Nascita / Quando due uomini forti si trovano faccia a faccia, pur provenendo dalle estremita’ della terra!”.

LA COMPASSIONE

L’affinita’ piu’sorprendente fra Gesu’ e il Buddha riguarda il concetto di amore: entrambi, infatti, predicano la Regola d’Oro, in base a cui ogni uomo deve trattare il suo prossimo come se stesso. Molte delle piu’ note affermazioni di Cristo, in ordine al fatto di porgere l’altra guancia, di amare i propri nemici; nonche’ l’idea che chi di spada ferisce, di spada perisce, si rispecchiano nelle parole del Buddha.
“La dottrina morale del Buddha”, osserva Burnett Hillman Streeter, illustre studioso di Oxford, “e’ sorprendentemente simile al discorso evangelico”. Inoltre, le parole dette da Gesu’ sulla montagna costituiscono il suo piu’ grande insegnamento, esattamente come il Dhammapada, concettualmente affine al Sermone, costituisce il libro piu’ importante del buddhismo: se esso e’ la trasposizione scritta in lingua pali della tradizione orale sorta tra i primi iniziati buddhisti, il discorso evangelico della montagna e altre parti dei quattro Vangeli vengono infatti attribuiti ai primi seguaci di Cristo.

LA SAGGEZZA

Alla base del cristianesimo, che influenza gran parte del mondo occidentale , e del buddhismo, che rappresenta una forza trainante della cultura orientale, si ritrova la stessa saggezza. Sia Gesu’, sia il Buddha hanno posto l’accento sull’individuo, sottolineando che l’interiorita’ e’ piu’ importante dell’esteriorita’ e che ognuno di noi dovrebbe considerare la propria vita, invece di criticare quella altrui. Per descrivere la realta’ morale entrambi ricorrono, peraltro, alle medesime immagini: luce e tenebra , sole e pioggia, la pianta che da’ frutti e quella infruttifera. Gli studiosi che si interessano a Cristo come figura storica conferiscono oggi sempre piu’ importanza al suo ruolo di saggio del primo secolo: molti degli aforismi che citano per ritrarlo come tale racchiudono gli stessi consigli che il Buddha diede ai suoi seguaci, cinque secoli prima.

“Il regno dei cieli si puo’ paragonare a un granellino di senapa, che un uomo prende e semina nel suo campo. Esso e’ il piu’ piccolo di tutti i semi; ma, una volta cresciuto, e’ piu’ grande degli altri legumi e diventa un albero, tanto che vengono gli uccelli dal cielo e si annidano fra i Suoi rami. MATTEO 13, 31-32

Non supporre del bene: “non mi raggiungerà'”. Come versando l’acqua da una brocca si riempie un bicchiere, cosi’ il saggio si riempie di bene accumulandolo a poco a poco. DHAMMAPADA IX, 122

Today, the Asian culture overlaps with that of Europe and North America, the land is not ‘that a tiny globe in the universe and its continents drift in accordance with methods’ that no geologist would ever have expected. If we read the Buddhist scriptures and Christians more closely, we would have probably figured out long ago how similar the different cultures and different religions.

Or, perhaps, we started to read the famous poem by Kipling verse stating that ‘the East and’ the East and the West and ‘the West’, the direction in which to announce that these two worlds will never meet, to come across a verse that seems to have forgotten the twentieth century, in which the author observes: “There is no ‘, it’ East, it ‘the West, it’ Border, it ‘Stirpe, I’ Birth / When two strong men come face to face, even though they came from the ends’ of the earth. ”

Speranza

Ogni uomo ha qualcosa

Da costruire,

ogni ragazzo ha qualcosa

da realizzare,

futuro da progettare,

vite da vivere con amore.

Ma come si può cambiare

Con le mani vuote,

i sorrisi spenti e

la paura nel cuore?

Come sarà il domani

Senza aiuto e speranza,

senza la dignità

che dia la forza d’affrontare

gli ostacoli della vita?

Non uccidere la speranza perché:

nessuno chiede pane ma

la possibilità di macinare

il grano,

nessuno chiede denaro ma

la possibilità di guadagnare

con il lavoro.

La terra ha tante risorse ma

Tutti ne devono godere

Non solo chi ha il potere.

Con l’egoismo ed il profitto

Nel cuore

Non ci sarà pace ma

Solo il dolore di gente innocente

Every man has something
