un’antitesi,si giunge alla sintesi
che è asse d’equilibrio.
Accordo irrinunciabile
che non ferisce o impone
ma costruisce.

to see
from different angles
the same situation.
So from a thesis,
an antithesis, we arrive at the synthesis
which is the axis of equilibrium.
Inalienable agreement
that does not hurt or impose

Impermanenza

“Nessun oggetto è permanente, e l’impermanenza sottile delle cose è tale che ad ogni istante l’oggetto cambia. Poichè la coscienza è attivata dall’oggetto, ci sono tanti istanti di coscienza quanti stati dell’oggetto impermanente. Questa nozione di impermanenza istantanea dei fenomeni e del pensiero porta molto lontano, perchè mostra che se esistesse, nel mondo fenomenico anche una sola entità fissa, permanente e intrinsecamente esistente, la coscienza resterebbe come incollata a quest’oggetto, e si prolungherebbe indefinitamente. Alla fine tutte le coscienze del mondo si ritroverebbero in qualche modo intrappolate da quest’oggetto, dal quale non potrebbero staccarsi. La presenza di questa impermanenza sottile porta il buddhismo a paragonare il mondo fenomenico a un sogno o a un’illusione, a un flusso che cambia continuamente e che non può essere arrestato. Anche le cose che ci sembrano stabili, per esempio una tavola, mutano di continuo. Così pure il flusso del pensiero è composto di istanti infinitesimali, che vengono attivati da ognuno di questi mutamenti infinitesimali del mondo esteriore. Solo la sintesi di questi istanti dà l’impressione di una realtà rozza”

Noi siamo oltre il passo che cerca sicurezza, la mano che afferra e l’occhio che cerca riferimenti;

Impermanence
“Nothing is permanent, and the subtle impermanence of things is such that at each moment the object changes. Since consciousness is activated by the object,there are so many moments of conscience who were impermanent object. This notion of impermanence instantaneous phenomena and thought very far, because it shows that if there were, in the phenomenal world is also a single entity fixed, permanent and inherently exists, consciousness would be like glued to this object,and continues indefinitely. at the end of all consciousness the world would find themselves trapped in some way by this object, from which they could come off.the presence of this subtle impermanence brings Buddhism to compare thephenomenal world in a dream or an illusion, a flow that is constantly changing and that can be stopped. Even things that seem stable, for example a table, are constantly changing. So also the flow of thought is composed of infinitesimalmoments, which are activated by each of these infinitesimal changes in the external world. L’interiorizzazione e l’introspezione sono indispensabili per la crescita e la trasformazione. L’interiorizzazione inizia con il portare l’attenzione dall'”esterno” all'”interno” del nostro essere, poi a prendere sempre più coscienza del “passaggio” di quel mondo, delle energie che lo pervadono, fino ad unificare “interno” e “esterno” in un unico “campo” su cui è possibile esercitare la vera volontà che si coniuga alla vera conoscenza . L’introspezione è l’esplorazione costante e sincera del mondo interiore.

La nostra natura – Our nature – Sri Aurobindo

La nostra natura

La nostra intera natura e il suo contorno, tutto ciò che compone il nostro essere individuale e quello universale, sono pieni d’abitudini e d’influssi che si oppongono alla nuova nascita spirituale.
In un certo senso noi non siamo altro che una complicata massa d’abitudini mentali, nervose e fisiche, tenute insieme da qualche idea dominante, desiderio, associazione – amalgama di tante piccole forze che sempre ritornano secondo talune direttive.
Lo yoga si propone nientemeno che di spezzare l’intera formazione del passato e del presente costitutiva dell’uomo comune mentale e materiale, e di creare un nuovo centro di visione ed un nuovo universo di attività atti a far luogo ad una umanità divina, e ad una natura … superumana.

Our nature

Our whole nature and its outline, everything that makes up our individual being and universal, are full of habits and of influences that are opposed to the new spiritual birth.
In a way, we are nothing but a mass of complicated mental habits, nervous and physical, held together by some dominant idea, desire, association – amalgam of many small forces that always come back under certain guidelines.
Yoga seeks nothing less than to break the whole formation of the past and present constituent of the common mental and material, and create a new center of vision and a new universe of activities designed to give place to a divine humanity, and to a nature … superhuman.
