L’amore

L’amore è una cosa strana, e quanto facilmente ne smarriamo la calda fiamma!
La fiamma è spenta, e resta il fumo, che riempie i nostri cuori e le nostre menti,
e i giorni trascorrono nelle lacrime e nell’amarezza.
La canzone è dimenticata, e le parole hanno perso il loro significato;
il profumo è svanito, e le nostre mani sono vuote.
Non sappiamo mai come mantenere la fiamma sgombra dal fumo, e il fumo soffoca
sempre la fiamma; ma l’amore non è della mente, non è nella rete dei pensieri,
non può essere cercato, coltivato, nutrito;
è lì quando la mente è silenziosa e il cuore è vuoto dalle creazioni della mente.

Love

Love is a strange thing, and how easily they get lost the hot flame!
The flame is extinguished, and remains the smoke that fills our hearts and our minds,
and days spent in tears and bitterness.
The song is forgotten, and words have lost their meaning;
the smell is gone, and our hands are empty.
We never know how to keep the flames from the smoke clears, and the smoke suffocates
Always the flame, but love is not of the mind, not in the network of thoughts,
can not be sought, cultivated, nurtured;

Tutto è compiuto – It is finished

Tutto è compiuto

Gira la ruota
del vecchio carro
marca il solco
e si apre la terra
mentre il seme scivola
e le radici
avranno spazio
in alto la linfa che nutrirà
ogni nuovo germoglio
Catene spezzate
porteranno speranze
di un alba senza sospiro
soffiando la polvere
all’incanto di colori
che erano rimasti a lacrimare
mentre voci rapprese
desteranno il silenzio
Il vigore sarà alleato
di questo deserto
per accendere la fiamma
che riscalderà l’attesa
oltre parole stese
sotto l’occhio attento
di un sole smunto
Cammineranno scalzi
senza più cibo
con il cuore in gola
ma capaci di credere
al valore di questo momento
dove tutto si ribella
Il sangue scorre
e scoperchia la pelle
trafiggendo il rossore
che divampa e brucia
con quest’arsura
Un solo cuore
che batte impazzito
fuggendo alla paura
ma la speranza non barcolla
Un solo canto
rintocca e sospira
dove tutto è cammino

Spin the wheel
the old wagon
marks the furrow
and opens the land
while the seed slips
and roots
space will
up the sap that nourishes
every new bud
Broken chains
bringing hope
dawn without a sigh
blowing dust
enchantment of colors
who had been in tears
while entries coagulated
stir up the silence
The force will Ally
of this desert
to light the flame
the expectation that warm
stretched beyond words
under the watchful eye
a wan sun
Walk barefoot
without food
with bated breath
but capable of believing
the value of this moment
where everything rebels
Blood flows
and uncover skin

danzano nella notte buia

dove il calore è vita

Amore sempre nuovo
