Alla ricerca di Pace – percorsi di riflessione
Non ci accorgiamo spesso che, prendiamo gli altri come bersaglio da colpire con le nostre frustrazioni che attribuiamo colpe e crediamo irrisolvibili alcune situazioni, ci chiudiamo nella gabbia delle illusioni,perchè pensare che altri abbiano torti e noi assolutamente ragione ci pone nella condizione di sentirci superiori alle situazioni. A volte accade il ripetersi di esperienze o nodi che siamo incapaci di sciogliere e tutto parte da noi stessi, dal nostro attaccamento, dal nostro ego ferito. Ed è sempre da noi il seme per l’opportunità di fermarci a cogliere in cosa e perchè alimentiamo la nostra reazione di rabbia. Perchè si ama attribuire colpe a ologrammi esteriori piuttosto che focalizzarci sulla responsabilità della nostra reazione a quanto crediamo essere la causa ? Mi viene in mente, quando da bambini, se cadevamo o ci facevamo male contro qualcosa, per consolarci un adulto diceva che la colpa era del sasso che ha fatto inciampare o della porta contro la quale urtavamo. Magari ci credevamo e vedere come si attribuisse colpa agli oggetti ci faceva stare meglio. Ora non si starebbe meglio se, nel retto sforzo, non provassimo a rendere pace il nostro cuore. La nostra non realtà è spesso indotta dai mezzi di informazione che dal nascondere i veri motivi delle cose. Come si sa è sempre stato nella politica delle guerre cercare motivazioni al farle scoppiare, motivazioni che montino giudizi contro ma la realtà si lega alle risorse di un territorio che faccia gola, al potere che amplifichi l’egemonia e sempre a carico della vita di innocenti. Miseria, divisione, sopruso e quella forma di violenza non sempre fisica sono i mezzi per piegare un popolo e parole come pulizia etnica , come genocidio, olocausto, sono tra le più ignobili che l’umanità possa aver coniato. Spero sempre che ci possa essere un ravvedimento ed un modo di condurre verso un’inversione di rotta che non conosca violenza ma dialogo ed equanimità . Forse, agire dal nostro piccolo mondo del quotidiano non sarebbe sufficiente ma che non ci sia confusione tra pace e quei movimenti politici che dietro alle bandiere hanno altri fini. La pace si conquista parola forte che appare bellica dentro di sè per essere poi capaci di avere comportamenti costruttivi. La pace è nel risolvere il nostro moto interiore che vorrebbe correggere quello che sono gli altri, piuttosto che imparare ad accogliere la realtà per come è. Il vero lavoro, la pratica costruttiva è nelle nostre pulsioni che devono trovare armonizzazione per saper lasciare andare ogni attaccamento o proiezione. Non è colpa degli altri se il loro atteggiamento ingenera in noi un moto di rabbia, siamo infatti noi a scegliere se mettere il pilota automatico degli istinti o cambiare rotta verso un cammino di pace, che naturalmente nasce dal nostro essere e nulla dovrebbe turbare o mettere in moto reazioni. La guerra, come si sa, è sempre stata antagonista dell’amore, della saggezza e dell’equità . Minacce, promesse di rivendicazione sono quanto possa mettere in atto chi voglia caricare di rabbia gente che in fondo non ha chiesto guerre. Difesa ed offesa, mezzi che non si giustificano ma fanno perdere il senso della misura che ogni guerra ha conosciuto atti immorali, il piegare il nemico dimostrando la propria forza. Un’ombra ingigantisce la fama di chi se la costruisce, è mostrarsi potente è farsi temere con mezzi che sono lontani dall’abbandonare la forza per mostrare maggiore maturità . Poi, si fa anche tanto parlare, senza realizzare nulla che una forma di dispersione che non arriva neppure all’essenzialità e che non ha alcuna opportunità risolutiva per situazioni che degenerano in violenza e prevaricazione. Si resta impotenti, incapaci di trovare soluzioni e superamento di condizioni che si trascinano senza fine. Si tratta di libere scelte, per noi, per coloro che davanti ad un dilemma possano essere presi nella trappola del fare come gli altri, perchè magari li fa stare meglio. Ci sono persone attive – sentono il bisogno di essere presenti ad alzare la voce – a muoversi e magari le fa stare meglio. Ci sono poi persone che, nel silenzio sono partecipi ai dolori del mondo seppure apparentemente distanti.Sono convinta, semplicemente, che sia con pressioni, con alzar di voci o apparentemente passivi e compassionevoli, il dolore, la privazione e la violenza toccano tutti indistintamente e non solo una parte della terra rispetto ad un’altra. Tutti siamo uno, infatti, penso che si possa includere nella nostra via anche la capacità di allargare il cerchio del nostro non – dividere, del nostro ascolto nelle piccole cose del quotidiano che siano briciola di pace che s’espande. Possiamo lavorare su noi stessi, cercare pace interiore per non allargare a macchia d’olio effetti che incrinano armonia. Si parte dal non giudizio o meglio dal non alimentare dualità . Andare ad una manifestazione, in libertà perchè si sente di farlo e non per moda o perchè non si trovano altre soluzioni , per aver letto un manifesto che invitasse a farlo o perchè ce lo consigliano è poi una soluzione la marcia di Pace? è opportuno solo se si sente – lo si accoglie – da consapevoli che come per la pratica. Semplicemente si deve dare voce e manifestazione a quel rispetto per tutti gli esseri senzienti senza ricerca di torto o ragioni, di verità o menzogna perchè la guerra, tutte le guerre, non ha sconfitti e vincitori, se si arriva all’odio, al mancato dialogo – si è tutti sconfitti. In particolare se per il potere si calpesta il valore di vite. In fondo tutti coloro che possono dare voce alla pace, in base alle proprie caratteristiche ed opportunità ,possono coinvolgere gli altri nel parlarne, con amorevolezza e lontani dal giudizio. Per parlare di pace si deve essere pace ed il cammino profondo nasce in noi e dalla nostra pratica, dalla coerenza di essere quel che si dice. La consapevolezza è la capacità di raccogliere dalle esperienze del passato per offrire – qui ed ora – energie al futuro nella via di trasformazione – dalle tenebre dell’ignoranza alla luce dell’Amore incondizionato.

In Search of Peace – lines of thought
We are not aware that often, we take the other as a target to hit with our frustrations and we believe that we attach blame unsolvable some situations, we close the cage of illusion, because others think that we are wrong and absolutely right places us in a position to feel superior situations. benedetto Spirito.
Dammi, Signore,una FEDE piena, una SPERANZA ferma,una fervida CARITA’,
un amore per Te, Signore,
incomparabilmente piu’ grande
dell’amore per me stesso;
e che niente io ami che ti possa dispiacere,
ma tutto quel che amo
lo ami secondo la tua volonta’.
Dio glorioso,
spogliami di ogni paura colpevole,
di ogni colpevole ansia e tristezza,

La luce guida nella Vostra Anima
Cara anima mia, forse non sei ancora a conoscenza che la tua anima è parte di Dio e, come tale, è incredibilmente potente. La tua anima è composta di Divina Energia Spirituale ed è una parte della Divinità infinita di Dio. Dio ti ha fatto dalla Sua Energia Luce Divina d’Amore! All’interno di tutte le creazioni di Dio, non c’è nulla di più amato nè molto apprezzato che l’anima umana.
Devi sempre ricordare che la tua anima non è qualcosa che hai. E ‘ciò che sei!
Nel suo amore infinito Dio contiene tutte le anime nell ‘Universo e in cielo. La tua anima è una estensione della Sorgente di tutto, è e sarà sempre all’interno di Dio. La tua anima è anche una parte del cielo … e il Cielo è il corpo di Dio!
Per te, fatto dell’energia divina di Dio, dentro al cuore della tua anima brilla una parte del cielo – La Luce Guida!
È il tuo potere di anima in questo straordinario viaggio che chiamiamo vita. E ‘il prisma divino attraverso il quale filtrare i nostri sogni, obiettivi e azioni. Lo scopo della Luce Guida è quello di aiutare a raggiungere la realizzazione spirituale.
Dà quella capacità naturale per aiutare a identificare il vostro scopo nella vita dell’Anima. E ‘anche il fondamento che usiamo per creare i nostri modi di vita.
La Luce Guida nella vostra anima esiste in un regno di vibrazione più alta, ed è costantemente collegato alla fonte di tutte le cose e con voi nello stesso tempo e livello spirituale. Essa ha la sua coscienza e la consapevolezza dell ‘Universo, è una parte divina di Dio, che si estende nella vostra realtà e diventa la fonte della vostra coscienza. Ha anche sentimenti, è molto viva ed è continuamente presente, si esprime attraverso i tuoi pensieri, i tuoi sogni e le vostre visioni. La tua Luce Guida possiede un vasto archivio di conoscenze, fa delle scelte, invia proiezioni alla tua coscienza da realtà diverse contemporaneamente, è creativa oltre ogni immaginazione, ed è altamente reattiva. Inoltre ha un potenziale infinito, non perde mai la sua certezza che si tratta di una parte o un frammento di Dio, rimane intatta così come essa è anche quando si passa di vita in vita, ispira la tua poesia, è la parte di te che ride e piange, comunica con te attraverso i sentimenti e, soprattutto, sa che è una parte intima di Tutto Ciò Che E ‘. La tua Guida di Luce cercherà sempre di metterti alla ricerca del più alto sentimento di amore che si possa immaginare. Questo è il suo desiderio. Questo è il suo scopo. È la cosa più vicina al cielo che tu possa mai sperimentare nella tua vita umana. Quindi … Non lasciare che il tuo cuore sia turbato e non ti spaventare Rallegratevi, per te, non sei solo. Hai un compagno interiore sempre presente nella tua vita, dotato da Dio. Ora tu puoi davvero capire che un frammento reale di luce divina del nostro Creatore Eterno vive proprio dentro di te? Ognuno ha una parte della luce di Dio nel proprio essere. Dentro di noi c’è la Divina Luce Guida noi possiamo accettare che siamo tutti uguali nell’amore di Dio, che noi siamo uguali tra noi, e quindi siamo tutti Uno!
Se scegli di ascoltare la voce della tua interiore Luce guida imparerai ad espandere più la luce divina di quanto gli altri tengano nel proprio profondo .
Spalancata le porte del tuo cuore, e lascia che la luce guida dell’Amore di Dio risplenda con potenza e getta via tutte le ombre delle tenebre dalla tua vita e dalla vita delle persone che ami! Poiché non c’è ombra che ti possa mai toccare se scegli di vivere la tua vita per la Luce dell’Amore di Dio. Troverete fratelli e sorelle, amici e vicini di casa ovunque, poiché noi tutti condividiamo la stessa luce, lo stesso amore e lo stesso Spirito di Dio, che brillano in ognuno.
Cara anima mia, sii pazienti con gli altri e sostienili per quanto è possibile. Noi tutti condividiamo la stessa fonte di luce divina, ed essendo stati creati da questa fonte, sta a noi singolarmente il come vivremo la nostra vita e come verrà accolta la voce delle nostre Guide di Luce. Quindi …Abbracciale Amale!
Nel tempo, con la pratica e l’ ascolto della sua voce si impara che,con l’andare più in profondità alla ricerca di se stessi la luce guida All’interno vi farà scoprire cose di cui non conoscevano l’esistenza . Questo è il primo passo sulla strada per la vostra ascensione d’ anima. Anche se a volte può essere lenta e dolorosa, non lasciatevi scoraggiarci o stancare. Sempre tenete gli occhi sul vostro obiettivo Divino, per questo che è il percorso più importante – il cammino verso il Paradiso.
Accetta te stesso nel Divino Amore di Dio … così come sei, perché nessuno è perfetto, e convalida in te, perché sei degno e tutte le tue lotte per diventare una persona migliore saranno annotate dagli angeli del Cielo.
E quando il cammino diventa un viaggio difficile, prega il tuo Dio, in modo da ricevere Pace e Comfort dalle braccia dei suoi angeli. Per te che sei una parte di Dio, devi capire che Egli è in te sempre! Anche … a volte se si perde la propria fede in Dio, devi sapere che Dio sempre crede in te!
Ogni volta che avete bisogno di aiuto divino, prendi il tempo di parlare con la vostra Luce guida interiore nella quiete del vostro cuore, quindi potete cominciare a discernere la volontà di Dio.
Siate fiduciosi e credete che Dio ha sempre una soluzione per voi. Il meglio che vi si addice. Al momento giusto Dio vi mandarà qualcuno ad aiutarvi. Anche Dio ti parlerà attraverso le sue anime elette. Egli stesso si rivela anche attraverso i vostri angeli personali. Tutto quello che dovete fare è credere in Lui e ad ascoltare la voce della vostra Luce guida interiore, quindi seguire il percorso che alla fine farà salire la tua anima immortale su di un piano superiore di esistenza.
Siate Uno! Siate fedeli! L’Amore … SEMPRE!
Che la gli angeli del cielo ti proteggano e custodiscano il tuo cammino! Possa Dio tenerti nel palmo della sua mano e darti la benedizione divina ogni giorno e per tutta la vita!

The Guiding Light Within Your Soul
Dear soul of mine, maybe you are not aware yet that your soul is part of God and, as such, is incredibly powerful. Your soul is composed of Divine Spiritual Energy and is a part of God’s infinite Divinity. God made you from His Divine Light Energy of Love! Within all of God’s Creations, there is nothing more loved nor highly valued than the human soul.
You must always remember that your soul is not something you have. It is what you are!
In His infinite Love God contains all the souls in the Universe and in Heaven. Your soul is an extensions of the Source of everything, it is and it will always be within God. Your soul is also a part of Heaven…and Heaven is God’s body!
For you are made of God’s Divine Energy, inside in to the core of your soul shine a part of Heaven – The Guiding Light !
Is your soul power in this amazing journey that we call life. It’s the Divine prism through which we filter our dreams, goals, and actions. The Guiding Light purpose is to help you reach the spiritual fulfillment.
It gives you that natural ability to help you identify your Soul purpose in life. It is also the foundation we use to create our ways for living.
The Guiding Light within your soul exists in a realm of higher vibration, and it is constantly connected to the Source of all things and with you in the same time at spiritual level. It has its own consciousness and awareness of the Universe, is a Divine part of God which extends into your reality and becomes the source of your consciousness. It also has feelings, is very much alive and it is continuously expressing itself thru your thoughts, your dreams and your visions. Your Guiding Light possesses a vast repository of knowledge, makes choices, sends projections on to your conscience from different realities simultaneously, is creative beyond belief, and is highly responsive. Also it has an infinite potential, never loses its certainty that it is a part or fragment of God, remains intact as you pass from lifetime to lifetime, inspires your poetry, is the part of you that laughs and cries, communicates with you through feelings and, most importantly, knows it is an intimate part of All That Is. Your Guiding Light will always try to put you in the search for the highest feeling of love that you can imagine. This is its desire. This is its purpose. Is the nearest thing to Heaven that you can ever experience in your human life. So… never let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. Rejoice, for you are not alone. You have a inner companion always present in your life gifted by God. Now do you really understand that an actual Fragment of Divine Light of our Eternal Creator lives right within you? Everyone holds a Light part of God in their being. The Divine Guiding Light Within you is ever enlarging as you accept that we are All equal in God’s Love, that we are equal with each other, and thus we are all One!
If you choose to listen the voice of your inner Guiding Light you will learn more about the Divine Light which the other ones holds deep in his or her being.
Open wide the doors of your heart, and let the Guiding Light of God’s Love shine out with power and cast away all the shadows of darkness from your life and from the life of the ones you love! For there is no shadow that can ever touch you if you choose to live your life in to the Light of God’s Love. You will find brothers and sisters, good friends and neighbors everywhere, as we all share the same Light, the same Love and the same Spirit from God, which shine in each one.
Dear soul of mine, be patient with others and support them as much as you are able to. We all share the same Divine Light Source, and having been created by this Source, it is up to us individually how we shall live our life and how we will fallow the voice of our Guiding Light. So…Embrace it! Love it!
In time, with practice and listening her voice you will learn that as you go deeper into yourself searching for the guiding Light Within you will discover things you knew not the existence of. This is the first step on the road to your soul ascension. Although it may at times be slow and painful, never allow yourself to grow discouraged or weary. Forever keep your eyes on your Divine goal, for this is the most important path to fallow — the path towards Paradise.
Accept yourself in the Divine Love of God… as you are, for no one is perfect, and validate yourself, for you are worthy, and all your struggles to become a better person will be noted by the angels of Heaven.
And when the path you travel gets rough, pray to your God, so you will receive Pace and Comfort from the arms of His angels. For you are a part of God, we must understand that He is in us always! Even…sometimes you loose your faith in God you must know that God always believe in you!
Whenever you need Divine help, take the time to speak to your inner Guiding Light in the stillness of your heart, so you may begin to discern God’s will.
Be trustful and believe God always has a solution for you. The best that it suits you. At the right moment God will send you someone to help you. Also God will speak to you through His chosen souls. He also reveals Himself through your personal angels. All that you have to do is to believe in Him and to listening the voice of your inner Guiding Light then follow the path that will eventually ascend your immortal soul’s to a higher plane of existence.
Be One! Be faithful ! Be Love…ALWAYS!
May the the angels of heaven protect you and guard you on your path! May God hold you in the palm of His hand and give you Divine blessings each day your whole life through!

Apri il tuo cuore
Solo chi resta ancorato alla difesa del proprio spazio,
chi vive di aspettative e alimenta la paura
tiene sigillata la porta del cuore.
Credere è socchiudere la porta,
sperare è oliare la serratura,
affinché non si chiuda ancora definitivamente.
Con la forza della compassione
si crea il percorso di ascolto interiore con fede,
si aprono prospettive nuove dove nulla è separato
ma ogni persona sarà in grado di comprendere profondamente
se stessa e coloro che vivono nella sofferenza.
Come per un fiore di loto, con al centro la luce della compassione
che rappresenta il Cuore ed intorno tutti i petali,
che rappresentano coloro ai quali offriamo la linfa vitale
della nostra presenta compassionevole,
nulla è separato, ed anche se non si vivesse in profondità,
non si fosse capaci di vivere questo, nel mondo sottile
questa è realtà che offre la propria bellezza ed accoglienza viva.

Only those who remain anchored to the defense of their own space,
expectations of those who live and feeding the fear
keep sealed the door of the heart.
Believing is the door ajar,
hope for is to oil the lock,
that still does not close completely.
With the power of compassion
you create a path to inner listening with faith,
open new perspectives where nothing is separated
but each person will be able to understand deeply
herself and those who live in suffering.
Like a lotus flower, with a central light of compassion
that represents the heart and around all the petals,
representing those to whom we offer the lifeblood
presents our compassionate

Basilarmente desideri il tuo bene
Il desiderio in sé non è sbagliato.
E’ la vita stessa, la spinta a crescere
in conoscenza ed esperienza.
Sono le scelte che fai che sono sbagliate.
Immaginare che qualche piccola cosa
– cibo, sesso, potere, fama –
ti renderanno felice è ingannare se stessi.
Solo qualcosa vasto e profondo come il tuo Sé reale
Può renderti veramente e durevolmente felice.
Il cercatore, è colui che cerca se stesso.
Rinuncia a tutte le domande tranne una: “Chi sono io?” Dopotutto l’unica cosa di cui sei certo è che sei. L’”io sono” è certo. “Io sono questo” non lo è. Lotta per scoprire chi sei in realtà. Per sapere che cosa sei, devi prima esaminare e conoscere che cosa non sei.
Scopri tutto quello che non sei - corpo, sensazioni, pensieri, spazio, tempo, questo o quello – nulla di concreto o astratto che percepisci può essere te. L’atto stesso di percepire mostra che tu non sei ciò che osservi. Più chiaramente comprendi questo a livello mentale, che tu puoi essere descritto solo in termini negativi, più rapidamente giungerai alla fine della tua ricerca e realizzerai che sei l’essere illimitato.
E’ semplice, aperto, chiaro, bello e gioioso.
Conosci te stesso per essere il testimone immutabile della mutevole mente.
La mente è interessata a ciò che accade, mentre la consapevolezza è interessata alla mente stessa.
Il bambino insegue il giocattolo, ma la madre guarda il bambino, non il giocattolo.
Quando realizzi di essere la luce del mondo,
realizzi che sei anche il suo amore,
che conoscere è amare e amare è conoscere.
Non aver timore della libertà dal desiderio e dalla paura.
Ti permette di vivere una vita così differente da quanto conosci,
tanto più interessante e intensa, che veramente perdendo tutto, guadagni tutto.
La libertà di fare quanto a uno piace
È davvero legame,
mentre essere liberi di fare quanto uno deve, ciò che è giusto
è reale libertà.
E’ sempre ciò che è falso che ti fa soffrire,

1. The Sense of ‘I am’ Questioner: It is a matter of daily experience that on waking up the world suddenly appears. Where does it come from?
Maharaj: Before anything can come into being there must be somebody to whom it comes. All appearance and disappearance presupposes a change against some changeless background. Q: Before waking up I was unconscious.
M: In what sense? Having forgotten, or not having experienced? Don’t you experience even when unconscious? Can you exist without knowing? A lapse in memory: is it a proof of non-existence? And can you validly talk about your own non-existence as an actual experience? You cannot even say that your mind did not exist. Did you not wake up on being called? And on waking up, was it not the sense ‘I am’ that came first? Some seed consciousness must be existing even during sleep, or swoon. On waking up the experience runs: ‘I am — the body — in the world.’ It may appear to arise in succession but in fact it is all simultaneous, a single idea of having a body in a world. Can there be the sense of ‘I am’ without being somebody or other?
Q: I am always somebody with its memories and habits. I know no other ‘I am’.
M: Maybe something prevents you from knowing? When you do not know something which others know, what do you do?
Q: I seek the source of their knowledge under their instruction.
M: Is it not important to you to know whether you are a mere body, or something else? Or, maybe nothing at all? Don’t you see that all your problems are your body’s problems — food, clothing, shelter, family, friends, name, fame, security, survival — all these lose their meaning the moment you realise that you may not be a mere body.
Q: What benefit is there in knowing that I am not the body?
M: Even to say that you are not the body is not quite true. In a way you are all the bodies, hearts and minds and much more. Go deep into the sense of ‘I am’ and you will find. How do you find a thing you have mislaid or forgotten? You keep it in your mind until you recall it. The sense of being, of ‘I am’ is the first to emerge. Ask yourself whence it comes, or just watch it quietly. When the mind stays in the ‘I am’ without moving, you enter a state which cannot be verbalised but can be experienced. All you need to do is try and try again. After all the sense ‘I am’ is always with you, only you have attached all kinds of things to it — body, feelings, thoughts, ideas, possessions etc. All these self-identifications are misleading. Because of them you take yourself to be what you are not.
Q: Then what am I?
M: It is enough to know what you are not. You need not know what you are. For as long as knowledge means description in terms of what is already known, perceptual, or conceptual, there can be no such thing as self-knowledge, for what you are cannot be described, except as except as total negation. All you can say is: ‘I am not this, I am not that’. You cannot meaningfully say ‘this is what I am’. It just makes no sense. What you can point out as ‘this’ or ‘that’ cannot be yourself. Surely, you can not be ’something’ else. You are nothing perceivable, or imaginable. Yet, without you there can be neither perception nor imagination. You observe the heart feeling, the mind thinking, the body acting; the very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive. Can there be perception, experience without you? An experience must ‘belong’. Somebody must come and declare it as his own. Without an experiencer the experience is not real. It is the experiencer that imparts reality to experience. An experience which you cannot have, of what value is it to you?
Q: The sense of being an experiencer, the sense of ‘I am’, is it not also an experience?
M: Obviously, every thing experienced is an experience. And in every experience there arises the experiencer of it. Memory creates the illusion of continuity. In reality each experience has its own experiencer and the sense of identity is due to the common factor at the root of all experiencer-experience relations. Identity and continuity are not the same. Just as each flower has its own colour, but all colours are caused by the same light, so do many experiences appear in the undivided and indivisible awareness, each separate in memory, identical in essence. This essence is the root, the foundation, the timeless and spaceless ‘possibility’ of all experience.
Q: How do I get at it?
M: You need not get at it, for you are it. It will get at you, if you give it a chance. Let go your attachment to the unreal and the real will swiftly and smoothly step into its own. Stop imagining yourself being or doing this or that and the realisation that you are the source and heart of all will dawn upon you. With this will come great love which is not choice or predilection, nor attachment, but a power which makes all things love-worthy and lovable.
