Amicizia – Friendship



Amicizia

Sono in volo..
La notte il mio spazio libero,
il silenzio il mio ascolto
un raggio di sole la mia ricerca.

Una foglia agitata dal vento
pare abbia una lacrima
ma m’illudo che ascolti il mio cuore.

Amico ti sento..
le tue parole le conosco,
conosco il tuo sentimento
troppe volte ho visto il tuo pianto.

Ma ricorda sempre..
sei un gabbiano
le tue ali son forti
conosci i voli
mentr’io resto
attaccata al ramo.

Troppe compagne
ho visto cadere
conosco il mio destino,
vola dunque tu che puoi.

Il cuor tuo è di gabbiano
sii fiero di questo
fammi solo un favore:
” Fammi vivere ancora
raccontando a tutti
nei tuoi viaggi
di una foglia
che un giorno
ti diede ascolto”

Foglia mia
sarai anche piccola
ma…
Oggi mi hai detto
chi sono,me lo hai
ricordato,
non ti dimenticherò.

Ho un motivo per volare
per superare confini,
raccontare a tutti
che una piccola foglia
può nascondere saggezza.

Lo faccio per un motivo,

Friendship
I’m flying ..
The night is my space,
the silence is my listening
a ray of sunshine my research.

A leaf blown by the wind
seems to have a tear
but I flatter myself that plays my heart.

I hear you friend ..
Know your words,
I know your feeling
Too many times I have seen your tears.

But always remember ..
you’re a seagull
your wings are strong
familiar flights
while I rest
attached to the branch.

Too many friends
I saw him fall
I know my destiny,
So that you can fly.

Your heart is gull
Be proud of this
do me one favor:
“Let me live yet
telling everyone
in your travels
of a leaf
one day
I paid attention “

My Leaf
be small
but …
Today you told me
Who are you me
recalled,

Gocce di luna

Sciogli le gocce di luna
dal cuor tuo che sussurra
parole ed emozioni
oltre i silenzi ed i confini

Raccogli attimi
mai lontani
per portare la vita
ed il suo ascolto
tra palpiti argentei
tesoro sottile
oltre le stelle

Sia leggero il passo
che incide
semplicemente
la vita che si proietta
per essere istante ancora
che di immanente vive

Sia paradiso ed estasi
che vibra con nastri spiegati
oltre le nuvole
che portano storie
da isole lontane
e tutto prenderà colore
per noi

Con il maestro Lelé – With the master Lele – Sri Aurobindo


Con il maestro Lelé Sri Aurobindo

Sri Aurobindo incontrò Vishnu Bhaskar Lelé nel 1907, a Baroda. Gli fu presentato dal fratello Barin, in un momento in cui Sri Aurobindo “stava brancolando alla ricerca di una via, senza compiere nessun tipo di sadhana, senza fare nessuno sforzo poiché non sapeva quale sforzo fare, dal momento che tutti quanti erano falliti” (On Himself, pag. 77-8). Si incontrarono in una casa privata e Sri Aurobindo spiegò per prima cosa che non era interessato a una pratica di rinuncia, ma ad ottenere forza spirituale per il suo lavoro. Lelé gli rispose con una frase rimasta famosa: disse che non gli sarebbe stato difficile, dal momento che era un poeta.

Nei giorni di ritiro (una decina) Aurobindo realizzò quello che in seguito chiamò il “Brahman passivo”, ossia la “Concreta coscienza di calma e silenzio assoluti”; tale esperienza si accompagnò per diversi mesi con una percezione del mondo come totalmente illusorio, ovvero l’inverso di ciò che egli cercava.

“Non c’era l’ego, non esisteva un mondo reale – solo quando si guardava attraverso i sensi immobili, talvolta si percepiva o si entrava in relazione, in quel silenzio puro, con un mondo di forme vuote, ombre materializzate senza vera sostanza. Non c’era l’Uno, ma neppure i molti, solo assolutamente Quello, senza caratteristiche, senza relazioni, puro, indescrivibile, impensabile, assoluto, e tuttavia supremamente reale e solamente reale. […]

Un Qualcosa di reale ma ineffabile, una qualche unica e suprema Realtà, che portava con sé la negazione di tutto ciò che la mente può affermare come Essere. Si vedeva soltanto una massa di forme cinematografiche insostanziali e vuote di realtà, il corpo continuava ad agire, ma solo come una macchina vuota, automatica. […]

Ad un primo stadio, l’aspetto di un mondo illusorio lasciò posto ad un altro, in cui l’illusione è solo un piccolo fenomeno di superficie con un’immensa Realtà Divina dietro di esso, una suprema Realtà Divina nel cuore di tutte le cose, che in principio erano sembrate solo sagome o ombre cinematografiche. E ciò non fu come un ritorno all’imprigionamento nei sensi, come una diminuzione o una caduta da un’esperienza suprema, bensì venne piuttosto come un costante innalzarsi ed ampliarsi della Verità; era lo spirito che vedeva gli oggetti, non i sensi, e la Pace, il Silenzio, la libertà nell’Infinità rimanevano sempre; il mondo e tutti i mondi erano solo un episodio continuo nell’eternità senza tempo del Divino”.

Questo senso di irrealtà rimase per diversi mesi, ma gradualmente scomparve e “ci fu un ritorno alla partecipazione nel mondo, qualcosa di diverso da lui riprese l’attività dinamica, parlava e agiva attraverso di lui, ma senza nessun pensiero o iniziativa personale” (Ivi, p. 86)

Alla fine del gennaio 1908 Sri Aurobindo lasciò Bombay. Prima di lasciare Lelé, gli chiese di dargli la sua guida per i tempi futuri e lo informò che era nato dentro di lui un mantra. Lelé iniziò a dargli le istruzioni, ma poi s’interruppe e chiese ad Aurobindo se pensava di poter seguire dal solo la sua guida interiore, quella stessa che gli aveva dato il mantra. Alla risposta affermativa, Lelé gli consigliò allora di riferirsi da ora in poi sempre a quella: se l’avesse fatto in modo completo, non avrebbe avuto bisogno di altro.

Poco tempo dopo, si incontrarono nuovamente a Calcutta. Lelé gli chiese come procedesse la sadhana, se continuava la pratica, e quando Aurobindo rispose di no, che non faceva nessuna pratica, se non quella di seguire la propria guida interiore, Lelé si inquietò e gli prospettò l’ipotesi che seguitando in tal modo il diavolo si sarebbe impadronito di lui. Sri Aurobindo non rispose, ma dentro di sé pensò che era sicuro di seguire il Divino, non il diavolo. Così si concluse la sua relazione con Lelé, al quale peraltro rimase sempre grato.

Sri Aurobindo scrisse in seguito che l’esperienza con Lelé era stata la prima di quattro grandi realizzazioni su cui si fondò il suo yoga. La seconda la ottenne qualche mese dopo nel carcere di Alipore, quando realizzò la coscienza cosmica, la presenza del Divino in tutto. La terza e la quarta realizzazione, che costituiscono il cuore vero e proprio del Purna Yoga, avvennero negli anni successivi, a Pondichéry: la realizzazione dell’aspetto dinamico del Brahman e della Coscienza-di-Verità, o Supermente.

I tuoi colori

Il vestito più bello
è quello che indossi
tra sospiri ed istanti
che raccolgano del cielo
la sinfonia silente
e quale nostalgia
racconterà ancora
all’impallidir della luna
di preziosi tesori
che solo la tua anima
che danza leggera
è capace di dono
Solo tu stella brillante
vedi la vita
con occhi nuovi
e la racconti al vento
affinchè disponga ogni cuore
all’ascolto lieto dei tuoi colori

Rispetto – Respect


Rispetto
Se vogliamo del rispetto da qualcuno,
senza pretesa alcuna, è necessario leggere in noi stessi
cosa si intenda per ” Rispetto”:
Credo che ogni cosa che non nuoce a se stessi e agli altri, ogni intenzione, pensiero ed atto che onora quel che siamo nella nostra unicità ( mettere a confronto e cercare di imitare o sopraffare è un atteggiamento comune), che non tiene conto di come ogni persona sia diversa, non omologabile), ma soprautto che metta gli altri in condizione di esprimere se stessi, senza percepire una pressione o condizione di discriminaziazione. In poche parole: Permettere un rapporto armonico con se stessi e gli altri.
Rispetto include anche il regno minerale, vegetale ed animale. Il rispetto per la Natura abbraccia la possibilità di contribuire ad un mondo migliore. Quando io rispetto apro il cuore, prima alla comprensione del particolare momento che sto vivendo, permettendomi di essere liberata da attaccamento ed aspettative che possano intralciare il percorso degli altri, poi ascolto e vivio in gratitudine per la presenza delle altre persone nella mia vita.
Allora rispettare è un percorso naturale, non il frutto di educazione imposta, a volte sterile perchè, alla parola ” rispetto” si associa una sorta di servilismo. Chi rispetta con il cuore ama incondzionatamente e non è mai passivo.

In a nutshell: To allow a harmonious relationship with oneself and others.

When I open my heart than before to understanding the particular moment I am living, allowing me to be free from attachment and expectations that could impede the path of others, then listening and Vivio in gratitude for the presence of other people in my life.

Per un istante

Per un istante
uno soltanto
vorrei abbandonarmi
all’ ascolto della voce del cuore
e far espandere
per tutti
quel suono che non sanno
più ascoltare

Vorrei semplicemente
potermi abbandonare
e librarmi
oltre i confini
dell’indifferenza
per sapere
ancora una volta
che esiste Amore

For a moment
only one
I would surrender
to listen to the voice of the heart
and expand
for all
the sound that they do not know
more listening

I would simply
being able to leave
and soar
beyond the boundaries
of indifference
to know
once more
that there is Love

Il silenzio


Il silenzio

Senti il peso del silenzio
quando non sei solo
– parole senza senso –
che non ti raggiungono
eco che rimbalzano
per comprendere
che tra la folla
ti tuffi in strade
di vuota solitudine

Ma c’è chi nella mente
vorrebbe il frastuono
Insopportabile silenzio :
urla per coprire voce
Meglio la folla avvolgente
trascina come serpente
e porta lontano
dal proprio ascolto

Feel the weight of silence
when you’re not alone
– words without meaning –
you do not reach
echo bouncing
to understand
that the crowd
you dive in streets
of empty loneliness

But some in the mind
would like the noise
Unbearable silence:
voice screaming for cover
Better the crowd enveloping
drag as a snake
and takes away
from your listening
