Behind the revolving line-up and the regular sidemen, the true core of the Project was the duo of Parsons and Woolfson. Woolfson was a songwriter by profession, but also a composer and pianist. Parsons was a successful producer and accomplished engineer. Almost all songs on the band’s albums are credited to “Woolfson/Parsons”.
Il piacevole (ciò che alletta i sensi) è una cosa, il buono un’altra. Questi due, avendo scopi diversi, spingono l’uomo all’azione. Mentre colui che sceglie il bene agisce bene, coloro i quali preferiscono il piacevole, si allontanano dalla vera destinazione della loro vita.

The nice (what entices the senses) is one thing, the good one. These two, having different purposes, pushing the man to action. While the one who chooses the good acts well, those who prefer the pleasant, turn away from the true destination of their lives.
L’empatia è conforto, presenza intensa poiché si vive il medesimo sentire, pur cercando di non scivolare, provando a nuotare per portare in salvo chi scivola nel dolore. È partecipazione profonda e quanto si manifesta, quanto colgono gli occhi, è in realtà riflesso dell’intimo sentire dal silenzio. Un percepire oltre le apparenze, oltre gli itinerari della mente sempre in cerca di logica. Non si deve temere questo particolare modo di essere, è un dono e come tale si deve offrire agli altri attraverso la propria sensibile presenza.

Empathy is comfort, intense presence because you experience the same feeling, while trying not to slip, trying to swim to rescue those who slip into pain. It Is deep participation and what manifests itself when the eyes catch, is in reality a reflection of the intimate feeling from silence. A perception beyond appearances, beyond the itineraries of the mind always in search of logic. This particular way of being must not be feared, it is a gift and as such it must be offered to others through one’s own sensitive presence.
A volte il turbamento dell’impazienza è capace di rendere ciechi, di gettare all’aria tutto quel che si è fatto sino ad un attimo prima: non si sa misurare il passo, il valore delle cose e non si comprende come il nostro misurare, il volere a tutti i costi un risultato, persino quando il tempo è acerbo, è solo uno scivolare in una forma di orgoglio che non ci fa accogliere una diversa dimensione di tempo e spazio dove il seme matura quando non è lecito sapere.

Impatience
Sometimes the disturbance of impatience is capable of blinding, to throw all that air was made up to a moment before: measure the step is not known, the value of things and you do not understand as our measure, the wishes everyone a result, even when the weather is bitter, is just a slide into a form of pride accept that there is a different dimension of time and space where the seed matures when it is not permitted to know.
