Momenti – Moments

Momenti

Forse siamo noi a dare valore o emozioni ai momenti.
Gli eventi che si susseguono nella nostra vita seguono dei cicli:
si presentano a vanno, per poi ritornare ancora…ed ancora.
Siamo noi a dover imparare ad essere aperti, ad accogliere tutto, a saper lasciare tutto.
Ogni persona che arriva è un’opportunità, che resti per lungo tempo o ci lasci ha sempre qualcosa da insegnare, siamo noi che dobbiamo coglierne il valore.
Nella mia esperienza ho visto persone, sia nella vita reale che in rete, arrivare…sostare per del tempo e andare.. non sempre per una ragione chiara.
Non necessariamente chiudendo le porte al dialogo.
Poi quando queste persone sono tornate, alcune hanno rafforzato il dialogo, hanno chiesto conforto in momenti difficili. Altre hanno comunque continuato a non dialogare, giusto un saluto ogni tanto.
Ma non credo al concetto di spazio da lasciare ad altri.
Il cuore non è una stanza con pareti, con uno spazio delimitato, per cui solo alcuni possano muoversi bene, a discapito di altri.
In fondo nessuno ci appartiene e possiamo solo imparare ad essere grati per chi ci ha accompagnato, capaci di lasciare la porta aperta, senza recriminare nulla.

Moments

Perhaps we are to give value to the moments or emotions.
The events that occur in our lives following cycles:
you have to go, and then back again … and again.
We are having to learn to be open, to welcome all, to be able to leave everything.
Every person who arrives is an opportunity that remains for a long time or leave us always has something to teach us that we must grasp its value.
In my experience I have seen people, both in real life and on the net, stop for some time to come … and go .. not always a clear reason.
Not necessarily closing the doors to dialogue.
Then when these people have returned, some have strengthened the dialogue, they asked comfort in difficult times. Others have, however, continued to dialogore not, just say hello every now and then.
But I do not think the concept of space to leave to others.
The heart is not a room with walls, with a confined space, so only a few can move well, to the detriment of others.
In the end nobody belongs to us and we can only learn to be grateful for those who accompanied us, able to leave the door open, without regrets nothing.

La Via della Devozione Sri Aurobindo

Come quando un’anima si fonde in Dio
per vivere in Lui per sempre e conoscerne la gioia,
la sua coscienza non conobbe più che Lui solo,
e tutto il suo sé separato si perse nel Suo.
Come un cielo stellato circonda la terra felice,
Lui la chiuse in sé in un cerchio di beatitudine
ed in Sé stesso e in lei chiuse il mondo.
Un isolamento senza limiti li unì in un solo essere.

Se solo gli uomini potessero intravedere le beatitudini infinite, le forze perfette, gli orizzonti luminosi di conoscenza spontanea, le calme vastità del nostro essere che ci aspettano sulle vie che la nostra evoluzione animale non ha ancora conquistato, abbandonerebbero tutto e finché non avessero raggiunto questi tesori non si darebbero pace! Ma il cammino è stretto, le porte sono difficili da forzare, e la paura, la diffidenza, lo scetticismo sono qui, sentinelle della Natura, per impedirci di distogliere i nostri passi dai suoi pascoli consueti.

L’Amore divino, a differenza di quello umano, è profondo, vasto e silenzioso; chi vuole diventarne cosciente e rispondervi, deve farsi calmo e tranquillo. Deve avere per suo unico fine di compiere il dono di sé, così da poter diventare ricettacolo e strumento, lasciando alla Saggezza e all’Amore divini la cura di colmarlo di ogni cosa necessaria. Deve anche convincersi che non può pretendere di progredire, evolversi e ottenere la realizzazione entro un dato tempo; deve essere pronto ad aspettare il tempo necessario, perseverare e fare dell’intera sua vita un’aspirazione e un’apertura per un’unica cosa: il Divino. Il segreto della sadhana è darsi, non esigere e prendere. Più ci si darà, più crescerà il potere di ricevere. (Lettere, II, 198)

E’ vero che si vive e si fa tutto in funzione di se stessi, ma questa è la natura dell’uomo: egli è centrato nel proprio ego, e fa tutto per il proprio ego; anche il suo amore e la sua simpatia sono per lo più basate sull’ego. Tutto ciò va cambiato e va centrato nel Divino, fatto per la Madre divina. La sadhana mira proprio a questo. Il silenzio, la crescita dello psichico e tutto il resto intendono arrivare a questo, ma non si può fare tutto in una volta. Quando la coscienza è pronta, allora l’amore psichico, l’impulso al dono di sé, cominciano a rivelarsi nel cuore e avviene il cambiamento – progressivamente, finché il dono di sé diventa totale. (Lettere, V, 131)

Quando l’approccio avviene attraverso il cuore, attraverso l’Amore e la Bhakti, il culmine supremo è in un Ananda trascendente, un’indicibile Felicità o Beatitudine ineffabile di unione con il Divino attraverso l’Amore. (Lettere, I, 89)

Sottomettersi significa darsi al Divino, donare al Divino tutto quello che si è o si possiede e non considerare niente come proprio, obbedire solo alla Volontà divina e a nessun’altra, vivere per il Divino e non per l’ego. Sottomettersi significa essere interamente nelle mani della Madre e non opporsi in alcun modo, per egoismo o altro, alla sua Luce, alla sua Conoscenza, alla sua Volontà, all’azione della sua Forza. Il Divino si dà a coloro che si danno a Lui senza riserva e in ogni loro parte. Per essi è la calma, la luce, il potere, la beatitudine, la libertà, la vastità, le vette della conoscenza, gli oceani dell’Ananda. (Lettere, I, 223)

L’essenza della sottomissione è accettare senza riserve l’influenza e la guida quando la gioia e la pace discendono, accettarle senza porre quesiti o argomenti capziosi, e lasciarle crescere; quando si sente la Forza al lavoro, lasciarla agire senza opporsi; quando viene data la Conoscenza, riceverla e seguirla; quando la Volontà viene rivelata, farsi suo strumento. Il Divino può guidare, ma non costringe. C’è una libertà interiore, concessa a ogni essere mentale detto ‘uomo’, di acconsentire o no alla guida del Divino: come potrebbe altrimenti realizzarsi un’autentica evoluzione spirituale? Ogni persona – a meno che non faccia una sottomissione totale – ha fino a un certo punto la libertà di scelta e, quando la usa, deve accettarne le conseguenze, spirituali o di altro genere. L’aiuto può essere solo offerto, non imposto. L’offerta al Divino serve a liberarsi dall’illusione della separazione: l’atto stesso dell’offrire implica che tutto appartiene al Divino. (Lettere, I, 235-6)

Si può sentire la coscienza divina come uno stato spirituale impersonale: uno stato di pace, luce, gioia, vastità. La Presenza divina può anche essere sentita sotto forma di Qualcuno che è la fonte viva e l’essenza di quella luce, un Essere dunque, non semplicemente uno stato spirituale. La Presenza della Madre è ancora più concreta, distinta, personale: è la presenza non di uno sconosciuto, di un Potere o un Essere, ma di Qualcuno che ci è noto, intimo, che si ama e a cui si può offrire tutto l’essere in un modo concreto e vivente. (Lettere, II, 214)

L’obiettivo stesso dello yoga è un cambiamento di coscienza; acquisendo una nuova coscienza, o portando alla luce la coscienza nascosta del vero essere interiore, manifestandola a poco a poco e perfezionandola sempre più, si ottiene prima il contatto e quindi l’unione con il Divino. L’Ananda e la bhakti fanno parte di questa coscienza più profonda, e solo quando si vive e si cresce in essa possono divenire permanenti. Fino ad allora, si possono solo avere esperienze dell’Ananda e della Bhakti, ma non lo stato costante e permanente. Ma lo stato di bhakti e di sottomissione crescente non arriva a tutti sin dai primi stadi della sadhana; molti sadhaka, in realtà la maggioranza, hanno da percorrere un lungo cammino di purificazione e di tapasya (disciplina) prima che arrivi questo stato. (Lettere, II, 220-1)

Quando l’essere psichico si risveglia, divenite cosciente della vostra anima: conoscete il vostro vero Sé. E non commettete più l’errore di identificarvi con l’essere mentale e vitale, non li scambiate per l’anima. In secondo luogo, una volta risvegliato, l’essere psichico dà la vera bhakti per il Divino. Quella bhakti è completamente diversa dalla bhakti mentale e vitale. Proprio perché lo psichico è in diretto contatto con la Divinità che sta dietro, è capace di vera bhakti: non fa richieste, non ha riserve; sa come obbedire alla Verità nel modo giusto; si abbandona veramente a Dio e poiché è capace di abbandonarsi veramente, di conseguenza sa anche ricevere veramente. (Lettere, IV, 166-7)

La natura dell’Ineffabile è una Beatitudine trascendente, inimmaginabile e inesprimibile con la mente e la parola. Immanente e segreta, impregna tutto l’universo ed ogni cosa nell’universo. La sua presenza viene descritta come un etere segreto della beatitudine dell’essere, di cui la Scrittura dice che se non esistesse, nulla potrebbe vivere né respirare neanche per un istante. Questa beatitudine spirituale è anche qui, nei nostri cuori, celata in profondità, lontana dal lavorìo superficiale della mente che ne afferra solo qualche riflesso debole e imperfetto nelle diverse forme mentali, vitali e fisiche della gioia d’esistenza.

L’amore viene a noi in modi diversi: può venire attraverso il risvegliarsi alla bellezza dell’Amante, alla vista del suo volto e della sua immagine ideale, attraverso i suoi misteriosi segni dietro le migliaia di aspetti delle cose di questo mondo, attraverso un lento o improvviso bisogno del cuore, una vaga sete dell’anima, mediante la sensazione di ‘qualcuno’ vicino a noi che ci attira o ci persegue con amore, o che è beatifico e bello, e che dobbiamo scoprire. Possiamo ricercarlo appassionatamente e inseguire l’invisibile Amato; ma può anche darsi che sia Lui a cercarci senza che noi ci pensiamo; può apparirci in mezzo alla folla e impadronirsi di noi di sua iniziativa, che lo vogliamo o meno. Può persino giungere come un nemico con la collera dell’amore e i nostri primi rapporti possono essere teatro di battaglie e conflitti. Ma Amore e Ananda sono l’ultima parola dell’Essere, il segreto dei segreti, il mistero dei misteri”.

Il loto della conoscenza e della perfezione eterna è una gemma chiusa e ravvolta in noi. Si apre in modo rapido o gradatamente, un petalo dopo l’altro, mediante realizzazioni successive, appena l’intelligenza dell’uomo incomincia a volgersi verso l’Eterno, e il suo cuore, non più oppresso dall’attaccamento e confinato alle apparenze finite, si accende d’amore per l’Infinito. Ogni pensiero, tutta la vita e tutta l’energia che si sprigionano dalle nostre facoltà, ogni esperienza, passiva o attiva, divengono da questo momento altrettanti impulsi che lacerano i rivestimenti dell’anima e rimuovono gli ostacoli che impediscono il suo inevitabile schiudersi. Colui che sceglie l’Infinito è stato scelto dall’Infinto. Ha ricevuto l’impulso divino senza il quale non esiste possibilità di risveglio né di apertura spirituale; ma una volta ricevuta la divina chiamata, l’adempimento è sicuro, sia che avvenga per virtù di una rapida conquista in una sola vita umana, o con una paziente ricerca attraverso i numerosi stadi del ciclo delle esistenze nell’universo manifesto.

If only men could see the endless bliss, perfect strength, the bright horizons of knowledge spontaneously, the calm vastness of our being that await us in the ways that our animal evolution has not yet earned, would drop everything and until they had achieved these treasures would not be alone! Divine love, unlike the human one, is deep, vast and silent, and whoever wants to become conscious and responding to them, must be calm and quiet. Must have for its sole end of making the gift of himself, so he can become a receptacle and instrument, leaving the divine Wisdom and Love the care of every thing necessary to fill it. It must also be convinced that no one can pretend to forward, evolve and get to be realized within a given time, must be prepared to wait as long as necessary, endure and make the whole of his life an aspiration and an opening for one thing: the Divine. The secret of sadhana is to give oneself, not to demand and take. The more you give, the greater will power to receive. (Letters, II, 198)

It ‘true that we live and do everything according to themselves, but this is the nature of man: he is centered in the ego, and does it all for his ego, even his love and sympathy are mostly based on ego. All this must be changed and should be centered in the Divine, done for the Divine Mother. Sadhana aims at this. The silence, the growth of the psychic and the rest intend to achieve this, but you can not do everything at once. When the consciousness is ready, then the psychic love, the impulse to self-giving, they begin to reveal themselves in the heart and is changing – gradually, until the total gift of self becomes. (Letters, V, 131)

When the approach is through the heart, through love and Bhakti, the climax is a supreme Ananda transcendent, unspeakable happiness or bliss ineffable union with the Divine through love. (Letters, I, 89)

To submit himself to the Divine means, donate to the Divine, or whatever you have and you do not look nothing like their own, only to obey the Will of God and none else, to live for the Divine and not for the ego. To submit means to be entirely in the hands of the Mother and not oppose in any way, for selfish or anything, its light, to his knowledge, his Will, the action of his force. The Divine is given to those who give themselves to Him without reservation and in every part. For them it is the calm, light, power, bliss, freedom, the vastness, the heights of knowledge, Ananda oceans. (Letters, I, 223)

The essence of submission is to accept without reservation the influence and driving when the joy and peace descended, accept them without asking questions or specious arguments, and let them grow, and when you feel the force at work, leave it to act without opposition, when given the knowledge, receive it and follow it, and when the Will is proved, be his instrument. The Divine can guide, but not forced. There is an inner freedom, granted to every mind that ‘man’, or not to consent to the guidance of the Divine: How else could realize genuine spiritual evolution? Every person – unless it makes a total submission – has to some extent the freedom of choice and, when used, must accept the consequences, spiritual or otherwise. The aid may only be offered, not imposed. The offering to the Divine for getting rid of the illusion of separation: the very act of offering implies that everything belongs to the Divine. (Letters, I, 235-6)

You can feel the divine consciousness as an impersonal spiritual state: a state of peace, light, joy, vastness. The Divine Presence can also be heard as someone who is the living source and essence of that light, therefore, a Being, not merely a spiritual state. The Presence of the Mother is even more concrete, distinct, personal: it is not the presence of a stranger, or a Power of Being, but to anyone who we know, underwear, we love you and can offer the whole being and living in a concrete way. (Letters, II, 214)

The very purpose of yoga is a change of consciousness, gaining a new awareness, or bringing to light the hidden consciousness of the true inner being, manifesting gradually increasing and perfecting it, you get the first contact and union with the Divine. The Ananda and bhakti are part of this consciousness more profound, and only when you can live and grow in it may become permanent. Until then, you can only have experience and Bhakti Ananda, but it was constant and permanent. But the state of bhakti and increasing subjugation does not arrive at all since the early stages of sadhana; many sadhaka, in fact the majority, have to go a long way of purification and tapasya (discipline) before it reaches this state. (Letters, II, 220-1)

When the psychic being awakens, you become conscious of your soul: you know your true self. And do not make the mistake of identifying with the mental and vital, they are not mistaken for the soul. Secondly, once awakened, the psychic gives true bhakti for the Divine. That is completely different from bhakti bhakti mind and life. Just because the psychic is in direct contact with the Divinity behind, is capable of true bhakti: no demands, has no reservations; knows how to obey the Truth in the right way, you really leave it to God and is able to truly indulge therefore know very well received. (Letters, IV, 166-7)

The nature of the Ineffable Bliss is a transcendent, inexpressible and unthinkable with the mind and speech. Immanent and secret, permeates the entire universe and everything in the universe. Its presence is described as being an ether secret of happiness, of which Scripture says that if there were, nothing could live or breathe even for a moment. This spiritual bliss is also here, in our hearts, hidden in the depths, far from the surface workings of the mind that only grabs some reflection of weak and imperfect in various forms mental, vital and physical properties of the joy of existence.

Love comes to us in several ways: it can come through the awakening to the beauty of the lover, the sight of his face and his ideal image, through his mysterious signs behind the thousands of aspects of the things of this world, through a slow or sudden need of the heart, a vague thirst of the soul by the feeling that ‘someone’ close to us that draws us and pursues us with love, or that is blissful and beautiful, and that we must discover. We can search for it passionately and pursue the invisible Amato, but it may be that he is looking for us without us think, can appear in the crowd and get hold of us on his own initiative, whether we like it or not. It may even come as an enemy with the rage of love and our initial reports may be the scene of battles and conflicts. But Love and Ananda are the last word of Being, the secret of secrets, the mystery of mysteries “.

The lotus of knowledge and eternal perfection is a bud closed and folded within us. It opens quickly or gradually, one petal after another, by setting an after, as soon as the intelligence of man begins to turn to the LORD, and his heart, no longer burdened by attachment and confined to appearances ended , lights up with love for the Infinite. Every thought, all life and all the energy that emanates from our faculties, every experience, passive or active, by this time become so many impulses that tear the coverings of the soul and removes obstacles that prevent its inevitable unfolding. He who chooses the Infinite was chosen dall’Infinto. He received the divine impulse, without which there is no possibility of revival of spiritual opening, but once received the divine call, the performance is safe, whether it happens by virtue of rapid wins in a single human life, or a patient search through the many stages of the cycle of existence manifested universe.
