L’impermanenza

La Riflessione

Se l’illuminazione non è dove stai,
dove la cercherai?

Detto Zen

Più lontano vai a cercare,
illuso nel guardare fuori
e maggiore è l’allontananento
proiettandoti nel ” mondo”.
Tutto è nel tuo essere:
orme di respiro e ricamo di realtà.

Impermanenza

Una delle principali ragioni per cui abbiamo così tanta ansia nell’affrontare la morte
è che ignoriamo la verità dell’impermanenza.

Nella nostra mente, i cambiamenti significano sempre perdita e sofferenza.
Riteniamo che la durata stabile procuri sicurezza, mentre l’impermanenza no.

Ma l’impermanenza è come una di quella persone che incontriamo nella nostra vita,
difficili e preoccupanti all’inizio, ma dopo una più profonda conoscenza,
assai più amichevoli e meno pericolose di quanto avremmo potuto immaginare.

E’ vana illusione
credere di afferrare qualcosa:
tutto si trasforma e non permane,
tutto è attimo che si allontana.
E’ realistico scoprire
che più stringiamo
e maggiore resta il nulla
più abbandoniamo la smania
e maggiormente siamo vuoti
per accogliere quel che è.

where you try ?

deluded in looking out

The teaching

impermanence

One of the main reasons why we have so much anxiety in facing death
is that we ignore the truth of impermanence.

In our minds , the changes mean more loss and suffering.
We believe that the duration of stable procure security , while the impermanence not.

But impermanence is like one of the people we meet in our lives,
difficult and troubling at first, but after a deeper knowledge ,
much more friendly and less dangerous than we could have imagined .

It is  vain illusion
to grab something to believe :
everything is transformed and does not persist ,
moment is all that goes away .
And ‘ realistic discover
that more shake
and nothing remains the major
more abandon the mania
and most are empty
to accept what is .
