Nel silenzio è la risposta
Il silenzio è uno strumento utile
per ritrovare noi stessi: sentimenti, idee,
quella vera natura che non deve essere trascinata e forzata
da altrui pressioni o modi di fare per influenzarci o farci paura.
Ogni volta che si presenta un ostacolo possiamo semplicemente restare in silenzio,
cercare la nostra essenza più vera e questo ci permette di rigenerarci,
di scacciare tutte le nubi che ricoprivano il sole.
La nostra società è fondata sul dialogo martellante, sul cercare
di sopraffare gli altri, come se la loro approvazione o la nostra rivalsa
nel tentativo di dimostrare di avere ragione attraverso battaglie dialettiche
sia un modo di conseguire autostima.
Imparare a tacere, ad attraversare noi stessi per apprezzare
la nostra parte più profonda è conquistare, con il silenzio quella parte
che resta spesso sconosciuta, persino a noi stessi.
Chi sa accogliere ed ascoltare il silenzio trova molte più risposte
di quanto possa immaginare.

In the silence is the answer
Silence is a useful tool
to find ourselves: feelings, ideas,
the true nature that should not be dragged and forced
pressures from others or ways of doing to influence us or frighten us.
Whenever there is an obstacle we can simply remain silent,
seek our true essence and this allows us to regenerate,
to drive away all the clouds that covered the sun.
Our society is based on dialogue pounding on search
to overwhelm the other, as if their approval or our revenge
in an attempt to prove themselves right through dialectical battles
is a way of achieving self-esteem.
Learn to be silent, to cross ourselves to appreciate
our deepest part is to win, with the silence that part
which often remains unknown, even to ourselves.
Who knows how to welcome and listen to the silence is a lot more answers
than you can imagine.
