La diversità è unicità,
un valore che è manifestazione.
Non si può essere tutti identici,
così come sarebbe limitante
non poter fare emergere
il proprio sentire,sarebbe opprimente
ed anche per questo possiamo aiutare
chi ci circonda a sentirsi a proprio agio
per dare spazio al proprio sentire.

Diversity is uniqueness,
a value that is manifestation.
You can’t all be identical,
just as it would be limiting
not being able to bring out
your own feeling would be overwhelming
and also for this we can help
those around us to feel at ease
to give space to one’s feelings.

Cielo infinito – Endless sky

Cielo infinito

Immagini
soffi sugli  occhi
sfiorano il cuore
e la mia fantasia
Sono sogni
colori vivi
sussurro che conduce
dove ogni istante
è possibile
Oggi
come bambini
noi giochiamo alla vita
un paio di ali
e aquiloni
che accarezzano
questo cielo infinito

Pictures
blow on the eyes
touch the heart
and my imagination
They are dreams
vibrant colors
whisper that leads
where each moment
is possible
Today
like kids
we are playing to life
a pair of wings
and kites
caressing
this endless sky

come brezza leggera
sulla pelle
Papaveri ed ulivi
senza tempo
baciati dal sole
Reti rammendate
adagiate su scogli
ad asciugare
Una bolla d’ambra
racchiude la storia
da non cancellare

La danza dell’illusione – Dance of illusion

La danza dell’illusione

Maya inganna:
veli colorati nella sua danza
mentre tutto si deforma
sembra una spirale di mete attraenti
– un fiume che ci trattiene
e fa dimenticare il nostro percorso –
Nessuno sa respingere quella deriva
socchiudendo gli occhi inizia a sognare
Costruite storie sul palcoscenico
su un proscenio dalle pareti di cartone
Rabbia, attaccamento aspettative
girandola d’illusioni tracciano
la meta deviata che fa perdere la ragione:
l’umanità è perduta in un cerchio di ere
morte e nascita senza continuità
per smettere di soffrire
Poi un gesto della mano
occhi aperti a guardare la vita:
Tutto è adesso per aprire la prigione

 Dance of illusion

Maya deceives:
colored veils in her dance
while everything is deformed
looks like a spiral of attractive destinations
– A river that holds us
and forget our path –
Nobody knows reject the drift
narrowing his eyes start to dream
Build stories on stage
on a proscenium from the walls of cardboard
Anger, attachment expectations
pinwheel illusions trace
the goal that deflected lose the right:
humanity is lost in a circle of ages
death and birth without continuity
to stop suffering
Then a wave of the hand
eyes open to look at life:
Everything is now open for the prison

Semi – Seeds – Thubten Chodron

Semi

Quando pianti semi in giardino,
non li scavi tutti i giorni per vederli
se sono già germogliati.
Li innaffi semplicemente
e spazzi via le erbacce;
sai che i semi cresceranno nel tempo.
Allo stesso modo, fai solo la tua pratica quotidiana
e coltiva un cuore gentile.
Abbandonate l’impazienza e accontentati
nvece di creare le cause del bene;
i risultati arriveranno quando saranno pronti.

Seeds

When you plant seeds in the garden,
you don’t dig them up every day to see
if they have sprouted yet.
You simply water them
and clear away the weeds;
you know that the seeds will grow in time.
Similarly, just do your daily practice
and cultivate a kind heart.
Abandon impatience and instead be content creating the causes for goodness;
the results will come when they’re ready.
