Radice e chioma

Sei radice
che cerca mistero
di uno sconosciuto percorso
e desidera linfa
che scorra
verso il cielo
per essere forza
oltre ogni confine
– stelle della notte –
regalano luce
al buio del cuore

Sei forza
che asseconda la vita
e respiri nel silenzio
l’attesa di giorni
verso l’alito lieve
di nuovi percorsi

– Nulla è vano –
se raccogli il senso
di attimi infiniti
che non separano mai
perché nessuno è solo
se trova accanto
chi conduca alla vita

You  are root
seeking mystery
an unknown path
and want to sap
which flows
skyward
for strength
beyond borders
– Star of the night –
give light
the dark heart

You force
that supports life
and breathe in the silence
Waiting for the day
to breath slightly
new paths

– Nothing is in vain –
if you collect the way
infinite number of moments
that never separates
because nobody is
if it is next
who leads the life

In coerenza

Nessun percorso spirituale è aperto a noi,
se prima non guardiamo in profondità
la contraddizione tra intenzione, parola e azione,
per comprendere la radice della nostra contraddizione
noi dobbiamo essere onesti e non fuggire di fronte
ad alcuni aspetti non gradevoli in noi – chi fugge
non ha tempo per migliorare e vivere con coerenza.

no spiritual path is open to us,
if we first do not look deep contradiction
between the intention, word and actions,
to understand the root of our conflict,
we must be honest and not to flee in front
of some aspects that are not pleasing into us
– those who flee does not have time
to improve and to live with consistently.

Presenza

Vale molto di più un cuore spalancato,
ad accogliere la Presenza nelle mille opportunità
che ci sono donate, che un percorso tiepido,
senza partecipazione,che ripete solo quello
che è stato insegnato,spesso senza neppure capire.

Quando si resta toccati da questo Amore incommensurabile
la nostra vita ha un nuovo senso, un nuovo colore
che colma tutti i momenti grigi del passato
e ci rende partecipi del nostro essere parte della Bellezza
della quale noi stessi possiamo godere e possiamo fare dono.

Presence

That is much more a heart wide open,
to welcome the Presence in the myriad opportunities
that are given unto us, that a warm location,
without participation, repeating only that
that was taught, often without even understanding.

When one is touched by this immeasurable love
our life has new meaning, a new color
gray that fills every moment of the past
and makes us part of our being part of Beauty
which we can enjoy ourselves and we can make a gift.

Nuovo anno solare

Arriverà la stagione della prosperità
porterà nuovi e succosi frutti
i fiori l’abbelliranno
e saremo felicemente soddisfatti
Incontreremo il nostro vero amore
perderemo chili di troppo
e avremo denaro sufficiente
a percorrere in lungo e in largo
il mondo
Aspettiamo tutto ciò in silenzio

Spesso non si è capaci di tacere,
provando ad accogliere
semi ed opportunità di riflessione.
Si vive una “necessità”
di riempire il vuoto interiore,
di fagocitare gli altri
per averne l’esclusiva attenzione.
È tempo di rallentare
di ascoltare e riflettere
e rispondere solo
dopo aver maturato
il vero ascolto.

Sulla mappa della tua anima

Mille notti di solitudine
non bastano per dare senso
al tuo cammino

Non ti abbattere
alla vista della tempesta
e pensa che in essa
è racchiusa l’opportunità
