Il percorso di ricerca – Search path

Il percorso di ricerca

Il percorso prende inizio dalla capacità di far tacitare la mente, dalla capacità di comprensione di come spesso si usi interpretare gli eventi della vita come se tutto fosse centrato al nostro vantaggio o alla perdita di qualcosa. Solo imparando a lasciare andare ( attaccamento ed aspettativa) ad accogliere gli eventi per quello che sono, a non aggrapparci al percorso lasciato alle spalle ( il rancore verso gli eventi del passato) o proiettando troppa aspettative al futuro, ci rendiamo conto di dove stia poggiando il nostro passo – qui ed ora. Attraversare questo momento, entrare in profondità in noi stessi è accorgerci di cosa si muova in noi, dello spazio senza confine che fa vibrare energia, che ci restituisce una sensazione di benessere. Amare è accogliere noi stessi per come siamo, accogliere gli altri senza sentirci separati.
Amare è ascoltare con empatia le altrui vicende della vita, non temere questo aspetto e non opporre difesa ma farci portare dal Cuore.
Amare è il senso profondo della vita, un linguaggio nascosto che tutti noi conosciamo e che possiamo applicare per essere quel che siamo ogni istante.

The path begins with the ability to silence the mind, the understanding of how often you use to interpret life events as if everything was centered to our advantage or to the loss of something. Only by learning to let go (attachment and expectation) to host events for what they are, not to cling to the path left behind (the grudge against the events of the past) or projecting too much expectations to the future, we realize where he is resting our pace – here and now. Il viaggio continua

Immersi in questo abisso, nel caos di voci,
di finte luci, che infine confondono, distolgono
da quel senso profondo che ci ha accesi,
dato impulso alla nostra scintilla vitale.
Il viaggio sfianca, ci trova impreparati,
perdiamo qualche compagno lungo il cammino:
non dobbiamo portare solo il nostro bagaglio
ma anche il loro, lasciato a margine della strada.
Ogni passo è insegnamento, ogni tappa
deve farci rivolgere lo sguardo al cielo
sintonizzati al nostro Cuore con sentimento di gratitudine.

L’illuminazione tra oriente ed occidente

L’intelletto prova e riprova costantemente; elabora modelli, trova postulati,
crea interi sistemi filosofici senza però mai riuscire a sciogliere l’ultimo
inquietante interrogativo: “chi sono io”.
Esiste veramente una risposta, una risposta assoluta, definitiva e impersonale
alla domanda: Chi sono io?
Costantemente siamo di fronte, nel mondo che ci circonda, a risposte relative, a
verità che sono vere solo in determinate circostanze e sotto precise ipotesi.
Tutto ciò che è nel reame della mente è per sua natura transitorio ed illusorio.
Le risposte che fornisce l’intelletto sono parziali e temporanee, e pertanto
insoddisfacenti. Quante volte ci siamo ingannati pensando di possedere delle
verità, credendo di avere certezze e sicurezze, per poi scoprire che queste si
scioglievano come neve al sole.
L’intelletto prova e riprova costantemente; elabora modelli, trova postulati,
crea interi sistemi filosofici senza però mai riuscire a sciogliere l’ultimo
inquietante interrogativo, senza mai approdare ad una soddisfazione definitiva,
ad una soluzione oggettiva, ad una verità assoluta.
La risposta in realtà non è una comprensione, non è un’idea, non è
un’intuizione, non è qualcosa che possa essere letto o studiato, è inafferrabile
per la mente e sfugge alle parole.
L’unico modo per conoscerla è sperimentarla, viverla direttamente, giungere cioè
in prima persona all’Illuminazione: un istante fuori dal tempo e dallo spazio,
al di là dei limiti della materia, dell’energia, delle emozioni e dei pensieri,
in cui ogni apparente dualità viene trascesa, ogni percezione si dissolve in una
consapevolezza impersonale e illimitata, in una pienezza e in una beatitudine
intraducibile in significati.
Potremmo dire che la domanda stessa nasce dalla mente, quella domanda che mette
in moto azione ed evoluzione e che non trova risposte fatte di significati, ma
semplicemente cessa di esistere.
Tutto il movimento interiore abituale, la pressione che la vita porta con sé, la
complicata intelaiatura di correlazioni non trovano una graduale risoluzione, ma
in un unico salto quantico della coscienza si rivelano illusori e vuoti.
La mente, l’intelletto, il pensiero logico, ma anche le emozioni e i sentimenti,
nascono tutti dalla dualità apparente, dall'”Io”, quel punto della coscienza da
cui sembra scaturire tutto. “Io penso”, “Io agisco”, “Io decido”- un’identità
centrale su cui si costruisce tutta la mente e tutta la struttura umana.
Tale identità, nel corso della vita intera, non viene mai toccata, mai messa in
discussione. La sua presenza nel tempo è tale da sembrare immortale, fuori dal
tempo e dallo spazio. Sappiamo che la vita ha una fine, che la morte apparirà un
giorno, tuttavia dentro di noi ci consideriamo immortali e senza tempo. Provate
per esempio ad osservarvi allo specchio: noterete che negli anni il corpo è
invecchiato. Riflettete ora sul vostro carattere, sulla personalità: noterete
che siete cambiati anche in questo, probabilmente vi sentite maturati. Infine,
sentitevi “dentro”, percepite quel senso di “Io” e chiedetevi se anche esso nel
corso del tempo è cambiato. Scoprirete che “dentro” vi sentite sempre, sempre
uguali, sempre al centro dell’universo.
È per tale motivo che nel corso della vita tentiamo tutto il tempo di evitare il
confronto con la morte. In realtà la temiamo perché sappiamo, che con essa
giungerà la fine dell’Io, della consapevolezza ordinaria di noi stessi, e questo
per l’Io è terribile e angosciante. Tuttavia lo è soltanto perché non siamo
capaci di sostituire all’Io apparente prodotto dalla mente la conoscenza della
nostra Vera Natura. Conoscere il vero Sé significa riconoscere che la morte
appartiene al corpo e alla mente, che “l’anima” – chiamando così la nostra vera
natura – è realmente immortale poiché al di là di ogni legge dell’universo
fisico.
La pratica spirituale dello Yoga è centrata sul concetto di Liberazione, intesa
sia come completa libertà dell’anima dall’identificazione con il corpo e con la
mente, sia come energia vitale totalmente liberata nel corpo. Come lo yoga,
anche le altre vie spirituali e le grandi religioni contengono come apice del
percorso una forma di liberazione dalla morte e sempre tale liberazione avviene
con lo scioglimento dell’Io, dell’ego personale.
L'”Io” è quindi la barriera da abbattere per scoprire la verità di se stessi,
per giungere su un piano assoluto laddove la dualità viene sostituita
dall’Unione, dal contatto profondo con la divinità che è la verità nascosta in
ogni essere umano e in ogni aspetto dell’universo intero.
Questo si intende per Illuminazione: scoprire l’Assoluto e viverlo in completa
unione.
Tale esperienza viene spesso considerata prerogativa di pochi, di individui
speciali, fuori portata per gli altri, un’ambizione quasi presuntuosa, un sogno
proibito. Così è stato fermamente creduto e affermato dalla maggior parte delle
religioni nel nostro passato recente e remoto. All’alba del terzo millennio, si
affaccia un dato nuovo, sintesi di una maturità più completa: l’Illuminazione
non è altro che la scoperta della vera natura propria di ogni essere e pertanto
è a disposizione di ogni ricercatore determinato e sincero.
La nuova concezione che pone l’Illuminazione alla portata dell’uomo comune si
sviluppò intorno agli anni ’60 del secolo scorso quando sempre più persone,
soprattutto giovani, affascinati dalla spiritualità orientale, si avvicinarono
alla meditazione, allo yoga, allo zen. Vi furono effetti collaterali negativi,
eccessi come l’uso di droghe, ma al tempo stesso furono raggiunti risultati
eccezionali. Nacquero movimenti nuovi e fortemente ispirati, tra cui, come
vedremo, l’Intensivo di Illuminazione, uno dei prodotti più straordinari della
creatività umana e spirituale di quell’epoca, e a tutt’oggi un punto di
riferimento fondamentale nella ricerca spirituale.
Il terzo millennio vede l’Occidente e l’Oriente avvicinarsi e scambiare le
proprie culture; la tecnologia e il desiderio di benessere materiale ammaliano
l’est, mentre nel mondo ricco assistiamo al fiorire di pratiche basate sulla
respirazione, sulle posture del corpo, sulla meditazione, sull’attivazione dei
centri energetici. L’esigenza di una sintesi più matura spinge chi ha tanto
investito nel benessere materiale, nella scienza, nell’organizzazione sociale, a
ricercare il fondamento spirituale, il significato dell’esistenza, il senso del
sacro trovando in tal modo un equilibrio nuovo e più stabile.
Stiamo quindi assistendo ad una vera e propria rinascita spirituale
dell’Occidente che ha nella ricerca dell’Illuminazione il fulcro e la meta
ultima. Uomini e donne di ogni livello sociale, di ogni età e cultura, scoprono
che esiste una realtà al di là della mente, e che tale realtà, ritenuta in
passato illusoria di fronte alla concretezza del mondo scientifico materiale,
paradossalmente risulta essere molto più reale e concreta e che invece è la
mente, con ragionamenti e concetti, ad essere transitoria e irreale.
Il cambiamento radicale coinvolge ancora solo una piccola parte delle persone,
ma la tendenza è inevitabile come il fluire dell’acqua in un fiume, poiché il
bisogno, la mancanza, l’ignoranza e il dolore mettono in moto la ricerca
fondamentale di ciò che trascende l’umano ed il relativo.

disturbing question: “Who am I”.
Is there really an answer, an absolute answer, ultimately, impersonal
the question: Who am I?
Constantly we are facing in the world around us, in answers to
truths that are true only under certain circumstances and under specific assumptions.
All that is in the realm of the mind is by nature transitory and illusory.
The answers provide the intellect are partial and temporary, and therefore

intuition, is not something that can be read or studied, is elusive

The only way to know and experience it, live it directly, that is, reaching
in the first person to enlightenment: a moment out of time and space,
beyond the limits of matter, energy, emotions and thoughts,
in which all apparent duality is transcended, all perception is dissolved in a
impersonal consciousness and unlimited, with a fullness and bliss
untranslatable into meaning.
We could say that the question itself is born from the mind, that puts that question
Action in motion and evolution and can not find answers made of meanings, but
simply ceases to exist.
All the usual inner motion, pressure that life brings with it the
correlations are complicated frames gradual resolution, but
in one quantum leap of consciousness is illusory and empty show.
The mind, intellect, logical thinking, but also the emotions and feelings,
all stem from the apparent duality, from ‘”I”, from that point of consciousness
which seems to spring it. “I think”, “I act”, “I decide” – an identity
around which you build all your mind and the whole human structure.
This identity, over the life course, is never touched, never put into
discussion. Its presence in time is such as to seem immortal, out of
time and space. We know that life has an end, that death will get a
days, but inside of us consider ourselves immortal and timeless. Try
for example, watching you in the mirror you will notice that over the years, the body is
aged. Reflect now on your character, personality: you will notice
that you changed in this, you probably feel earned. Finally,
feel “inside”, feel that sense of “I” and ask yourself if it is in
has changed over time. You’ll find that “inside” you feel always, always
the same, always the center of the universe.
It is for this reason that in life we try to avoid all the time
confrontation with death. In reality, we fear because we know that with it
reach the end of the ego, the ordinary consciousness of ourselves, and this

breathing, the body postures, meditation, activation of
energy centers. The need for a synthesis of those drives so much more mature
invested in material welfare, science, social organization, to

We are therefore witnessing a true spiritual rebirth

non oppongo resistenza
mi affido
non cerco direzione
ed accolgo quello che la vita

Sulle domande – On the questions

Sulle domande

La mente si focalizza sulle domande, con una sorta di coazione a ripetere,
come uno stringere nel pugno quanto impedisca di lasciare andare.
Ma è quando lasceremo andare ogni riferimento o certezza
che saremo pronti a varcare la soglia dell’imprevedibile
per essere aperti a comprendere ( a prendere con noi) l’incomprensibile.

as one fist shaking in what prevents to let go.
But when you let go of any reference or certainty

Preghiera del paracadutista

Eterno, Immenso Dio, che creasti gli infiniti spazi e ne misurasti le misteriose profondita’
guarda benigno a noi, Paracadutisti d’Italia, che nell’adempimento del dovere balzando
dai nostri aerei, ci lanciamo nelle vastita’ dei cieli. Manda l’Arcangelo S. Michele a nostro
custode; guida e proteggi l’ardimentoso volo.
Come nebbia al Sole, davanti a noi siano dissipati i nostri nemici. Candida come la seta del
paracadute sia sempre la nostra fede e indomito il coraggio.
La nostra giovane vita e’ tua o Signore!
Se e’ scritto che cadiamo, sia! Ma da ogni goccia del nostro sangue sorgano gagliardi figli e
fratelli innumeri, orgogliosi del nostro passato, sempre degni del nostro immancabile avvenire.
Benedici, o signore, la nostra Patria, le Famiglie, i nostri Cari! Per loro, nell’alba e nel tramonto,
sempre la nostra vita! E per noi, o Signore, il Tuo glorificante sorriso.

Lord, Mighty God, Who didst create the infinite spaces and the mysterious depths was to misure ‘
look kindly on us, Paratroopers of Italy, who jumped in the line of duty
by our aircraft, we set off in the vastness’ of heaven. Send the Angel Michael in our
guardian, guide and protect the brave route.
Like mist in the sun, before we have dissipated our enemies. White as silk
parachute is always our faith and indomitable courage.
Our young life and ‘your Lord!
If it ‘s written that fall, either! But for every drop of our blood arise stalwart sons and
innumerable brothers are proud of our past, always worthy of our inevitable future.
Bless, O Lord, our homeland, families, our loved ones! For them, at dawn and dusk,
our lives forever! And for us, O Lord, thy glorifying smile.

di costrizione il tempo
e tutti i minuti spesi
forse male a fantasticare
e dare rifugio al sogno
si potrebbero convertire
con un vero bisogno
di ricerca e dinamica
che pianifichi il tuo avvenire
Chiudi ora la porta
a dieci mandate di illusioni
chimere e fantasticare
perchè non serve a nulla
e se perdi tempo
non sarai al vertice
della luminosa piramide
Non sarai osannato
per il cervello ed il suo peso
e poi che importa
che ti detta il cuore
quello e solo in perdita
non lo ascoltare
Guarda me e dove mi trovo
tra gente che conta

e non darei certo i numeri

per il successo

and give shelter to dream

with a real need
search and dynamic
