Come

Come acqua di sorgente
che rinfranca lungo il cammino

Come chioma d’albero
che dona ombra sotto il sole

Come attesa
delle tue parole
mentre il passo avanza

Come tempo senza tempo
che ci possiamo ritagliare
nell’ascolto del cuore

Come sagome
che non allungano
mai le ombre

Come certezze
senza occhi
o mani d’accarezzare

ma che importa
tu ci sei
ed io ci sono

e pensieri si proiettano
avvolgendo gli attimi…

… Mentre t’attendo
qui seduta
lungo la sponda
di questo fiume

Come chi legge
e si specchia
nel tuo dire

As spring water
along the way that refreshes

As hair shaft
giving shade under the sun

As expected
of your words
while the step forward

As timeless time
that we can cut
listening heart

As templates
not extend
never shadows

How certainties
eyeless
or hands caress

but who cares
you’re there
and I’m

and thoughts are projected
embracing the moments …

… While I await
sitting here
along the shore
of this river

As the reader
and reflects
your say
