Riflettere per costruire

Riflettere è un passo per comprendere e costruire.
Perchè non si migliora il mondo per i propri figli?
In realtà non si rende migliore neppure per noi
stessi e per chi coabita in esso, seppure l’essere genitori
possa fare leva per una migliore qualità della vita; questo
non sembra essere sufficiente anzi a volte spinge a lavorare
di più per produrre. Troppe le situazioni che fanno venire
meno la fiducia, che pongono dei condizionamenti e non permettono
di sentire che; nel proprio piccolo, realmente si possano avere
delle soluzioni. Eppure basterebbe un controllo della qualità
degli acquisti relativamente a cosa si introduca tra le proprie
pareti domestiche ( ci sono più veleni in una casa che in un ambiente
risaputo come insalubre), nel nostro piatto, e sulla qualità
del tempo che spendiamo per ” ricaricarci”. Una vita che
sia votata solo al lavoro, al produrre qualcosa che sia tangibile
e releghi come ” perdita di tempo” la lettura, una passeggiata,
il contatto con noi stessi e con un dialogo amorevole con chi
ci circonda; spesso producendo sforzi solo per erigere barriere;
con la convinzione che le cose ” astratte” contino poco,
allontanando quello che possa distrarre o non coltivando
dei rapporti umani costruttivi ed amichevoli per diffidenza
o timore, è sicuramente un modo, non solo per seminare male
nei confronti di noi stessi ma, di conseguenza per gli altri,
non ultimi i nostri figli.
Uno sforzo produttivo nel cercare di non sprecare i beni;
come l’acqua, il tempo, il denaro e quanto sia legato alle energie
è un modo per essere capaci di collaborare con responsabilità.
Ma importante è la ricerca alla consapevolezza e alla trasformazione
per migliorare noi stessi ed il rapporto con gli altri,
facendo fiorire : gentilezza, compassione ed amore.Quando
avremo migliorato la qualità del nostro quotidiano, nello sforzo
delle piccole cose, saremo in grado di riflettere e cogliere
in cosa possiamo migliorare attimo per attimo;il nostro vivere
e di conseguenza;saper proiettare serenità e pace interiore
senza dualità per essere capaci di farne dono agli altri..
Ecco che si prospetta, a volte un capovolgimento di valori,
un rendersi conto che piuttosto che l’accumulo di beni materiali,
con conseguente stress e discutibile valore della vita, sai da preferire
il rispetto e la conservazione; senza inutili sprechi dei beni esistenti
e questo diverrebbe anche uno strumento ( da genitori) di educazione
all’ecologia che sia capace di accorgersi di quello che abbiamo
la fortuna di avere, ma senza dimenticare di alimentare
il valore dell'” essere”; quello strumento che sappia farci condividere
e offrire con compassione il nostro sentire.

Reflecting to build
Reflecting is a step to understand and build. Why not improve the world for its children? In reality, it makes it even better for ourselves and for those cohabiting in it. Even though the parents may be of educational goodwill, for signposting quality for life does not seem to be sufficient even at times resulting in working harder to follow this of a better quality of life.Too many situations which make you lose confidence, which place a condition of I and not allow you to feel that, in its small, you can actually have solutions. But enough of the quality control of purchases with reference to what they introduce in their domestic walls (there are more poisons in a house in an environment known as unhealthy), in our flat, and the quality of time we spend
to “recharge”. A life that is devoted only to work, to produce something that is tangible and relegated as “wasting time” reading, a walk, contact with ourselves and with a loving dialogue with those around us, often producing only efforts to build barriers, with the conviction that the
things appearing “abstract” count little, removing what may distract or non-cultivating constructive and friendly human relations to distrust or fear, is surely a way not only to wreak evil against ourselves but for others as a result, involving our children too.
A productive effort in trying not to waste the assets; as water, time, money and how much is related to energy is a way to be able to work responsibly.
But it is important to research into awareness and transformation to improve ourselves and our relationship with others, with the blossoms: kindness, compassion and love.
When we have improved the quality of our daily lives, in the effort of small things, we will be able to reflect and take in what we can improve from moment to moment, our life and therefore, are able to project calm and inner peace without duality enabling us to gift to others .. Here are promises, sometimes a reversal of values, a realization that rather than the accumulation of material goods, resulting in stress and questionable value of life, you know the preferred compliance and conservation, without unnecessary waste of existing assets which also becomes an instrument (by parents) to ecology education that is capable of realizing what we are fortunate to have, but do not forget to feed the value of ‘”to be” the tool that let us know and offer to share our taste with compassion.
