La via dell’Abbondanza

Dio è la Fonte illimitata ed eterna della nostra Abbondanza e, rendendoci conto di questo, ci liberiamo da ogni apparente scarsità od ostacolo nella nostra vita.
Questo è uno dei messaggi fondamentali di uno dei più grandi maestri di spiritualità del ‘900.
Seguiamo le sue parole di potere sulla strada dell’abbondanza e, con fede, permettiamo all’Intelligenza Universale di assumere il controllo della nostra vita.
La via dell’abbondanza è una strada a senso unico.
O si è diretti verso la penuria, o si va verso l’abbondanza. L’uomo che nella sua consapevolezza si sente ricco e quello che invece si percepisce povero non stanno percorrendo la stessa strada mentale.

> Ad ogni individuo sono destinate per volere divino immense risorse.
> L’uomo ricco attinge ad esse, poiché pensieri di ricchezza creano un ambiente di ricchezza.
> Cambia i tuoi pensieri e, in un batter d’occhio, la tua situazione cambierà completamente. Il mondo in cui vivi è un mondo di idee, di parole cristallizzate.
> Prima o poi, raccogli i frutti delle tue parole e dei tuoi pensieri. > “Le parole sono entità o forze dal moto a spirale, e tornano, quando il tempo è maturo, a presentarsi nella vita dei loro creatori”. Le persone che parlano continuamente di penuria e di limitazione raccolgono proprio queste ultime.

> Non puoi entrare nel Regno dell’Abbondanza se ti lamenti della tua sorte.
> Conosco una donna che si era sempre limitata nelle sue idee di prosperità. Si faceva sempre “bastare” i suoi vecchi vestiti, invece di acquistarne di nuovi. Stava molto attenta a quanti soldi aveva, e avvertiva sempre il marito di non spendere troppo. Ripeteva sempre: “Non desidero nulla che non possa permettermi”.
> Non poteva permettersi molto, perciò non aveva un granché.
All’improvviso, il suo mondo andò completamente in pezzi. Suo marito, stanco del suo brontolare e dei suoi pensieri limitanti, la lasciò. Era disperata, quando un giorno trovò per caso un libro di metafisica che parlava del potere del pensiero e delle parole.
> Si rese conto di aver richiamato ogni sua infelice esperienza col suo modo errato di pensare. Rise di cuore dei suoi errori e pensò di trarre vantaggio da essi. Decise perciò di dimostrare la legge dell’abbondanza.

> Usò tutto il denaro che aveva, senza alcun timore, per dimostrare la sua fede nelle risorse invisibili. Quale sua fonte di prosperità, fece affidamento solo su Dio. Non diede più voce alla penuria ed alla scarsità.
Si impegnò a sentirsi e ad apparire ricca.
> I suoi vecchi amici stentavano a riconoscerla. Lei aveva ormai intrapreso la via dell’abbondanza. Cominciarono ad arrivarle più soldi di quanti ne avesse mai avuti prima. Le si spalancarono di fronte porte inaspettate, le si aprirono degli sbocchi sorprendenti. Ebbe anche molto successo in un lavoro per il quale non aveva alcun tipo di preparazione.
> Si ritrovò nel campo dei miracoli. Cos’era accaduto?
> Aveva cambiato la qualità delle sue parole e dei suoi pensieri. Aveva riposto in Dio tutta la sua fiducia e aveva messo nelle Sue mani ogni fatto della sua vita. Ebbe molte dimostrazioni dell’ultimo momento, ma le sue risorse giunsero sempre, perché dimostrava ogni volta una fede attiva e rendeva grazie senza mai vacillare.

> Di recente, una persona mi ha telefonato e mi ha detto: “Sto cercando disperatamente un lavoro”.
> Io ho replicato: “Non cercarlo disperatamente, cercalo invece rendendo Lode e grazie, perché Gesù Cristo, il più grande dei metafisici, disse di Pregare rendendo lode e grazie”.
> La lode ed il ringraziamento aprono ogni porta, perché l’attesa fiduciosa vince sempre.
> Naturalmente, la legge è impersonale, ed una persona disonesta con pensieri di ricchezza attrarrà ricchezze ma, come disse Shakespeare, “ciò che si acquista in modo illecito ha sempre cattiva sorte”. Sarà infatti di breve durata e non porterà felicità.

> Basta soltanto leggere i giornali per capire che la strada del disonesto è dura.
> È questo il motivo per cui è così necessario porre nel modo corretto le tue richieste alla Risorsa Universale, e chiedere ciò che è tuo per diritto vino e in stato di grazia in modo perfetto.
> Alcune persone attraggono la prosperità, ma sono incapaci di conservarla.
> Talvolta cambia il loro modo di pensare, talaltra la perdono per la paura E le preoccupazioni.

> Seguendo il condizionamento comune, la gente deve sempre preoccuparsi di qualcosa.
> La vecchia idea era che “non puoi avere tutto”. Per ottenere una cosa, dovevi perderne un’altra. La gente diceva sempre: “La tua fortuna non durerà per sempre”, e “E’ troppo bello per essere vero”.

> Gesù Cristo disse: “Nel mondo (mentalità mondana) esiste la sofferenza, ma rallegratevi, perché io ho sconfitto il mondo (la mentalità mondana)”.

> Nell’Io Superiore, esistono immense risorse a disposizione per ogni richiesta, ed il tuo bene è perfetto ed eterno.
> “Se ti rivolgerai all’Onnipotente, sarai ristabilito (nella consapevolezza), allontanerai l’iniquità dalla tua tenda”.
> “Allora stimerai come polvere l’oro, e come ciottoli dei fiumi l’oro di Ofir”. > “Si’, l’Onnipotente sarà la tua difesa e sarà per te argento a mucchi”.
> Che immagine di opulenza! E’ questo il risultato del “tornare all’Onnipotente (nella consapevolezza)”.
> E’ molto difficile ristabilire nella persona media (che ormai da molto tempo pensa in termini di scarsità) la consapevolezza della ricchezza.
> Ho una studentessa che ha attratto un grande successo facendo questa affermazione: “Sono la figlia del Re! Il mio ricco Padre riversa ora su di me la sua abbondanza. Sono la figlia del Re! Ogni cosa mi appiana la strada”.
> Molte persone rimangono in condizioni di scarsità perché sono mentalmente troppo pigre per immaginare se stesse al di fuori di esse.

> Devi avere un grande desiderio di libertà finanziaria, devi sentirti ricco, devi vederti ricco, devi prepararti continuamente a ricevere la ricchezza. Torna bambino e fai finta di essere ricco. E’ in questo modo che colmi il subconscio di un senso di fiduciosa attesa.
> L’immaginazione è il laboratorio umano, le forbici della mente con le quali ritagliamo costantemente gli eventi della nostra vita!

> Il superconscio è il regno dell’ispirazione, della rivelazione, dell’illuminazione e dell’intuizione.
> Il superconscio è il regno delle idee perfette. I grandi geni attingono i loro pensieri dal superconscio.
> “Senza la visione (immaginazione) il mio popolo muore”.

> Quando le persone hanno perso il potere di immaginare il proprio bene, muoiono (o soccombono).
> Secondo la traduzione francese della Bibbia, nel Ventunesimo verso del Ventiduesimo capitolo di Giobbe, leggiamo: “Unisciti a Dio ed avrai pace. Godrai allora della felicità”.
> Nel 23° leggiamo: “Sarai ristabilito se farai ritorno all’Onnipotente, allontanando l’iniquità dalla tua dimora”.
> Nel 24° leggiamo ancora: “Getta l’oro nella polvere, l’oro di Ofir tra i ciottoli dei torrenti, e l’Onnipotente sarà il tuo oro, il tuo argento, le tue ricchezze”.
> Ciò significa che, se una persona dipende interamente dalle sue risorse visibili, è meglio che le getti via e si affidi completamente all’Onnipotente per l’oro, l’argento e le ricchezze.

> Darò come esempio una storia raccontatami da un amico.
> Un sacerdote andò a visitare un convento di monache in Francia, dove le religiose ospitavano e nutrivano molti bambini. Una delle suore, disperata, disse al sacerdote che non avevano più cibo, e che i bambini avrebbero sofferto la fame. Disse che era loro rimasta soltanto una moneta d’argento e avevano bisogno di cibo e di vestiti.
> Il prete disse: “Datemi la moneta”.
> La suora gliela porse e lui la gettò fuori dalla finestra.
> “Ora”, disse, “confidate unicamente in Dio”.
> Dopo poco tempo, arrivarono al convento delle persone amiche portando grandi quantità di cibo e di donazioni di denaro.
> Ciò non significa che devi buttare tutto il denaro che hai fuori dalla finestra, ma piuttosto che non devi dipendere da esso. Confida nelle tue risorse invisibili, la Banca dell’Immaginazione.

> Uniamoci ora a Dio e troviamo pace. Poiché Egli sarà il nostro oro, il nostro argento e la nostra ricchezza.”

The Way of Abundance

God is our infinite and eternal Source of Abundance, and as we realize this, we free ourselves from any appearence of lack or opposition in our lives. This is one of the fundamental messages stressed here by one of the greatest metaphysics masters of the last century. Let’s follow her powerful words on the Way of Abundance, and find peace and faith in allowing Universal Intelligence to take charge of our lives.

The way of abundance is a one-way street.

As the old saying is, “there are no two ways about it.”

You are either heading for lack, or heading for abundance. The man with a rich consciousness and the man with a poor consciousness are not walking on the same mental street.

There is a lavish supply, divinely planned for each individual.

The rich man is tapping it, for rich thoughts produce rich surroundings.

Change your thoughts, and in the twinkling of an eye, all your conditions change. Your world is a world of crystallized ideas, crystallized words.

Sooner or later, you reap the fruits of your words and thoughts.

“Words are bodies or forces which move spirally and return in due season to cross the lives of their creators.” People who are always talking lack and limitation, reap lack and limitation.

You cannot enter the Kingdom of Abundance bemoaning your lot.

I know a woman who had always been limited in her ideas of prosperity. She was continually making her old clothes “do,” instead of buying new clothes. She was very careful of what money she had, and was always advising her husband not to spend so much. She said repeatedly, “I don’t want anything I can’t afford.”

She couldn’t afford much, so she didn’t have much. Suddenly her whole world cracked up. Her husband left her, weary of her nagging and limited thoughts. She was in despair, when one day she came across a book on metaphysics. It explained the power of thought and words.

She realized that she had invited every unhappy experience by wrong thinking. She laughed heartily at her mistakes, and decided to profit by them. She determined to prove the law of abundance.

She used what money she had, fearlessly, to show her faith in her invisible supply. She relied upon God as the source of her prosperity. She no longer voiced lack and limitation. She kept herself feeling and looking prosperious.

Her old friends scarcely recognized her. She had swung into the way of abundance. More money came to her than she had ever had before. Unheard-of doors opened – amazing channels were freed. She became very successful in a work she had had no training for.

She found herself on miracle ground. What had happened?

She had changed the quality of her words and thoughts. She had taken God into her confidence, and into all her affairs. She had many eleventh hour demonstrations, but her supply always came, for she dug her ditches and gave thanks without wavering.

Someone called me up recently and said, “I am looking desperately for a position.”

I replied, “Don’t look desperately for it, look for it with praise and thanksgiving, for Jesus Christ, the greatest of metaphysicians, said to pray with praise and thanksgiving.”

Praise and thanksgiving open the gates, for expectancy always wins.

Of course, the law is impersonal, and a dishonest person with rich thoughts will attract riches – but, “a thing ill-got has ever bad success,” as Shakespeare says. It will be of short duration and will not bring happiness.

We have only to read the papers to see that the way of the transgressor is hard.

That is the reason it is so necessary to make your demands aright on the Universal Supply, and ask for what is yours by divine right and under grace in a perfect way.

Some people attract prosperity, but cannot hold it. Sometimes their heads are turned, sometimes they lose it through fear and worry.

In the race-thought people must worry about something.

The old idea was, “that you can’t have everything.” If you got one thing, you’d lose another. People were always saying, “Your luck won’t last,” “It’s too good to be true.”

Jesus Christ said, “In the world (world thought) there is tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world (thought).”

In the superconscious, there is a lavish supply for every demand, and your good is perfect and permanent.

“If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up (in consciousness), thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.”

“Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.”

“Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defense and thou shalt have plenty of silver.”

What a picture of opulence! The result of “Returning to the Almighty (in consciousness).”

With the average person (who has thought in terms of lack for a long time) it is very difficult to build up a rich consciousness.

I have a student who has attracted great success by making the statement: “I am the daughter of the King! My rich Father now pours out his abundance upon me. I am the daughter of the King! Everything makes way for me.”

Many people put up with limited conditions because they are too lazy (mentally), to think themselves out of them.

You must have a great desire for financial freedom, you must feel yourself rich, you must see yourself rich, you must continually prepare for riches. Become as a little child and make believe you are rich. You are then impressing the subconscious with expectancy.

The imagination is man’s workshop, the scissors of the mind, where he is constantly cutting out the events of his life!

The superconscious is the realm of inspiration, revelation, illumination and intuition.

The superconscious is the realm of perfect ideas. The great genius captures his thoughts from the superconscious.

“Without the vision (imagination) my people perish.”

When people have lost the power to image their good, they “perish” (or go under).

It is interesting to compare the translation of the French and English Bibles. In the 21st verse of the 22nd chapter of Job we read: “Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace, thereby good shall come unto thee.” In the French Bible we read: “Attach thyself to God and you will have peace. Thou shalt thus enjoy happiness.”

The 23rd verse: “If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be build up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.” In the French translation we read “Thou shalt be re-established if thou returnest to the Almighty, putting iniquity far off from your dwellings.”

In the 24th verse we read a new and amazing translation. The English Bible reads, “Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.” The French Bible says: “Throw gold into the dust, the gold of Ophir amongst the pebbles of the torrents, and the Almighty shall be thy gold, thy silver, thy riches.”

This means if people are depending entirely on their visible supply, it is even better to throw it away and trust absolutely to the Almighty for gold, silver and riches.

I give an example in the story told me by a friend.

A priest went to visit a nunnery in France, where they fed many children. One of the nuns, in despair, told the priest they had no food, the children must go hungry. She said that they had but one piece of silver (about the value of a quarter of a dollar). They needed food and clothing.

The priest said, “Give me the coin.”

She handed it to him and he threw it out the window.

“Now,” he said, “rely entirely upon God.”

Within a short time friends arrived with plenty of food and gifts of money.

This doesn’t mean to throw away what money you have, but don’t depend upon it. Depend upon your invisible supply, the Bank of the Imagination.

Let us now attach ourselves to God and have peace. For He shall be our gold, our silver and our riches.
