Poema della fede profonda (hsin hsin ming)

La Via Suprema non e’ difficile
se solo rifiuti di preferire
Senza attrazione o repulsione,
comprenderai chiaramente.

Basta lo spessore di un capello,
e ne sei lontano come il cielo dalla terra
Se desideri che si riveli,
non essere pro o contro.

Il dissidio tra pro e contro
e’ la malattia della mente.
Senza riconoscere il misterioso principio
praticare la quiete è inutile.

La Via e’ perfetta, un ampio spazio,
senza difetto, senza eccesso
Poiche’ afferri o rifiuti,
non la puoi realizzare.

Non inseguire l’esistenza condizionata,
non attaccarti al vuoto
Nell’unita’ e nell’uguaglianza
la confusione svanisce da se’.

Se cerchi la quiete fermando l’attivita’,
quella quiete sara’ perfino piu’ attiva.
Finche’ ristagni nella dualita’,
come puoi realizzare l ‘unita’?

Se non riesci a penetrare l ‘unita’,
entrambi gli opposti perdono la loro funzione.
Rifiuta l ‘esistenza e cadrai nell’esistenza.
Insegui il vuoto e lo rinnegherai.

Parlare e ragionare troppo
impedisce di armonizzarsi con la Via
Smetti di parlare, di ragionare,
e nulla sara’ incomprensibile.

Torna alla radice e realizza il principio
Insegui la chiarezza e la perderai.
Un solo istante volgendo interiormente la luce
e’ maggiore della mera vacuita’.

La precedente vacuita’ viene trasformata,
non era che il prodotto delle illusioni.
Non e’ necessario cercare il vero,
basta eliminare le opinioni.

Non dimorare in pensieri dualistici,
evita di seguirli.
Finche’ esistono giusto e sbagliato,
la mente e’ frammentata e persa.

Il due viene dall’uno,
ma non trattenere nemmeno l’uno.
Se la mente unica non si agita,
i diecimila fenomeni sono senza difetti.

Senza difetti, senza fenomeni;
nessuna agitazione, nessuna mente
ll soggetto si estingue e con l’oggetto.
l’oggetto scompare col soggetto.

L ‘oggetto e’ tale a causa del soggetto,
il soggetto e’ tale a causa dell’oggetto
Sappi che in origine
i due sono l’unica vacuita’.

Nell’unica vacuita’ i due sono lo stessa cosa
che contiene tutti i fenomeni
Senza discriminazione tra bello e brutto
come possono esservi pregiudizi?

La grande Via e’ ampia,
ne’ facile ne’ difficile
Con piccole idee sorgono timori;
piu’ hai fretta, piu’ ritardi.

Se ti attacchi a questo perderai la misura
La mente imbocchera’ una via sbagliata
lascia la presa e sii spontaneo,
senza andare e senza stare.

ln armonia con la tua natura, unito alla Via,
vaga tranquillo, senza impedimenti.
Avvinto dai pensieri, ti allontani dal reale
Cadere nel torpore e’ altrettanto negativo.

Non e’ bene affaticare lo spirito.
Perche’ oscillare tra avversione e attaccamento?
Se desideri penetrare l’unico veicolo.
non rifiutare il regno dei sensi.

Senza avversita’ per il regno dei sensi,
sarai uno con la vera illuminazione.
Il saggio non ha intenzioni,
il folle si pone da se’ in schiavitu’.

Un fenomeno non differisce da un altro
la mente illusa si aggrappa a cio’ che desidera.
Usare la mente per coltivare la mente:
non e’ questo un grande errore?

La mente illusa genera quiete o confusione.
L’illuminato non ha simpatie o antipatie.
La dualita’ di tutte le cose
sorge da false discriminazioni.

Un sogno, un ‘illusione, una folgore nel cielo:
come puo’ valere la peno di afferrarli?
Guadagno e perdita, giusto e sbagliato:
abbandonali tutti all’istante!

Se gli occhi non si chiudono per il sonno,
tutti i sogni svaniscono da soli
Se la mente non discrimina,
tutti i fenomeni appartengono all’unica quiddita’.

Il mistero dell’unica quiddita’ e’ profondo,
immoto, le cose condizionate dimenticate.
Contempla l’identita’ di tutti i fenomeni,
e tornerai all’essenza delle cose.

Nella dimensione incondizionata
non puo’ esserci misura ne’ confronto.
il movimento smette, smettendo si muove
smesso il movimento, nulla e’ smesso.
Quando non c’e’ piu’ dualismo,
come puo’ esserci l’uno?

Nell’assoluto, nell’infinito
non esistono regole ne’ misure.
Sviluppa una mente equanime,
e tutte le azioni si acquieteranno.

Gli angosciosi dubbi sono chiariti
La giusta fede e’ resa integra.
Nulla si trascina dietro,
nulla si ricorda.

Luminosa, vuota, spontanea,
la mente non si sforza.
E’ luogo inaccessibile al pensiero,
impenetrabile alla ragione e al sentimento.

Nel Regno Universale della vera quiddita
non esistono l ‘altro ne’ il se’.
E’ essenziale accordarsi con essa,
rievocando il non-duale.

Nel non-duale tutte le cose sono unita’,
nulla resta escluso
Tutti i saggi delle dieci direzioni
comprendono questo principio.

Esso non e’ veloce ne’ lento:
un pensiero per dieci mila anni.
Dimorando ovunque e in nessun luogo,
si rivelano le dieci direzioni.

Il minore e’ uguale al maggiore
nella realta’ dove non c’e illusione.
Il maggiore e’ uguale al minore,
non si vedono limiti.

L’esistenza non differisce dalla non esistenza,
la non esistenza non differisce dall ‘esistenza
Se non sei a questo punto,
non devi fermarti.

Uno e’ tutto,
tutto e’ uno.
Se puo’ essere cosi’,
perche preoccuparsi dell’incompletezza?

Fede e Mente non sono due.
La non dualita’ e’ Fede nella Mente.
Il sentiero delle parole e’ finito:
Non c’e passato, ne’ futuro, ne’ presente.

The Supreme Way is not difficult
if you just refuse to prefer
Without attraction or repulsion,
you’ll understand clearly.

Just the thickness of a hair,
and you are as far as the sky from the earth
If you wish it to be revealed,
not being for or against.

The disagreement between pros and cons
is the disease of the mind.
Without recognizing the mysterious principle
practicing stillness is useless.

The Way is perfect, ample space,
without defect, without excess
Since you grab or refuse,
you can’t make it.

Don’t chase conditioned existence,
don’t stick to the void
In unity and equality
the confusion vanishes by itself.

If you are looking for stillness by stopping the activity,
that quietness will be even more active.
Until stagnation in duality,
how can you make the unit?

If you can’t penetrate the unit,
both opposites lose their function.
Reject existence and you will fall into existence.
Follow the void and you will deny it.

Talk and reason too much
it prevents us from harmonizing with the Way
Stop talking, thinking,
and nothing will be incomprehensible.

Go back to the root and realize the principle
Follow the clarity and you will lose it.
One moment turning the light inside
it is greater than mere vacuity.

The previous vacuity is transformed,
it was nothing but the product of illusions.
It is not necessary to look for the truth,
just delete the opinions.

Do not dwell in dualistic thoughts,
avoid following them.
As long as right and wrong exist,
the mind is fragmented and lost.

Two comes from one,
but don’t hold back either.
If the unique mind is not agitated,
the ten thousand phenomena are without defects.

Without defects, without phenomena;
no agitation, no mind
The subject is extinguished and with the object.
the object disappears with the subject.

The object is such due to the subject,
the subject is such because of the object
Know that originally
the two are the only vacuity.

In the one emptiness the two are the same thing
which contains all the phenomena
Without discrimination between beautiful and ugly
how can there be prejudices?

The great Way is wide,
neither easy nor difficult
Fears arise with small ideas;
the more you hurry, the more delays.

If you stick to this you will lose the measure
The mind will take the wrong path
let go and be spontaneous,
without going and without staying.

In harmony with your nature, united with the Way,
he wanders quietly, unhindered.
Wrapped in thoughts, you move away from the real
Falling into torpor is just as bad.

It is not good to tire the spirit.
Why oscillate between aversion and attachment?
If you wish to penetrate the only vehicle.
do not reject the realm of the senses.

Without adversity for the realm of the senses,
you will be one with true enlightenment.
The sage has no intentions,
the madman places himself in slavery.

One phenomenon does not differ from another
the deluded mind clings to what it wants.
Use the mind to cultivate the mind:
Isn’t this a big mistake?

The deluded mind generates stillness or confusion.
The enlightened person has no likes or dislikes.
The duality of all things
arises from false discrimination.

A dream, an illusion, a lightning in the sky:
how can it be worth the pain to grab them?
Earnings and losses, right and wrong:
abandon them all instantly!

If the eyes do not close for sleep,
all dreams vanish by themselves
If the mind does not discriminate,
all phenomena belong to the only quiddita.

The mystery of the only quiddity is profound,
motionless, the forgotten conditioned things.
It contemplates the identity of all phenomena,
and you will return to the essence of things.

In the unconditional dimension
there can be no measure or comparison.
the movement stops, stops moving
stopped the movement, nothing is stopped.
When there is no more dualism,
how can there be one?

In the absolute, in the infinite
there are no rules or measures.
Develop an equal mind,
and all actions will calm down.

The anguished doubts are clarified
The right faith is made whole.
Nothing drags behind,
nothing is remembered.

Bright, empty, spontaneous,
the mind does not strive.
It is a place inaccessible to thought,
impenetrable to reason and feeling.

In the Universal Kingdom of the true quiddity
there is neither the other nor the self.
It is essential to agree with it,
recalling the non-dual.

In the non-dual all things are unity,
nothing is excluded
All the essays of the ten directions
understand this principle.

It is not fast or slow:
a thought for ten thousand years.
Abiding anywhere and nowhere,
the ten directions are revealed.

The minor is equal to the major
in reality where there is no illusion.
The major is equal to the minor,
no limits are seen.

Existence does not differ from non-existence,
non-existence does not differ from existence
If you are not at this point,
you don’t have to stop.

One is everything,
all is one.
If so,
why worry about incompleteness?

Faith and Mind are not two.
Non-duality is Faith in the Mind.
The path of words is finished:
There is no past, no future, no present.
