🌸Gratitudine🌸

La gratitudine
è come scostare le tende
da una grande finestra,
che coprono l’opportunità
di vedere la bellezza
e di accogliere luce.
Quando impariamo
a vedere quanto riceviamo
e come si possa accompagnare
ogni respiro ad un senso
di rilassatezza,
apprendiamo un modo
per smettere di lamentarci
e di non trascinare pesi inutili
perché focalizziamo
il momento presente.

🌸Gratitude

Gratitude
it’s like pulling back the curtains
from a large window,
that cover the opportunity
to see beauty
and to welcome light.
When we learn
to see how much we receive
and how it can be accompanied
every breath to a sense
of relaxation,
we learn a way
to stop complaining
and not to drag unnecessary weights
because we focus
the present moment.
